    an outer cover (16) which encloses the inner cover (18);
    wherein the inner cover (18) has an opening (20) through which additional filling material (24) can be filled into the inner cover (18) by the user and/or at least a part of the filling material (24) can be removed from the inner cover (18) so that a filling volume, a thickness and/or a hardness of the support cushion (10) can be individually adapted by the user;
    characterized in that the outer cover comprises a cover fabric and/or is formed from a cover fabric having a weft-knitted a 3-D spacer knit on at least one outer side and having a honeycomb-like mesh structure with outwardly open recesses on the outer side.
  2. The support cushion (10) according to claim 1,
    wherein the inner cover (18) is at least partially permeable to air; and/or wherein the outer cover (16) is at least partially permeable to air.
  3. The support cushion according to one of claims 1 or 2,
    wherein the opening (20) of the inner cover (18) is a closable, in particular a reversibly closable and/or reclosable, opening (20).
  4. The support cushion (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising:
    a closing device (26) for reversibly closing the opening (22) of the inner cover;
    wherein the closing device (26) comprises a zipper, a button closure, a snap closure, a hook-and-loop closure, a hook fastener, and/or an adhesive closure.
  5. The support cushion (10) according to any of the preceding claims,
    wherein the support cushion (10) is cuboid-shaped,
    wherein the inner cover (18) has two substantially parallel long sides (12a, 12b) and two substantially parallel narrow sides (14a, 14b), each extending transversely to the long sides (12a, 12b);
    wherein the narrow sides (14a, 14b) are each shorter than the long sides (12a, 12b); and
    wherein the opening (22) is formed on at least one of the narrow sides (14a, 14b) of the inner cover (18) in at least a partial area of the narrow side (14a, 14b).
  6. The support cushion (10) according to any of the preceding claims,
    wherein the inner cover (18) has two openings (22).
  7. The support cushion (10) according to claim 6,
    wherein the two openings (22) are arranged at two opposite narrow sides (14a, 14b) of the inner cover (18).
  8. The support cushion (10) according to any of the preceding claims,
    wherein the filling material (24) is washable so that the inner cover (18) with the filling material (24) disposed therein can be washed by the user; and/or
    wherein the filling material (24) is washable without shrinkage and/or without loss of viscoelasticity, so that the inner cover (18) with the filling material (24) arranged therein can be washed by the user.
  9. The support cushion (10) according to any of the preceding claims,
    wherein the filling material (24) comprises a visco foam which is at least partially viscoelastic.
  10. The support cushion (10) according to any of the preceding claims,
    wherein the filler material (24) comprises a plurality of flakes (25) and/or a plurality of elongated filler material elements (25).
  11. The support cushion (10) according to any of the preceding claims,
    wherein the filler material (24) has a crush hardness of 0.9 kpa to 2.5 kpa, in particular 1.1 kpa to 1.8 kpa.
  12. The support cushion (10) according to any of the preceding claims,
    wherein the inner cover (18) has a stabilizing layer (32, 34) on each of two opposing inner surfaces (28, 30) of the inner cover (18) for mechanical stabilization of the support cushion (10).
  13. The support cushion (10) according to claim 12,
    wherein each of the stabilizing layers (32, 34) consists at least partly of visco foam, in particular entirely of visco foam; and/or
    wherein the inner surfaces (28, 30) of the inner cover (18) each face the filling material (24).
  14. The support cushion (10) according to any one of claims 12 or 13,
    wherein the inner surfaces (28, 30) of the inner cover (18) are each completely covered by one of the stabilizing layers (32, 34).
  15. The support cushion (10) according to any one of claims 12 to 14,
    wherein the two stabilizing layers (32, 34) have a different thickness.
