Definitions
- the invention relates to a conductor terminal for clamping electrical conductor with a Isolierstoffgeophuse and with a contact element, wherein the contact element has a sheet metal part with at least one clamping spring arranged thereon.
- the insulating housing has at least one leading to a respective clamping spring conductor insertion channel.
- an opening for receiving an inserted into an associated conductor insertion channel electrical conductor is present.
- the invention further relates to a conductor terminal with a sheet metal part and with at least one of the sheet metal part projecting clamping spring, which is connected in a root region of the sheet metal part with the sheet metal part.
- Such conductor terminals are known for example in the form of terminal blocks, in which a plurality of electrical conductors are electrically conductively connected to each other by means of a common contact element.
- EP 1 855 353 B1 describes such a conductor terminal with a spring steel sheet and a busbar suspended in this spring steel sheet.
- the terminal points for clamping an electrical conductor are each formed between the free ends of leaf spring tongues and the busbar.
- the leaf spring tongues are cut from the spring steel sheet in such a way that they are firmly connected their tongue roots with the upper edge region of the spring steel sheet.
- the busbar is inserted in a V-shaped receiving space.
- DE 40 03 701 A1 shows a device terminal with a contact insert sheet, which is bent to form a hollow knee V-shaped to the clamping leg portion. This forms a molding surface of the contact insert sheet, which directly represents a side half of an integrated into the device terminal socket part of a connector.
- DE 196 54 523 A1 discloses a conductor connection terminal, which is formed from a busbar rod and a spring steel sheet, are punched out of the leaf springs in the manner of tongues whose punched tongue ends are directed against the busbar bar.
- the insulating housing have channel side walls that define the conductor insertion channel and extend into the aperture.
- the strands are held together by means of these channel sidewalls beyond the nip.
- migration of the strands is prevented, for example due to a force applied by the clamping spring, or at least the risk of emigration is reduced by providing the channel side walls in the conductor insertion direction beyond the clamping point to provide lateral guidance of the electrical conductor to be clamped.
- the sheet metal part may be bent in the region of the opening. The channel side walls then dive through the aperture in the folded portion of the sheet metal part. This allows a very compact embodiment of the conductor terminal with good conductor management.
- each conductor insertion channel may be present two spaced apart channel side walls, which are spaced from each other and submerge in the opening. This allows a two-sided guidance of the conductor.
- the channel sidewalls may be T-shaped in cross-section, in particular for the outer channel sidewalls, or H-shaped in cross-section, i. be double-T-shaped. These channel side walls, which are H-shaped in cross section, can be provided in particular for the adjacent conductor insertion channels. Through these T and H-shaped cross-sections, the stability of the channel side walls is increased in a compact design.
- the sheet metal part is curved in the root area.
- the curvature has a transverse to the main extension direction of the clamping spring aligned groove bottom of a groove of the curvature.
- This curvature is present not only in the tongue root of the clamping spring tongue, but is also found in the adjacent part of the sheet metal part, which merges into the breakthrough limiting side bars.
- the spring elasticity of the clamping spring is improved after punching. Namely, the clamping spring is first bent back against the spring force of the clamping spring in the curvature and then elastically deformed. Thus, the length of the clamping spring shortened or a very low-build conductor terminal can be realized.
- the curvature leads, in particular when inserting a stranded conductor to the fact that this occurs on the elastic part of the clamping spring, so that the clamping spring already deforms elastically when inserting the electrical conductor. This reduces the risk of deflection of strands of a stranded conductor compared to a conductor terminal without such curvature. This is also achieved by virtue of the curvature of the spring elasticity of the sheet metal part in the root area of the sheet metal part is increased and this can deform elastically together with the side bars when clamping an electrical conductor. As the main extension direction of the clamping spring, the average extent of the
- the main direction of extension of the clamping spring can be defined by the region of the clamping spring located in the conductor insertion channel between the root region and the bearing section of the sheet metal part. It is also conceivable that the main extension direction of the clamping spring is defined exclusively by the limited in the conductor insertion channel through the side web and the support portion of the sheet metal part region of the clamping spring.
