    DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • At present, to prevent a bottle rack on a door of a refrigerator from moving upwards and falling off from the door, the bottle rack is usually fixed by using an adhesive tape. However, the foregoing fixation manner is relatively complex and costs a lot.
  • For the foregoing problem, an embodiment of the present utility model provides a refrigerator. A locking portion is disposed on a storage rack of the refrigerator, and a fixing portion on a door body has a stop portion for stopping the locking portion from moving upwards, to prevent the storage rack from moving upwards. The fixation manner is more convenient and costs less compared with the manner of fixing the storage rack by using an adhesive tape.
  • To make the foregoing objectives, features, and advantages of the present utility model more comprehensible, specific embodiments of the present utility model are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the present utility model provides a refrigerator, including:
    • a door body 1, including a pair of protruded fixing portions 11; and
    • a storage rack 2 supported on a door body, including hanging portions 21 adapted to be supported on the fixing portions 11.
  • The storage rack 2 includes a locking portion 22, and the fixing portion 11 has a stop portion 11a for stopping the locking portion 22 from moving upwards, to prevent the storage rack 2 from moving upwards.
  • In actual application, the pair of fixing portions 11 on the door body 1 can be disposed opposite to each other and protrude toward each other. Furthermore, the shape and size of the fixing portions 11 are not limited as long as the hanging portions 21 of the storage rack 2 can be supported on the fixing portions 11, and can be specifically set based on the shape and size of the hanging portions 21.
  • For example, the hanging portions 21 can have an n shape. The fixing portions 11 can protrude from the surface of the door body 1, and match the shape of the hanging portions 21, so that the hanging portions 21 can be supported on the fixing portions 11.
  • In actual application, the stop portion 11a can be disposed on the fixing portion 11 additionally to stop the locking portion 22 from moving upwards, or a lower portion of the fixing portion 11 can serve as the stop portion 11a. When the stop portion 11a is formed by the lower portion of the fixing portion 11, the locking portion 22 can be located below the fixing portions 11. The fixing portions 11 and the locking portions 22 are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence.
  • Referring to FIG. 3, in an embodiment of the present utility model, the hanging portion 21 can have an opening opened downwards, the locking portion 22 is located below the opening, and a projection of the locking portion 22 in a vertical direction and a projection of the hanging portion 21 in the vertical direction are at least partially overlapped.
  • In this case, a space can be formed between the locking portion 22 and the hanging portion 21. When the storage rack 2 is installed, the fixing portion 11 can be located in the space surrounded by the hanging portion 21 and the locking portion 22.
  • In actual application, a size of the space formed between the locking portion 22 and the hanging portion 21 can be adjusted through setting the shapes of the locking portion 22 and the hanging portion 21 and an area of the overlapped portion of the projections of the locking portion 22 and hanging portion 21 in the vertical direction. For example, a completely sealed space or a non-sealed space can be formed between the locking portion 22 and the hanging portion 21.
  • It will be appreciated that, when a completely sealed space is formed between the locking portion 22 and the hanging portion 21, the storage rack 2 can be fixed to the door body 1 more firmly.
  • In a specific implementation, the locking portion 22 may have various structures. This is not specifically limited.
  • In an embodiment of the present utility model, the locking portion 22 may include an elastic member that can be elastically deformed in a width direction of the door body 1. When the elastic member is elastically deformed in the width direction of the door body 1, a user can take the storage rack 2 out from the door body conveniently. When the elastic member is not elastically deformed in the width direction of the door body 1, the elastic member can be stopped by the stop portion 11a, thereby preventing the storage rack 2 from moving upwards.
  • In actual application, the storage rack 2 is usually provided with side walls 23. The side wall 23 may be in a single-layer structure or a double-layer structure. The elastic member may be integrally formed on the side wall 23, to simplify the process of the storage rack 2. Certainly, the elastic member can alternatively be formed independent of the storage rack 2, and may be installed on the storage rack 2 by various means such as buckling.
  • In actual application, the side wall 23 may be in a double-layer structure or a single-layer structure, and may be specifically set based on an actual demand. For example, the side wall 23 with the elastic member can be set to be in a double-layer structure and the side wall 23 without the elastic member can be set to be in a single-layer structure. The elastic member can be integrally formed with an outer layer of the side wall 23 with the elastic member. A gap exists between the elastic member and the outer layer of the side wall 23. When the elastic member is elastically deformed in the width direction of the door body 1, the outer layer of the side wall 23 with the elastic member is also elastically deformed, and an inner layer of the side wall 23 with the elastic member can control a degree of the elastic deformation of the elastic member, to prevent the elastic member from cracking when moving in the storage rack 2 ceaselessly.
  • In an embodiment of the present utility model, referring to FIG. 4, the storage rack 2 may be provided with a rib 24. The rib 24 may be located in the storage rack 2 and is located behind the side wall 23 with the elastic member, and the rib 24 stop the elastic member from moving towards an interior of the storage rack 2.
  • Specifically, the rib 24 can be fixed between one side wall 23 and the bottom of the storage rack 2. The size and shape of the rib 24 are not limited as long as the rib can stop the elastic member from moving towards an interior of the storage rack 2. For example, an area of a rib 24 can be set to be smaller than an area of the side wall 23 with the elastic member.
  • In a specific implementation, the elastic member may have various structures. This is not specifically limited.
  • In an embodiment of the present utility model, referring to FIG. 3, the elastic member may include an elastic sheet 221 having a fixed end fixed to the side wall 23 of the storage rack 2 and a free end. The free end of the elastic sheet 221 has a first protrusion 222 protruding towards the fixing portion 11, and the first protrusion 222 is located below the fixing portion 11.
  • In actual application, the elastic sheet 221 can be elastically deformed in the width direction of the door body 1, thereby driving the first protrusion 222 to move in the width direction of the door body 1, so that the user can take the storage rack 2 out from the door body conveniently. When the elastic sheet 221 is not elastically deformed in the width direction of the door body 1, the first protrusion 222 is stopped by the stop portion 11a, thereby preventing the storage rack 2 from moving upwards.
  • To facilitate installation of the storage rack 2, the first protrusion 222 may be provided with a guide surface. When the storage rack 2 is installed, the storage rack 2 is moved downwards. In this case, the elastic deformation of the first protrusion 222 in the width direction of the door body 1 is reduced gradually. After the fixing portion 11 completely enters, along the guide surface of the first protrusion 222, the space surrounded by the first protrusion 222 and hanging portion 21, the storage rack 2 is installed in place and the elastic sheet 221 is rest, that is, the elastic deformation in the width direction of the door body 1 is zero.
  • To increase the intensity of the elastic sheet 221, in actual application, a second protrusion portion 223 can be disposed on an exterior surface of the free end of the elastic sheet 221. The size and shape of the second protrusion portion 223 can be set based on the shape and area of the elastic sheet 221. This is not described herein again.
  • To improve the user experience, a press indication portion 224 may be disposed on the elastic sheet 221, and a position that needs to be pressed before the storage rack 2 is taken out is indicated by using the press indication portion 224.
  • Specifically, when the storage rack 2 is taken out from the door body 1, both hands press the press indication portions 224 on the elastic sheets 221 on the two sides of the storage rack 2, so that the elastic sheets 221 are elastically deformed, and at the same time, the storage rack 2 can be moved upwards until the storage rack 2 is taken out, and then the elastic sheet 221 is reset.
  • Although the present utility model has been disclosed above, the present utility model is not limited thereby. Modifications and replacements may be made by any person skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present utility model. Therefore, the protection scope of the present utility model is subject to the appended claims.
