The locking portion 1311 is provided with a recess to be fitted with the locking ring, and a protruding end of the guide protrusion 1313 is directed to the locking portion 1311 and is deviated from the center of the recess in a preset direction to ensure movement of the locking ring 132 in the preset direction, improving reliability of the locking mechanism. Specifically, the projecting end of the guide projection 1313 is offset to the first section 1314 side.
Furthermore, the locking mechanism 130 further comprises a claw 133 connected with or separated from the locking hook 111, the claw 133 is connected with the locking tongue 131, the locking tongue 131 moves relative to the tray 120 to drive the claw 133 to move, and in a locking state, the claw 133 closes and clamps the locking hook 111 to be connected with the locking hook 111 to limit the storage box 110 to move relative to the tray 120; in the unlocked state, the jaws 133 open the coil spring to release the elastic force, thereby driving the storage box 110 to move. The locking mechanism 130 further comprises a lock holder 134 and a spring 135, the lock holder 134 is fixedly connected with the tray 120, the lock holder 134 has a receiving cavity, the locking tongue 131 is slidably mounted in the receiving cavity, and the locking ring 132 is pivotally mounted inside the receiving cavity. The spring 135 is disposed between the wall of the accommodating cavity and the latch 131 to provide an elastic force for the movement of the latch 131. The locking tongue 131 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity, so that the locking mechanism 130 with a smaller volume can be obtained, and the whole structure is more compact.
The process of opening and closing the storage box will be described in detail below. Referring to fig. 5, in the unlocked state, the end of the locking ring 132 is at the bottom of the first section 1314, and the pawl 133 is disengaged from the catch 111. The pushing force is applied to the storage box 110 again, the locking tongue 131 moves towards the closing direction, the spring 135 stores energy, the guide protrusion 1313 presses the locking ring 132 to limit the locking ring 132 to rotate continuously along the first rotation direction, the locking ring 132 moves along the third section 1316 until the second section 1315 is separated from the locking section 1311, the storage box 110 is released, the spring 135 releases the elastic force to drive the locking tongue 131 to move towards the opening direction, the locking ring 132 moves continuously along the second section 1315 to the initial position, the locking mechanism 130 is changed from the locking state to the unlocking state shown in fig. 5, at this time, the claw 133 extends out of the accommodating cavity, the claw 133 releases the elastic force to be in the opening state, the claw is separated from the locking hook, the storage box pops outwards under the action of the elastic element, so that a user can touch the storage box 110 lightly, the storage box 110 can be opened automatically, and the operation is simple.
Furthermore, the lock tongue 131 is provided with a limiting projection, the lock base 134 is provided with a matched limiting groove connected with the limiting projection, the extending direction of the limiting groove is parallel to the extending direction of the guide groove, and the limiting projection extends into the limiting groove and moves along the limiting groove, so that the movement of the lock tongue 131 is more reliable.
The storage device 100 further includes a one-way reduction mechanism 150, the one-way reduction mechanism 150 is disposed between the tray 120 and the storage box 110, and when the storage box 110 moves in the opening direction relative to the tray 120, the one-way reduction mechanism 150 provides resistance to slow down the movement of the storage box 110 in the opening direction, so as to prevent damage to the articles stored in the storage box 110. A refrigerator, comprising a box body, wherein a storage space is defined in the box body, and the refrigerator is characterized by further comprising the storage device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, which is arranged in the storage space, and the tray is fixedly connected with the box body.
9. A refrigerator comprising a cabinet and a rack mounted in the cabinet, wherein the refrigerator further comprises the storage apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the storage apparatus being detachably connected to the rack.