- the sheet metal part is provided in the root area with two bulges. These two curvatures can adjoin one another and in opposite directions, ie S-shaped, be formed. This enhances the elastic effect of the clamping spring. Following the first curvature, the second curvature can connect substantially in the direction of the clamping end of the clamping spring. In the main extension direction of the clamping spring, this type of S-shaped design produces a type of parallelism of the course of the clamping spring to the transverse web or to the surface of the transverse web which faces the conductor inlet. The course of the main extension direction of the clamping spring is located substantially in the conductor insertion channel, ie in the region between the support section and the side web or the root region of the clamping spring.
- the first curvature and the second curvature can thus be designed such that the main direction of extension of the clamping spring in the non-deflected state of the clamping spring parallel, ie, approximately parallel + -10 °, to the surface of a subsequent to the root area crossbar of the sheet metal part or to Querausrich - Direction of the crosspiece is aligned transversely to the longitudinal direction of the crosspiece or the direction of assembly of the clamping springs.
- the groove of the first buckle may be located on the side of the sheet metal part which is opposite to the side of the sheet metal part from which the clamping spring protrudes.
- the at least one clamping spring may be integrally formed from the material of the sheet metal part.
- the clamping spring is then exposed from the sheet metal part (e.g., cut or punched free) and bent out of the plane of the sheet metal part. In the plane of the sheet metal part then a breakthrough is present. This breakthrough is the remaining by the exposure of the clamping spring from the sheet metal part window, which is limited by two side bars.
- the sheet metal part together with the clamping spring formed therefrom contributes to the resilient clamping of an electrical conductor.
- the sheet metal part may carry an electrically conductive busbar opposite the free end of the clamping spring.
- the provision of such a separate bus bar on which the electrical conductor rests and is clamped by the spring force of the clamping spring has the advantage that by choosing another, electrically conductive material, e.g. With an increased copper content, an improved current transition can be ensured.
- the nip can also be formed between the clamping spring and one of the clamping spring opposite web of the sheet metal part.
- the conductor connection terminal may have an insulating material housing with a housing part, in which the sheet metal part is received.
- the housing part is then closed with a cover part, which can be locked, for example, with the housing part.
- the lid part then has at least one leading to the respective clamping spring conductor insertion channel.
- the channel side walls are formed on a lid part.

The invention further relates to a conductor terminal with a sheet metal part and with at least one of the sheet metal part projecting clamping spring, which is connected in a root region of the sheet metal part with the sheet metal part.
Such conductor terminals are known for example in the form of terminal blocks, in which a plurality of electrical conductors are electrically conductively connected to each other by means of a common contact element. EP 1 855 353 B1 describes such a conductor terminal with a spring steel sheet and a busbar suspended in this spring steel sheet. The terminal points for clamping an electrical conductor are each formed between the free ends of leaf spring tongues and the busbar. The leaf spring tongues are cut from the spring steel sheet in such a way that they are firmly connected their tongue roots with the upper edge region of the spring steel sheet. The busbar is inserted in a V-shaped receiving space. The lengths of the leaf spring tongues are dimensioned so that they pass through their tongue ends at unoccupied, closed nip the window recess of the spring steel sheet and rest against the underside of the busbar. DE 40 03 701 A1 shows a device terminal with a contact insert sheet, which is bent to form a hollow knee V-shaped to the clamping leg portion. This forms a molding surface of the contact insert sheet, which directly represents a side half of an integrated into the device terminal socket part of a connector.
DE 196 54 523 A1 discloses a conductor connection terminal, which is formed from a busbar rod and a spring steel sheet, are punched out of the leaf springs in the manner of tongues whose punched tongue ends are directed against the busbar bar.
Based on this, it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved conductor terminal, which improves in particular the clamping stranded conductor.
