Abstract
Robot industrial programado, destinado a la manipulación de piezas a tratar, en las que, antes de su manipulado, van montadas piezas que han de moverse, especialmente un robot barnizador para la aplicación de capas de pintura a carrocerías en bruto de vehículos, dotado de un brazo de soporte giratorio tridimensionalmente y con una cabeza rotativa situada en el extremo libre de dicho brazo, la cual lleva la correspondiente herramienta en especial formada ésta por un dispositivo aerográfico barnizador y que puede girar, a gran velocidad de repartición, alrededor de múltiples ejes, los cuales se cargan con esfuerzos que son esencialmente menores que los que soportan los ejes giratorios del referido brazo de soporte y provisto de un miembro de agarre móvil junto con el referido brazo de soporte, miembro que se engancha con una de las partes móviles de la correspondiente pieza a tratar pasarla a una posición de apertura, que se caracteriza por el hecho de que el referido miembro de agarre (25) sirve para levantar la parte movible (24) de dicha pieza y porque esta montado de tal manera en el brazo de soporte (15) que las fuerzas que actuan sobre el citado miembro de agarre (25) no gravitan sobre ninguno de los ejes poco cargados giratorios de la cabeza rotativa (17).
