Definitions
- the invention relates to a slab table for at least partial formwork of a concrete slab.
- formwork elements are used to produce concrete ceilings.
- frame formwork elements or panels are used, which at least partially form a mold for pouring liquid concrete. After the concrete has hardened, the formwork elements are removed.
- ceilings can be designed flexibly, as the ceiling formwork is made up of many individual formwork elements.
- it has proven to be useful to use ceiling tables with a large formwork surface and, if necessary, a substructure, even in rooms with great heights.
- the adjustment can be made from below.
- Edge protection can already be mounted on the ceiling tables.
- the ceiling tables are usually completely pre-assembled and must be transported to the site by crane. After the freshly concreted ceiling has hardened, the ceiling tables are brought to the next floor using a transfer fork or similar. Dismantling can usually only be carried out using transfer forks and open ceiling edges.
- the EN 10 2016 204 633 A1 relates to a ceiling table for the partial formwork of a concrete ceiling.
- the ceiling table has at least one formwork element, in particular several formwork elements, which can be mounted non-destructively on a base frame of the ceiling table and dismantled from the base frame.
- the ceiling table has a support skeleton on which at least one formwork element, in particular several formwork elements, is/are arranged.
- the support skeleton can have several struts which can be connected to one another and separated from one another non-destructively.
- the support skeleton preferably has a pair of main beams, in particular running parallel to one another, on which a pair of edge beams and at least one central beam arranged between the edge beams are arranged. Edge beams and central beams preferably run parallel to one another.
- the document also relates to a ceiling formwork with such a ceiling table.
- the disadvantage of the known slab tables is that they are cumbersome to transport and inflexible to use.
- the formwork elements or panels lie relatively unprotected on the support skeleton. Individual slab formwork panels cannot be easily removed - for example if they are damaged. The entire slab table may even have to be dismantled in order to replace a single panel. This increases maintenance costs. In addition, complex logistics and high crane capacities or high crane utilization are required. This has a negative impact on profitability.
- the WO 2012/058696 A2 relates to a reinforced formwork panel structure comprising a plastic formwork panel, a reinforced frame detachably attached to the back or bottom of the formwork panel, and a frame fastening device for fastening the frame to the formwork panel.
- the WO 2006/070604 A1 relates to a slab formwork unit comprising a support frame unit having a support frame, a pair of column units each comprising a pair of columns rotatably arranged at both ends of the lower surface parts of the support frame in the horizontal longitudinal direction, length adjusting means arranged at the lower end parts of the columns and struts for connecting the columns to the support frame, and a formwork flat plate installed on the top of the support frame.
- the DE 203 18 912 U1 discloses a formwork table with a formwork skin which is fastened to a plurality of cross beams, and at least two yoke beams made of steel to which the cross beams are fastened and which are provided with holes at regular intervals along substantially their entire length, by means of which connecting heads which serve for connection to supports are each attached to a single yoke beam and can be attached along substantially the entire length of the yoke beam.
- the present invention is based on the object of creating a ceiling table of the type mentioned at the beginning, which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art and in which, in particular, a low damage rate of the individual formwork elements can be achieved and lower maintenance costs are required.
- the measures according to the invention make it possible to exchange or replace individual formwork elements or panels relatively easily. Because the receiving device has a particularly all-round outer frame and a base, individual ceiling formwork panels can be integrated into it, in particular connected to the receiving device in a form-fitting and force-fitting manner. The panels cannot fall out through the base. The side edges of the receiving device or the cassettes protect the formwork elements located therein from mechanical impact, for example. The panels themselves are exchangeable, which means that a low rate of damage is to be expected. The associated lower ongoing maintenance costs increase profitability. The possibility of using existing standard parts for supporting structures and ceiling system panels means that the investment risk is comparatively low.
- slab tables can be used with high utilization in construction yards or in rental parks, since the support devices or module cassettes are kept pre-equipped and can be easily attached, in particular clipped, to the support skeleton or the supporting structure of the slab table. This allows for quick availability. This makes it easy to form and remove formwork from large-area flat slabs in in-situ concrete on the surface or only at the slab edge, with and without edge beams. With the system according to the invention, it is possible to seamlessly formwork into the inside of the building or between the slab tables with individual panels as well as at the slab edge corner of a building with the formwork on the construction site. manufactured corner edge table.
- a formwork element can in particular be a frame panel formwork element or panel.
- the formwork elements can have a formwork element frame and a formwork skin arranged on the formwork element frame.
- the panels can have a size of 2 m 2 ⁇ 1 m or 2 mx 66.6 cm or 1 m ⁇ 1 m or 1 m ⁇ 66.6 cm.
- the panels can be connected to the supporting structure or to the support skeleton using an insertion/click system.
- the possible prefabricated and road transportable slab table sizes are: lengths 400 cm, 500 cm, 600 cm and widths: 133 cm, 167 cm, 200 cm, 233 cm, 267 cm, 300 cm and approx. 400 cm (manufactured on site).
- the invention enables a high level of utilization to be achieved.