The object is achieved by the conductor terminal with the features of claims 1, 5, 1 1 and 15. Advantageous embodiments are described in the subclaims.
It is proposed that the insulating housing have channel side walls that define the conductor insertion channel and extend into the aperture. The fact that the channel side walls now protrude into the opening of the sheet metal part, an improved guide is particularly facilitated by multi-stranded conductors through the opening through. The strands are held together by means of these channel sidewalls beyond the nip. When an electrical conductor is clamped, migration of the strands is prevented, for example due to a force applied by the clamping spring, or at least the risk of emigration is reduced by providing the channel side walls in the conductor insertion direction beyond the clamping point to provide lateral guidance of the electrical conductor to be clamped. The sheet metal part may be bent in the region of the opening. The channel side walls then dive through the aperture in the folded portion of the sheet metal part. This allows a very compact embodiment of the conductor terminal with good conductor management.
For each conductor insertion channel may be present two spaced apart channel side walls, which are spaced from each other and submerge in the opening. This allows a two-sided guidance of the conductor. The channel sidewalls may be T-shaped in cross-section, in particular for the outer channel sidewalls, or H-shaped in cross-section, i. be double-T-shaped. These channel side walls, which are H-shaped in cross section, can be provided in particular for the adjacent conductor insertion channels. Through these T and H-shaped cross-sections, the stability of the channel side walls is increased in a compact design.
Als Haupterstreckungsrichtung der Klemmfeder ist die mittlere Erstreckung derAlternatively or in combination with this solution, it is proposed that the sheet metal part is curved in the root area. The curvature has a transverse to the main extension direction of the clamping spring aligned groove bottom of a groove of the curvature. This curvature is present not only in the tongue root of the clamping spring tongue, but is also found in the adjacent part of the sheet metal part, which merges into the breakthrough limiting side bars. With the help of this curvature on the one hand, the spring elasticity of the clamping spring is improved after punching. Namely, the clamping spring is first bent back against the spring force of the clamping spring in the curvature and then elastically deformed. Thus, the length of the clamping spring shortened or a very low-build conductor terminal can be realized. Furthermore, the curvature leads, in particular when inserting a stranded conductor to the fact that this occurs on the elastic part of the clamping spring, so that the clamping spring already deforms elastically when inserting the electrical conductor. As the main extension direction of the clamping spring, the average extent of the
Clamping spring from the root area of the clamping spring to the terminal end of the clamping spring to look at. The main direction of extension of the clamping spring can be defined by the region of the clamping spring located in the conductor insertion channel between the root region and the bearing section of the sheet metal part. It is also conceivable that the main extension direction of the clamping spring is defined exclusively by the limited in the conductor insertion channel through the side web and the support portion of the sheet metal part region of the clamping spring.
It is conceivable that the sheet metal part is provided in the root area with two bulges.
The first curvature and the second curvature can thus be designed such that the main direction of extension of the clamping spring in the non-deflected state of the clamping spring parallel, ie, approximately parallel + -10 °, to the surface of a subsequent to the root area crossbar of the sheet metal part or to Querausrich - Direction of the crosspiece is aligned transversely to the longitudinal direction of the crosspiece or the direction of assembly of the clamping springs. The groove of the first buckle may be located on the side of the sheet metal part which is opposite to the side of the sheet metal part from which the clamping spring protrudes.
The at least one clamping spring may be integrally formed from the material of the sheet metal part. The clamping spring is then exposed from the sheet metal part (e.g., cut or punched free) and bent out of the plane of the sheet metal part. In the plane of the sheet metal part then a breakthrough is present. This breakthrough is the remaining by the exposure of the clamping spring from the sheet metal part window, which is limited by two side bars.
