Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR DERIVADOS DE DIHIDROPIRIDINA. CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA GENERAL (I) CON UN COMPUESTO HAL-ALCOHILO O HAL-ALCOHILO -O-ALCOHILO DONDE ALCOHILO O ALCOHILO REPRESENTAN UN ALCOHILO INFERIOR CON 1 A 2 ATOMOS DE CARBONO Y HAL REPRESENTA M HALOGENO. LA REACCION TIENE LUGAR DISOLVIENDO EL COMPUESTO HIDROXIALCOHIL-1,4-DIHIDROPIRIDINA EN PIRIDINA Y AÑADIENDO SODIO METALICO O HIDRURO SODICO PARA OBTENER LA SAL SODICA DEL COMPUESTO; A CONTINUACION SE AÑADE TOLUENO Y EL YODOALCANO, DESPUES DE LO CUAL TIENE LUGAR LA REACCION A UNA TEMPERATURA ELEVADA DE 110 C BAJO REFLUJO DURANTE 5 HORAS. LA MEZCLA DE REACCION SE TRATA DE FORMA USUAL PARA OBTENER EL PRODUCTO FINAL CRISTALIZADO. ACTIVIDAD HIPERTENSORA.
