CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN DERIVADO ACTIVADO, DE FORMULA GENERAL (II), EN DONDE X ES UN GRUPO SALIENTE, CON UN 1-FENIL-5-AMIDOTETRAZOL, RECUPERANDO DESPUES DE TERMINADA DICHA REACCION EL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA GENERAL (I).
