Abstract

Equipo de microondas terapéuticas y profundidad de irradiación regulables. El cabezal (11) está vinculado a medios que posibilitan su desplazamiento axial, emergiendo éste al exterior por una abertura (26) prevista en un regulador (27) montado en el frente de la carcasa (8) del irradiador, siendo ese cabezal (27) desplazable igualmente hacia adelante y hacia atrás. El equipo se complementa con unas láminas reflectores (38), susceptibles de variar su posición angular, para poder disminuir la superficie de irradiación, encontrando especial aplicación en la irradiación de microondas sobre dolencias de origen reumático en pacientes.Therapeutic microwave equipment and adjustable irradiation depth.