In this way, a very material-saving conductor connection terminal can be created, in which the sheet metal part together with the clamping spring formed therefrom contributes to the resilient clamping of an electrical conductor. The sheet metal part may carry an electrically conductive busbar opposite the free end of the clamping spring. The provision of such a separate bus bar on which the electrical conductor rests and is clamped by the spring force of the clamping spring has the advantage that by choosing another, electrically conductive material, e.g. With an increased copper content, an improved current transition can be ensured. Alternatively, the nip can also be formed between the clamping spring and one of the clamping spring opposite web of the sheet metal part.
Es zeigen: The conductor connection terminal may have an insulating material housing with a housing part, in which the sheet metal part is received. The housing part is then closed with a cover part, which can be locked, for example, with the housing part. The lid part then has at least one leading to the respective clamping spring conductor insertion channel. The channel side walls are formed on a lid part. FIG. 18 shows a front view of the conductor connection terminal from FIG. 16. FIG. 1 shows a side sectional view of a first, single-row conductor connection terminal 1 for connecting electrical conductors. The conductor terminal 1 has an insulating housing 2, which is formed from a housing part 3 and a cover part 4 which closes the housing part 3 at the front. The cover part 4 is inserted into the housing part 3 and latched thereto. In the housing part 3, a contact element 5 is inserted, which has a sheet metal part 6 and a busbar 7. The sheet metal part 6 has a clamping spring 8, which is exposed from the sheet metal part 6 (eg cut or punched free) and is bent out of the plane of the sheet metal part 6. By the bending out of the clamping spring 8 remains limited by side webs 9 breakthrough in the sheet metal part 6. The freely movable end of the clamping spring 8 forms a terminal end, for example, rests in the idle state on the busbar 7 and together with the busbar 7 a terminal point for clamping a clamped between terminal end 10 and busbar 7 electrical conductor forms.
It is clear that the sheet metal part is bent in a U-shape and adjacent to the terminal end 10 has a support portion 1 1 for the busbar 7.
The cover part 4 has a conductor insertion channel 12, which is bounded by the channel side walls 13. The channel side walls 13 of the cover part 4 extend laterally past the clamping spring 8 into the opening of the sheet-metal part 6. The channel side walls 13 can project beyond the sheet metal part 6 in the conductor insertion direction L and protrude into a conductor collecting pocket 14. But you can also end at the side bars 9 of the sheet metal part 6. This provides a lateral guidance of an electrical conductor to be clamped over the clamping point. In addition, the clamping spring 8 is centered and guided laterally.
FIG. 2 shows the conductor connection terminal 1 from FIG. 1 with inserted and clamped electrical conductors 15. This electrical conductor 15 has a Isolierstoffmantel 16, which surrounds the electrically conductive core 17. The stripped end of the electrical conductor 15 is guided laterally along the channel side walls 13 through the limited by the side webs 9 of the sheet metal part 6 breakthrough and immersed in the conductor collecting pocket 14 a. It is recognizable that the Clamping spring 8 is now shifted away from the busbar 7 and rests with its clamping edge 10 on the electrical conductor 15. The electrical conductor 15 rests with its stripped end on the side of the busbar 7, which is diametrically opposite the clamping edge 10. The electrical conductor 15 is pressed by the spring force of the clamping spring 8 against the busbar 7 and pulling out of the electrical conductor 15 is prevented by the sharp-edged clamping edge 10 of the clamping spring 8.
It is clear that the clamping spring 8 in the root region 18, i. is convexly curved in the transition to the frame-like sheet metal part 6 in this clamping position of the busbar 7. The root portion 18 with this curved portion contributes significantly to the spring elasticity and to apply the necessary spring force.
Auch der Wurzelbereich 18 mit den sich daran anschließenden Seitenstegen 9 trägt erkennbar zur Federelastizität bei Compared to FIG. 1, it is also clear that the sheet metal part 6 with its root area 18 is bent slightly further away from the opposite busbar 7. Also, the root area 18 with the adjoining side bars 9 contributes noticeable to the spring elasticity
The sheet metal part 6 is opposite to the root portion 18 with two spaced-apart bends so folded that the side webs 9, which limit the breakthrough, extend transversely (90 degrees +/- 10 degrees) to the longitudinal direction of the clamped electrical conductor 15. The clamping end 10 of the clamping spring 8 moves from the rest position (FIG. 1) to the clamping position (FIG. 2) in the conductor insertion direction L in front of this transverse section of the side webs 9.
