Claims (15)

  1. Connector (10) for connecting a post profile (20) to a floor threshold (50, 40) or a framework-crossmember profile, in particular for connecting to the glass-mounting profile (40), mounted in a threshold profile (50), comprising a base plate (13), on the upper surface of which a fastening lug (11) is arranged, preferably at right angles to the upper surface, in particular which can be fastened on a rebate surface (24) of a post profile (20), wherein the fastening lug (11) has at least one fastening bore (12), by means of which the fastening lug (11) can be fastened on the rebate surface (24), and wherein the connector has at least one screw-connection channel (15), in particular a screw-connection channel (15) in the form of a pocket hole, which opens out into the fastening lug (11) and extends through the base plate (13) at an acute angle, preferably at an angle (α) between 10° and 30°, further preferably between 10° and 20°, in relation to the fastening lug (11), characterized in that the lower surface of the base plate (13) has projecting from it at least one positioning stub (16), in particular a number of positioning stubs (16) which corresponds to the number of screw-connection channels (15), wherein the screw-connection channel (15) penetrates through the positioning stub (16).
  2. Connector according to Claim 1, characterized in that a material accumulation (14a) is arranged between the upper surface of the base plate (13) and the inner surface of the fastening lug (11), preferably in a region beneath the upper edge of the mouth opening (14) of the screw-connection channel (15), this mouth opening being located in the fastening lug (11), and the material accumulation at least partially forms the channel wall of the screw-connection channel (15).
  3. Connector according to either of the preceding claims, characterized in that the positioning stub (16) at least partially forms the channel wall of the screw-connection channel (15).
  4. Connector according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the positioning stub (16) has a correct-fit region (16'), which is directly adjacent to the lower surface of the base plate (13) and of which the outer lateral surface is formed entirely or at least partially as a portion of a cylinder with a cylinder axis running at right angles to the lower surface of the base plate (13), in particular wherein the entire positioning stub (16) is located within the volume of the cylinder defining the correct-fit region (16').
  5. Connector according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the positioning stub (16) is designed to taper, in particular to taper from the end of the correct-fit region (16') according to Claim 4.
  6. Connector according to one of preceding Claims 2 to 5, characterized in that a stop element (18") is arranged on the inner surface of the fastening lug (11), above the material accumulation (14a) forming the channel wall.
  7. Connector according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is designed in the form of a casting or moulding, preferably in the form of a metal casting, in particular die casting, or in the form of a plastic injection moulding, preferably wherein the material accumulation (14a) and/or the at least one positioning stub (16) and/or the at least one screw-connection channel (15) preferably in the form of a pocket hole are/is incorporated in the casting or moulding in a primary-forming process.
  8. Connector according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a positioning lug (19') is formed on the fastening lug (11), in particular at the upper free end thereof, in particular which positioning lug can be inserted into a drainage channel (28) on the rebate surface (24) of a post profile (20), in particular such that contours are flush.
  9. Connector according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that on one side, in particular the side located opposite the positioning lug (19') according to Claim 8, the fastening lug (11) has a vertically running reduced-thickness region (19a).
  10. Connector according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by the arrangement at a distance from the fastening lug (11), parallel to the latter, of a further fastening lug (11'), in particular wherein a post profile (20) can be mounted between these fastening lugs (11, 11'), preferably wherein a stiffening rib (17) is formed on the further fastening lug (11'), preferably on both sides, preferably wherein
    a. the stiffening rib (17) is designed to taper in the direction of the other fastening lug (11), as the distance from the base plate (13) increases, and/or
    b. the stiffening rib (17) has a run-on surface (17a) at the upper free end, and/or
    c. a stop (18) is formed on the stiffening rib (17).
  11. Butt joint between a floor threshold (40, 50) or a framework-crossmember profile and a post profile (20), characterized in that the joint is formed by a connector (10) according to one of preceding Claims 1 to 10, wherein the at least one positioning stub (16) is inserted into a positioning bore (45) in the floor threshold (40, 50) or in the framework-crossmember profile, preferably into a positioning bore (45) in a glass-mounting profile (40) mounted in a threshold profile (50), in particular wherein a screw which passes through the at least one screw-connection channel (15), preferably the screw-connection channel (15) in the form of a pocket hole, is used to anchor the connector (10) in the steel reinforcement of the floor threshold (50, 40) or of the framework-crossmember profile, in particular in the steel reinforcement of a threshold profile (50) in which a glass-mounting profile (40) is mounted.
  12. Butt joint according to Claim 11, characterized in that a sealing plate (70) is arranged between the base plate (13) of the connector (10) and the rebate surface (42) of the floor threshold (40, 50) or of the framework-crossmember profile, in particular the rebate surface (42) of a glass-mounting profile (40) inserted in a threshold profile (50).
  13. Butt joint according to either of preceding Claims 11 and 12, characterized in that, at its end oriented in the direction of the connector (10), the post profile (20) has, in the rebate surface (24), a notch formation (21), which engages over the material accumulation (14a) and/or engages with contact over the stop (18''), which is arranged above the material accumulation (14a).
  14. Butt joint according to one of preceding Claims 11 to 13, characterized in that the further fastening lug (11'), in particular also the at least one guide rib (17), preferably the two guide ribs (17) formed on both sides of the fastening lug, is/are arranged in the accessory-mounting groove/Euro groove (22) of the post profile (20).
  15. Method for producing a butt joint (100) according to one of preceding Claims 11 to 14, characterized by the following steps, in any order:
    a. at its free end, the post profile (20) is provided with a notch formation (21) in the rebate surface (24),
    b. at the free end of the post profile (20), the connector (10) is screwed to the rebate surface (24) of the post profile (20), in particular also to the base surface of the accessory groove (22), wherein the edge of the notch formation (21) engages around the material accumulation (14a) or engages with contact around the stop (18''), which is arranged above the material accumulation (14a),
    c. at least one positioning bore (45) is made in the floor threshold (50, 40) or in a framework-crossmember profile, in particular in the glass-mounting profile (40) of a threshold profile (50),
    d. the connector (10) is inserted into the at least one positioning bore (45) by way of the at least one positioning stub (16), and through the at least one screw-connection channel (15), in particular the screw-connection channel (15) in the form of a pocket hole, the connector (10) is screwed to a steel profile of the floor threshold (40, 50) or of the framework-crossmember profile, in particular to a steel profile in the threshold profile (50), in which the glass-mounting profile (40) is mounted,
    in particular wherein a cover profile (30) is clipped onto the post profile (20) on the side of the accessory groove/Euro groove (22) of the post profile (20).