- the empty cassettes can be effectively stacked at the construction yard/rental park.
- the panels can be used individually and only inserted into the receiving devices or cassettes when required. This also results in a high level of prefabrication: the cassettes can be fitted with panels very quickly at the construction yard/rental park. The times for assembly, conversion and, above all, disassembly on the construction site are thus reduced to a minimum. Cassettes and panels that are returned from construction sites and need to be cleaned or repaired can be removed, replaced and renovated without a crane. This is possible with standard cleaning systems. In the receiving devices, the panels are protected all around by a stable frame and are therefore hardly susceptible to repair. The panels can be provided with all common and modern formwork panels.
- the slab tables can be connected to one another with a standard clamp. This enables the highest visual demands to be placed on the concrete surface.
- a large table measuring, for example, 600 cm x 300 cm can be used with standard ceiling thicknesses of up to 35 cm using only four heavy-duty ceiling supports.
- the measures according to the invention can increase the level of prefabrication in the construction yard or rental park.
- the use of standard panels, high capacity utilization, high quality and fast switching times can bring great advantages in view of the ever-decreasing availability of qualified personnel, storage options, assembly options, crane capacities and transport loading meters.
- the ceiling table according to the invention can be part of a ceiling formwork and have at least one support which is inserted into a bottom side of the support skeleton of the ceiling table facing away from the at least one formwork element or the at least one receiving device, in particular in receptacles or table heads.
- the support skeleton can have a first main support and a second main support spaced therefrom, wherein the longitudinal axis of the first main support runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of the second main support.
- the main supports can be made of metal, for example steel. In practice, the main supports are also referred to as steel bars.
- First and second edge supports and central supports can also be present on the main supports, wherein the longitudinal axes of the edge supports run perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the main supports and the longitudinal axes of the central supports run parallel to the longitudinal axes of the edge supports.
- the floor of the at least one receiving device can be designed as a grid floor.
- the cassette or support device can have a grid base so that the formwork elements or panels do not fall out.
- the integrated floor grids mean that the ceiling tables can also be set up without panels. Furthermore, the panels can be safely changed if necessary or an exposed concrete table grid with inserted wooden or plastic supports and exposed concrete formwork panels can be created by inserting supports.
- the grid base also allows liquids, such as water, to drain away when stacking or in use.
- the at least one receiving device is designed as a container and can be cassette-shaped or tub-shaped or in particular designed as a cassette or tub.
- the cassette or tub can be made of plastic or metal, for example.
- Several receiving devices attached to the support frame can be connected to each other.
- the at least one receiving device or the outer frame of the at least one receiving device can be detachably fastened to the first main support and the second main support of the support skeleton and detachably connect them to one another.
- the receiving devices can be pushed onto the main supports and locked accordingly.
- Connecting elements or similar can be present between the individual receiving devices or cassettes.
- the at least one receiving device has a locking system which is designed for the releasable fixation of the at least one formwork element, in particular the formwork element frame of the at least one formwork element in the receiving device.
- the outer frame of the at least one receiving device there are one or more openings for releasing the lock, in particular manually. Through such release openings, corresponding locking elements can be released and the locking of the corresponding panel can be canceled.
- the locking system has a first fastening element, in particular a safety hook or a safety latch, which is connected to the receiving device via a spring element and is designed to engage in a corresponding recess on a first side of the at least one formwork element or the formwork element frame of the at least one formwork element.
- This provides a simple way to create a locking mechanism using a safety hook that engages in a customized recess in the panel.
- the spring element can be designed as a tension spring.
- the locking system can further comprise a second fastening element connected to the receiving device, in particular a locking wedge or the like. which is designed to engage in a corresponding recess on a second side of the at least one formwork element or the formwork element frame of the at least one formwork element, opposite the first side.

Description
The invention relates to a slab table for at least partial formwork of a concrete slab.
It is known from practice that formwork elements are used to produce concrete ceilings. In particular, frame formwork elements or panels are used, which at least partially form a mold for pouring liquid concrete. After the concrete has hardened, the formwork elements are removed.
With the help of formwork elements, ceilings can be designed flexibly, as the ceiling formwork is made up of many individual formwork elements. In order to be able to concrete large ceilings quickly, it has proven to be useful to use ceiling tables with a large formwork surface and, if necessary, a substructure, even in rooms with great heights. The adjustment can be made from below. Edge protection can already be mounted on the ceiling tables. The ceiling tables are usually completely pre-assembled and must be transported to the site by crane. After the freshly concreted ceiling has hardened, the ceiling tables are brought to the next floor using a transfer fork or similar. Dismantling can usually only be carried out using transfer forks and open ceiling edges.
The disadvantage of the known slab tables is that they are cumbersome to transport and inflexible to use. The formwork elements or panels lie relatively unprotected on the support skeleton.

The present invention is based on the object of creating a ceiling table of the type mentioned at the beginning, which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art and in which, in particular, a low damage rate of the individual formwork elements can be achieved and lower maintenance costs are required.