It is also clear that the clamping spring 8 extends in a main extension direction H, which is defined by the central orientation of the clamping spring 8 in the conductor insertion channel 12 in the limited by the side web 9 and the support portion 1 1 of the sheet metal part 6 area of the clamping spring 8. FIG. 3 shows a side sectional view through the sheet metal part 6. The clamping spring 8 is in this case in the resting state, in which the sharp-edged clamping end 10 rests on the support portion 1 1. It is clear that the sheet metal part 6 in the root area 18, ie in the transition from the cross bar 20 to the clamping spring 8 is curved. This curvature is S-shaped, ie it consists of first curvature 29 and a second curvature 30 which are formed in opposite directions. At least one of these curvatures 29, 30 has a groove 19 whose groove base is aligned transversely to the main extension direction H of the clamping spring 8. In this case, the first curvature 29 is present not only on the clamping spring 8 but also on the adjoining side webs 9. In the transition between the cross bar 20 and the side bars 9, a third curvature 40 is present. The first and third curvature 29, 40 are also S-shaped, ie formed in opposite directions to each other. The clamping spring 8 is initially bent starting from the terminal end 10 in the root area 18 at an angle α at rest and then at an angle ß. These two bending radii α and β are different. For example, the angle α may have an angle in the range of 38 degrees + 1-2 degrees and the angle β may have an angle of 41.5 degrees +/- 1 degree.
Adjacent to the clamping spring 8, the side bar 9 is first bent down once in the direction of the plane of the support leg 1 1 and then curved. This angle of curvature may be greater than 90 degrees and should be in the range of about 120 degrees +/- 20 degrees.
When exposing the clamping spring 8 (ie the spring tongue), for example by punching the necessary solidification of the clamping spring 8 in the root area 18 is achieved by this described curvature. The bending back of the clamping spring 8 with the illustrated bending angles α, ß leads to an elastic pre-deformation, which improve the spring forces of the clamping spring 8 and allow shortening of the clamping spring 8. Thus, a very low-building conductor terminal 1 can be realized. In addition, an inserted electrical conductor 15 only strikes in a region of the sheet metal part 6 exposed by a slot from the remaining sheet metal part 6 the clamping spring 8, which then yields elastically when hitting the inserted electrical conductor 15.
It can also be seen that the transverse web 20 of the sheet-metal part 6 adjoining the root region 18 is inclined at an angle γ to the plane of the support section 11. For example, this angle γ may be in the range of 38 degrees + 1-2 degrees.
The crossbar 20 has a surface 41 which faces the conductor insertion channel 12. The surface 41 and the main extension direction H of the clamping spring 8 have an approximately parallel position to each other. The transverse orientation of the transverse web 20 transversely to its longitudinal direction and the main extension direction are substantially parallel to one another. Furthermore, it can be seen that the main extension direction H of the clamping spring 8 in the region of the conductor insertion channel 12, i. the conductor receiving, between the root portion 18 and the support portion 1 1 of the sheet metal part 6 is located.
FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the conductor connection terminal 1. In this case, reference may be made essentially to the description of the first exemplary embodiment. In contrast, the contact element 5, however, only the sheet metal part 6 without separate additional busbar 7. The electrical conductor 15 is clamped with the clamping spring 8 to the support portion 1 1 of the sheet metal part 6.
FIG. 5 shows a perspective view of the sheet-metal part 6 of the previously described conductor connection terminals 1. It is clear that from the sheet metal part 6, a plurality of juxtaposed clamping springs 8 are exposed and are bent out of the adjacent to the respective root portion 18, spanned by the side webs 9 plane to the opposite support portion 1 1. It is clear that the remaining by the free cutting of the clamping spring 8 side bars 9 limit an opening 21. The side bars 9 are transverse to the bent to the root portion 18 subsequent level of the side webs 9 and then folded back with the support portion 1 1 opposite to the conductor insertion direction L. The clamping spring 8 (clamping tongue) lies movably in an area in the direction of conductor insertion L as viewed in front of the plane defined by the vertical sections of the side webs 9.
