SE HOMOGENIZA EL FLUIDO Y SE EXTRAEN DEL MEDIO HOMOGENEO LOS SOLIDOS EN SUSPENSION PARA PRODUCIR UNA SOLUCION BRUTA QUE CONTIENE OXIDASA DE ALCOHOL SOLUBLE. LA FORMA CRISTALINA SE OBTIENE POR DIALISIS DE DICHA SOLUCION BRUTA, EN PRESENCIA DE UN MEDIO DE DIALISIS, A TRAVES DE UNA MEMBRANA IMPERMEABLE A LA OXIDASA, PERO PERMEABLE AL AGUA, A LA SOLUCION TAMPON Y A LAS MOLECULAS INORGANICAS. DE APLICACION EN LA PRODUCCION DE ALDEHIDOS Y PEROXIDO DE HIDROGENO Y DETERMINACION DE LA CONCENTRACION DE ALCOHOLES EN UNA SUSTANCIA.