- wenigstens ein Schalelement mit einem Schalelementrahmen und einer an dem Schalelementrahmen angeordneten Schalhaut;
- ein Trägerskelett;
- at least one formwork element with a formwork element frame and a formwork skin arranged on the formwork element frame;
- a supporting skeleton;
- at least one receiving device designed as a container with a particularly circumferential outer frame and a base, which is detachably fastened to the support skeleton and in which the at least one formwork element is detachably received.
The measures according to the invention make it possible to exchange or replace individual formwork elements or panels relatively easily. Large quantities of slab tables can be used with high utilization in construction yards or in rental parks, since the support devices or module cassettes are kept pre-equipped and can be easily attached, in particular clipped, to the support skeleton or the supporting structure of the slab table. A high surface quality is achieved on the concrete, which is much more harmonious than with previous commercially available slab table or filigree slabs due to the clean juxtaposition of several similar formwork elements and the clean joint division. A formwork element can in particular be a frame panel formwork element or panel. The formwork elements can have a formwork element frame and a formwork skin arranged on the formwork element frame. The panels can have a size of 2 m 2 × 1 m or 2 mx 66.6 cm or 1 m × 1 m or 1 m × 66.6 cm. The panels can be connected to the supporting structure or to the support skeleton using an insertion/click system. The possible prefabricated and road transportable slab table sizes are: lengths 400 cm, 500 cm, 600 cm and widths: 133 cm, 167 cm, 200 cm, 233 cm, 267 cm, 300 cm and approx. 400 cm (manufactured on site).
The invention enables a high level of utilization to be achieved. The empty cassettes can be effectively stacked at the construction yard/rental park. The panels can be used individually and only inserted into the receiving devices or cassettes when required. The slab tables can be connected to one another with a standard clamp. This enables the highest visual demands to be placed on the concrete surface. A large table measuring, for example, 600 cm x 300 cm can be used with standard ceiling thicknesses of up to 35 cm using only four heavy-duty ceiling supports. The measures according to the invention can increase the level of prefabrication in the construction yard or rental park. The use of standard panels, high capacity utilization, high quality and fast switching times can bring great advantages in view of the ever-decreasing availability of qualified personnel, storage options, assembly options, crane capacities and transport loading meters.
The ceiling table according to the invention can be part of a ceiling formwork and have at least one support which is inserted into a bottom side of the support skeleton of the ceiling table facing away from the at least one formwork element or the at least one receiving device, in particular in receptacles or table heads. The support skeleton can have a first main support and a second main support spaced therefrom, wherein the longitudinal axis of the first main support runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of the second main support. The main supports can be made of metal, for example steel. In practice, the main supports are also referred to as steel bars. First and second edge supports and central supports can also be present on the main supports, wherein the longitudinal axes of the edge supports run perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the main supports and the longitudinal axes of the central supports run parallel to the longitudinal axes of the edge supports.
The floor of the at least one receiving device can be designed as a grid floor.
The cassette or support device can have a grid base so that the formwork elements or panels do not fall out. The integrated floor grids mean that the ceiling tables can also be set up without panels. Furthermore, the panels can be safely changed if necessary or an exposed concrete table grid with inserted wooden or plastic supports and exposed concrete formwork panels can be created by inserting supports. The grid base also allows liquids, such as water, to drain away when stacking or in use.
The at least one receiving device is designed as a container and can be cassette-shaped or tub-shaped or in particular designed as a cassette or tub. The cassette or tub can be made of plastic or metal, for example.
Several receiving devices attached to the support frame can be connected to each other.
The at least one receiving device or the outer frame of the at least one receiving device can be detachably fastened to the first main support and the second main support of the support skeleton and detachably connect them to one another.
For this purpose, the receiving devices can be pushed onto the main supports and locked accordingly. Connecting elements or similar can be present between the individual receiving devices or cassettes.
The at least one receiving device has a locking system which is designed for the releasable fixation of the at least one formwork element, in particular the formwork element frame of the at least one formwork element in the receiving device.
These measures allow individual ceiling panels to be easily replaced using an unlocking procedure.
In the outer frame of the at least one receiving device, there are one or more openings for releasing the lock, in particular manually. Through such release openings, corresponding locking elements can be released and the locking of the corresponding panel can be canceled.
The locking system has a first fastening element, in particular a safety hook or a safety latch, which is connected to the receiving device via a spring element and is designed to engage in a corresponding recess on a first side of the at least one formwork element or the formwork element frame of the at least one formwork element.
This provides a simple way to create a locking mechanism using a safety hook that engages in a customized recess in the panel.
Das Federelement kann als Zugfeder ausgebildet sein. The spring element can be designed as a tension spring.
The locking system can further comprise a second fastening element connected to the receiving device, in particular a locking wedge or the like. which is designed to engage in a corresponding recess on a second side of the at least one formwork element or the formwork element frame of the at least one formwork element, opposite the first side.
Thus, in conjunction with the first fastening element, a second fastening element is proposed, whereby a secure locking can be achieved on both sides of the panel.