It is also clear that the support section 1 1 seen in Leiterereinsteckrichtung L behind the respective terminal end 10 of a clamping spring 8 has a protruding nose 22 (material tabs) on which the busbar 7 (not shown) can be aufag siege. The busbar 7 can be held positively in the space between these lugs 22 and the side bars 9.
FIG. 6 shows a perspective view of the cover part 4 with the channel side walls 13 laterally delimiting a respective conductor insertion channel 12. It becomes clear that two adjacent channel side walls 13 are connected to one another by a connecting web 23 of conductor insertion channels 12 arranged next to one another. The connecting web 23 then ends in front of narrower lugs 24, which are guided into a limited by a side web 9 breakthrough of the sheet metal part 6. The webs 9 are then positioned between the interconnected by the connecting web 23 of the cover part 4 flags 24.
This cover part 4 is formed from a plastic material made of insulating material and has suitable latching elements for latching the cover part 4 to the housing part 3. It is clear that the two outer channel side walls 13 are T-shaped in cross-section. The intermediate pairs of channel side walls 13 with the connecting webs 23 are in cross-section H-shaped or double-T-shaped. The considered cross section lies in the main area behind the flags 24. FIG. 7 shows a perspective front view of the housing part 3 of the single-row conductor connection terminal 1. It becomes clear that 3 latching projections 25 are provided on the inside of the housing part, which are used for locking the lid part 4. Furthermore protrude from the front side of the housing part 3 locking tabs 26, the immerse in the appropriate locking opening of the cover part 4. In the interior of the housing part 3, the contact element is inserted, which is formed from the sheet metal part 6 shown in Figure 5 and possibly a busbar 7. The housing part 3 is then closed with the cover part 4 shown in FIG.
FIG. 8 shows a perspective rear side view of the housing part 3 from FIG. 7. It is clear that a test opening 27 is present on the rear side of the housing part 3 and leads to the side webs 9 of the sheet metal part 6. By introducing an electrically conductive test tool, the voltage applied to the contact element electrical potential can be measured.
FIG. 9 shows a longitudinal sectional view of the housing part 3 in plan view. It is clear that the housing part 3 has a plurality of juxtaposed conductor collecting pockets in the rear area. Visible is also the test opening 27, which leads into the interior of the housing part 3.
FIG. 10 shows a longitudinal sectional view of the cover part 4 in plan view. It is clear that the conductor insertion channels 12 extend from the front to the end of the cover part 4. The conductor introduction channels 12 initially have an extended section and then taper conically into a tapered section. The conductor insertion channels 12 are bounded by the channel side walls 13 which extend beyond the tapered portion and extend into narrower lugs 24. The material thickness of the channel side walls 13 extends from the flags 14, starting from the front side. In this case, the diametrically opposite channel side walls 13 of adjacent conductor insertion channels 12 are integrally connected to each other by a connecting web 23 in each case. Since the connecting web 23 and the channel side walls 13 are formed of the same insulating material, the channel side walls 13 and the connecting webs 23 do not appear separately in the sectional view, but are visible as a common portion with the channel side walls on the opposite surfaces of this material portion. Figure 1 1 shows a front view of the cover part 4 with a view of the conductor insertion channels 12. It is clear that in this cover part 4 for a three-pole conductor terminal 3 conductor insertion channels 12 are arranged side by side and spaced by the channel side walls 13 with the connecting web 23 from each other. Each conductor insertion channel 12 leads to a clamping point formed by a clamping spring 8 and the common busbar 7 extending transversely to the direction of extension of the conductor insertion channels 12 in order to clamp an electrical conductor 15 introduced into a respective conductor insertion channel 12. FIG. 12 shows a plan view of the sheet metal part 6 of the previously described conductor connection terminals 1. It is clear that the clamping springs 8 are cut out with the formation of clamping tongues from the sheet metal part 6, wherein side bars 9 remain. These side bars 9 are connected to each other in the root area via a common transverse web 28, so that the sheet metal part 6 has a frame-like structure.
