Claims (9)
1. Förfarande för rengöring och avfettning inne-fattande behandling med en alkalisk vattenhaltig lösning 5 innehällande tensld och elektrolyt, känneteck-n a t därav att lösningen framställs pä platsen för an-vändningen genom blandning av en lättflytande vattenfrl eller i det närmaste vattenfrl (under 20 vikt-%) förbland-ning, som innehäller en eller flera nonjontenslder och en 10 eller flera tensider med laddningsgivande funktion varav mlnst en del (25 - 100 vikt-%) har hydrotropegenskaper och utgöres av katjoniska fettaminetoxylater, amfolyt- eller zwitterjontensider eller anjoniska partialestrar av fos-forsyra och eventuellt elektrolyt 1 lösning eller 1 form 15 av fasta, dispergerade, finfördelade partiklar med vatten och, om förblandningen ej innehäller komplexbildare, fast komplexbildare eller komplexbildarlösning pä platsen för användningen varvid blandningen sker spontant det vill säga utan omrörning eller med endast det minimum av omrör-20 ning som erfordras för undvikande av skiktning beroende pä vätskornas olika täthet.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kanne- t e c k n a t därav att laddningsgivande tensid är katjo-nisk och att förhällandet mellan totalhalten av nonjonten-·· 25 sid, bortsett frän kvdveinnehällande nonjontenslder som kan anta katjonisk laddning, och katjontensid ligger inom omrädet 2:3 - 150:1, företrädesvis inom omrädet 1:1 -100:1 och mer föredraget 1:1 - 80:1.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n e - 30 tecknat därav att laddningsgivande tensid är anjo-nisk och omfattar partialestrar av fosforsyra och att för-hällandet mellan totalhalten nonjontensid och anjontensid ligger inom omrädet 2:3 - 100:1, företrädesvis inom omrä-det 1:1 - 80:1. 35

Självblandande komposition avsedd som förbland- ning för framställning av en för rengöringsmedel avsedd stabil, alkalisk, vatten- och elektrolytinnehällande blandning med en enkel blandningsutrustning pä platsen för användningen, kännetecknad därav att komposi-10 tionen är lättflytande och vattenfri eller nästan vatten-fri och innehäller en eller flera nonjontensider och en eller flera tensider med laddningsgivande funktion varav minst en del (25 - 100 vikt-%) har hydrotropegenskaper och utgöres av katjoniska fettaminetoxylater, amfolyt- eller 15 zwitterjontensider eller anjoniska partialestrar av fos-forsyra och eventuellt en eller flera elektrolyter i lös-ning eller i form av fasta finfördelade partiklar varvid den slutliga blandningen innehäller komplexbildare och förblandningen bibringats sädana egenskaper att bland-20 ningen sker spontant, det vill säga utan omrörning eller med endast det minimum av omrörning som kan behövas för undvikande av skiktning pä grund av vätskornas olika tät-het.
6. Komposition enligt patentkrav 5, k ä n n e - 25 tecknad därav att laddningsgivande tensid är katjo-nisk och att förh&llandet mellan totalhalten av nonjonten-sid, bortsett frän kväveinneh&llande nonjontensider som kan anta katjonisk laddning, och katjontensid ligger inom omrädet 2:3 - 150:1, företrädesvis inom omrädet 1:1 -30 100:1 och mer föredraget 1:1 - 80:1.

Användning för rengöringsändamil av en alkalisk vattenhaltig tensid/elektrolytblandning, känne- t e c k n a d därav att blandningen erhilles genom bland-20 ning av en självblandande förblandning med vatten och eventuellt elektrolyt, varvid beredningen sker i en bland-ningsutrustning pi platsen för användningen och förbland-ningen är lättflytande och vattenfri eller nästan vatten-fri och innehiller en eller flera nonjontensider och en 25 eller flera tensider med laddningsgivande funktion varav minst en del (25 - 100 vikt-%) har hydrotropegenskaper och utgöres av katjoniska fettaminetoxylater, amfolyt- eller zwitterjontensider eller anjoniska partialestrar av fos-forsyra och eventuellt en eller flera elektrolyter i lös-30 ning eller i form av fasta finfördelade partiklar och att , slutblandningen innehiller komplexbildare och blandningen sker spontant det vill säga utan omrörning eller med det minimum av omrörning som kan behövas för undvikande av skiktning pi grund av vätskornas olika täthet. •« ·
