Claims (12)

  1. Chaise longue à réglage électrique comprenant un cadre (2) et une surface de couchage (4) d'une personne fixée au cadre, le cadre comportant des éléments allongés, latéraux (6), la surface de couchage ayant au moins une partie de tête (8), une partie médiane (10) et une partie de pieds (12), la partie de pieds étant reliée de façon à pouvoir pivoter à la partie médiane au niveau du côté situé côté pieds (14) de la partie médiane et la partie de tête étant reliée de façon à pouvoir pivoter à la partie médiane au niveau du côté situé côté tête (16) de la partie médiane, la surface de couchage pouvant être réglée dans une plage de positions qui comprenne au moins une première position correspondant à une position allongée de la personne et une seconde position correspondant à une position assise de la personne, la chaise longue étant réalisée de sorte que, lors d'un transfert de la première position vers la seconde position la partie de tête soit déplacée par pivotement par rapport à la partie médiane de façon que l'angle (β) entre les deux parties au niveau du côté supérieur de la chaise longue soit diminué et que la partie de pieds soit déplacée par pivotement par rapport à la partie médiane de façon que l'angle (α) entre les deux parties au niveau du côté inférieur de la chaise longue soit diminué, le cadre comportant un premier axe de rotation, un second axe de rotation et un troisième axe de rotation (A, B, C), qui sont situés parallèlement les uns aux autres transversalement à la direction longitudinale de la chaise longue, le premier axe de rotation étant relié à la partie de pieds, le second axe de rotation étant relié à la partie médiane et le troisième axe de rotation étant relié à la partie de tête, et, la chaise longue comprenant un dispositif de réglage (18) à actionnement électrique permettant de régler une position souhaitée dans la plage susmentionnée, la chaise longue comprenant au moins un module solaire (22) susceptible d'alimenter en énergie électrique un accumulateur d'énergie électrique rechargeable (20) du dispositif de réglage et la chaise longue étant réalisée de façon à résister aux intempéries, le dispositif de réglage étant encapsulé pour être protégé contre les influences de l'environnement, caractérisée en ce qu'
    au moins tous les paliers (24) sont également encapsulés pour être protégés vis-à-vis des influences de l'environnement, le dispositif de réglage comprenant un élément (26) réglable longitudinalement entre une position rétractée et une position déployée qui par sa première extrémité (28) est articulé sur le cadre et par sa seconde extrémité (30) est articulé sur une partie de la surface de couchage, et la possibilité de réglage de la surface de couchage est garantie par les conditions suivantes :

  2. Chaise longue conforme à la revendication 1,