It is also clear that the side bars 9 are folded in a vertical section transversely upwards and pass into the support section 1 1. This support section 1 1 also has a transverse web connecting the side webs 9, on which the lugs 22 are arranged as an option between the side webs 9 in the respective opening 21.
FIG. 13 shows another embodiment of a sheet-metal part 36 for a double-row conductor connection terminal 31. In this case, reference may be made essentially to the embodiments described above. However, in this embodiment, the support section 11 is arranged in the plane of the vertical opening 21 or vertical section of the side webs 9 and connects two groups of clamping springs 8 which are interconnected by a respective transverse web 28 and are arranged in mirrored relation to one another. In this case, the clamping tongues 8 of the mutually opposite groups of clamping springs 8 project diagonally towards one another and are aligned with the support section 11.
The curvature shown in Figure 3 is present on both sides. FIG. 14 shows a side view of the sheet metal part 36 from FIG. 13. It becomes clear that in each case two clamping springs 8 are arranged one above the other and aligned with the central support section 11 in the vertical section of the sheet metal part 36.
FIG. 15 shows a view of the sheet-metal part 36 on FIGS. 13 and 14 with a view of the central support section 11. It will be appreciated very clearly that the clamping end 10 of the clamping springs 8 is arranged centrally tapering at an obtuse angle. The clamping end 10 of the clamping springs 8 thus has no straight clamping edge, but a triangular clamping edge. When trying to unscrew a clamped electrical conductor, this then slips depending on the direction of rotation on one or the other flank side of the clamping edge, so that tends to result in Leitereinsteckrichtung spiral shape results. An electrical conductor can thus hardly be unscrewed. This embodiment of the clamping end 10 can be used for each conductor terminal 1, 31 regardless of the number of poles and also regardless of the configuration of the contact element 5 and the Isolierstoffge- housing 2, 32.
It is also clear that 8 two rows of Federklemmanschlüssen for electrical conductors 15 are created by the opposing clamping springs.
FIG. 16 shows a side sectional view through such a double row conductor terminal 31. The insulating housing 32 is in turn made in two parts with a housing part 33 and a cover part 34. It is only about twice as high as the single-row embodiment. It is clear that the cover part 34 has two conductor insertion channels 12 lying one above the other and, depending on the number of poles, several such pairs of conductor insertion channels 12 arranged next to one another.
Again, channel side walls 13 are present on the cover part 34, which protrude through the opening in the sheet metal part 6. It can be seen further that the busbar 37 in the illustrated embodiments of a two-row conductor terminal 31 is no longer plate-shaped, but is designed as a U-shaped bent sheet metal part. This busbar 37 is then installed in the vertical support section 1 1, that the support section 1 1 lapping with the material 22 is enclosed by the busbar 37 on both sides.
FIG. 17 shows a rear side view of the double-row conductor connection terminal 31 on FIG. 16. It is clear that here too a test opening 27 is present in the housing part 33 leading to the sheet metal part 36.
FIG. 18 shows a front view of the double-row conductor connection terminal 31 from FIG. 16. It can be seen that in each case a plurality of conductor insertion channels 12 are introduced into the cover part 34 in a row next to one another and two such rows of conductor insertion channels. Thus, for example, a six-pole conductor terminal 31 is provided.
Leiteranschlussklemme, d.h. Leiteranschlussklemmen mit anderen ganzzahligen Pol- zahlen. Also conceivable are variants of two-pole, four-pole, eight-pole etc. conductor connection terminal, ie conductor connection terminals with other integer poles.
