Claims (8)
- A body structure (18) for a vehicle, in particular a railway vehicle, comprising at least two structural parts (20, 21) arranged transversely on either side of the body structure (18), each structural part (20, 21) having a substantially vertical part and a part inclined with respect to the vertical part, and comprising at least two sections (24, 26, 28) assembled together to form the body structure (18) comprising a transverse junction beam (22) fixed to each of the two structural parts (20, 21), characterised in that the at least two sections (24, 26, 28) are made of aluminium or a composite material and the transverse junction beam (22) is made of steel or composite material, each structural part (20, 21) comprising three sections (24, 26, 28) joined together,the first section (24) forms an upper part of the structural part (20, 21) and is substantially rectangular in shape,the second section (26) forming a lower part of the structural part (20, 21), and comprises three portions (34, 36, 38), including a first upper portion (34), a second intermediate portion (36) and a third lower portion (38), the first upper portion (34) extending in the same plane as the first section (24), the second intermediate portion (36) extending between the first portion and the third portion, the second intermediate portion (36) advantageously forming an obtuse angle with the first portion, the third lower portion (38) extending from the second intermediate portion (36) and advantageously forming an obtuse angle with the second intermediate portion (36), so that the three portions (34, 36, 38) substantially form a flared U,and the third section (28) extending between the first section (24) and the second section (26).
- A body structure (18) according to claim 1, in which a first section (24) is intended to form a part framing a rail vehicle bogie (16), a second section (26) is intended to form part of a doorway (14), and a third section (28) known as a connecting section (28) extends between the first section (24) and the second section (26).
- A body structure (18) according to claim 1 or 2, in which the connecting profile (28) has a front edge (40) cut in the shape of a half parabola, and a straight rear edge (42).
- A body structure (18) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, in which the transverse junction beam (22) is fixed to each structural part (20, 21) by riveting.
- A body structure (18) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, in which the transverse junction beam (22) is arranged transversely between the two structural parts (20, 21) and extends between two ends (50, 52), each end (50, 52) of the transverse junction beam (22) bearing on two adjacent profiles (24, 26, 28) of a structural part (20, 21).
- A body structure (18) according to claim 5, in which each end (50, 52) of the transverse junction beam (22) has a shape complementary to the shape of the two profiles (24, 26, 28) on which it is supported.
- A body structure (18) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, in which the at least two structural parts (20, 21) are symmetrical in pairs with respect to a plane (P).
- A vehicle carriage (10), in particular a railway carriage, comprising a body structure (18) according to any one of the preceding claims.
