Le second outillage comprend au moins les éléments suivants :
- un premier posage destiné à se positionner sur le haut du boîtier à butée sur la face externe de la lunette, en face du verre, ayant essentiellement la forme d'un anneau à section carrée avec un renfoncement cylindrique 30 apte à contenir le verre une fois déchassé de la lunette ;
- un deuxième posage muni d'un filetage lui permettant d'être vissé sur le boîtier à la place d'un couvercle de fond de la montre, et pourvu en son centre d'un trou passant pour permettre le passage d'air comprimé à l'intérieur du boîtier ;
- un troisième posage ayant la forme d'un cylindre plein destiné à venir s'insérer à l'intérieur du premier posage jusqu'à toucher le verre, une goupille de retenue étant apte à solidariser l'ensemble des premier et troisième posages, avec un mouvement relatif de translation limité ;
- une pièce de support axial de l'assemblage du boîtier de montre et desdits posages comprenant un socle en « U », une première surface de support axial dudit assemblage situé en utilisation du côté du haut de boîtier et une seconde surface de support axial dudit assemblage situé en utilisation du côté du fond de boîtier, la première surface de support axial et la seconde surface de support axial étant situées dans l'axe de référence du boîtier en utilisation, la première surface de support axial étant constituée par un plat formant la surface supérieure du troisième posage et destiné à venir en contact avec l'extrémité proximale d'un piston axial et la seconde surface de support axial étant constituée d'un fond plat usiné dans la branche transversale inférieure du support en « U », constituant une butée pour la surface inférieure du deuxième posage, la position du plat de premier support axial étant ajustable le long dudit axe de référence par le déplacement du piston axial, un canal destiné, d'une part à la connexion avec une alimentation externe en air comprimé et d'autre part à la connexion avec le trou passant du deuxième posage, étant usiné dans la branche transversale inférieure du socle en « U » ;
- un cylindre fileté apte à être vissé et dévissé dans la branche transversale supérieure du support en « U », solidaire d'une autre partie cylindrique dont le centre est destiné à accueillir le piston précité et un ressort de rappel du piston, la surface supérieure de l'autre partie cylindrique étant munie d'un orifice fileté permettant d'y visser l'axe d'une poignée rotative de manière à se trouver à butée avec l'extrémité distale du piston ;
- la poignée rotative ;
- une alimentation externe en air comprimé connectable audit canal.

- an axial support part of the watch case assembly and said fixings comprising a "U" base, a first axial support surface of said assembly located in use on the top side of the case and a second axial support surface of said assembly located in use on the housing bottom side, the first axial support surface and the second axial support surface being located in the reference axis of the housing in use, the first axial support surface being formed by a flat forming the surface upper of the third set and intended to come into contact with the proximal end of an axial piston and the second axial support surface consisting of a flat bottom machined in the lower transverse branch of the "U" support, constituting a stop for the lower surface of the second set, the position of the first axial support plate being adjustable along said reference axis by displacement of the axial piston, a channel intended, on the one hand for the connection with an external compressed air supply and on the other hand for the connection with the through hole of the second fitting, being machined in the lower transverse branch of the "U-shaped" base ";
- a threaded cylinder capable of being screwed and unscrewed in the upper transverse branch of the "U" support, integral with another cylindrical part whose center is intended to accommodate the aforementioned piston and a piston return spring, the upper surface of the other cylindrical part being provided with a threaded orifice allowing the axis of a rotary handle to be screwed thereon so as to be in abutment with the distal end of the piston;
- the rotary handle;
- an external compressed air supply connectable to said channel.
La méthode correspondante de mise en œuvre est caractérisée séquentiellement par les étapes suivantes :
- on dévisse le couvercle de fond d'un boîtier de montre étanche dans lequel le verre est monté par engagement élastique dans un logement de la lunette formant cran de glace ;
- le deuxième posage est placé sur la branche transversale inférieure du support en « U » et vissé sur le boîtier en lieu et place du couvercle ;
- le troisième posage est inséré à l'intérieur du premier posage et l'ensemble est solidarisé par la goupille de retenue, procurant un mouvement relatif de translation limité ;
- l'ensemble constitué par le cylindre fileté, l'autre partie cylindrique et le piston avec son ressort de rappel est vissé dans la branche transversale supérieure du support en « U » jusqu'à ce que le premier posage se trouve à proximité de la carrure du boîtier ;
- la poignée rotative est vissée dans l'orifice fileté de l'autre partie cylindrique jusqu'à ce que son axe vienne à butée de l'extrémité distale du piston ;
- on continue à tourner la poignée rotative dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre de manière à faire coulisser axialement le piston dans le cylindre jusqu'à ce que le piston pousse sur le plat du troisième posage, qui alors coulisse dans le premier posage et vient à butée sur le verre ;
- l'intérieur étanche du boîtier de montre est mis sous pression jusqu'à obtention d'une valeur de pression désirée ;
- le piston est remonté dans le cylindre en tournant la poignée dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre, grâce à l'action du ressort de rappel ;
- le troisième posage remonte en même temps que le piston sous l'effet de la pression, le verre se déchasse de la carrure et l'air en surpression s'échappe de l'outillage ;
- on dévisse l'ensemble constitué par le cylindre fileté et l'autre partie cylindrique et on extrait le verre de l'outillage.

Un premier posage 3 est d'abord disposé sur le haut du boîtier en venant à butée sur la lunette et en face du verre 22. Le deuxième posage 4 est pourvu d'un trou passant 18 destiné à venir en regard de la vis creuse 14 et le passage d'air comprimé au travers de celui-ci. Le troisième posage 5 a la forme d'un cylindre plein qui vient s'insérer dans le premier posage 3. Le troisième posage 5 vient toucher la glace 22 et est maintenu dans cette position par la vis 13, localisée au premier point de support axial 11, au travers de la pièce de support en « U » 10.A
