Abstract
La presente invención es un dispositivo y un procedimiento para perforar una canal de perfusión desde una arteria coronaria dentro de un músculo cardiaco de un paciente. Estructuralmente, la presente invención incluye un catéter de posicionamiento, unos medios de anclaje y un catéter de corte. El catéter de corte incluye una serie de cuchillas y es desplazable en el avance a través de una luz de despliegue del catéter de posicionamiento. El avance del catéter de corte a través de la luz de despliegue provoca que el extremo distal del catéter de corte se proyecte lateralmente desde el catéter de posionamiento.
