Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stanzstempelträger für ein Stanzgerät, mit - einer am Stanzgerät auswechselbar anordbaren Kolbeneinheit und - einer an der Kolbeneinheit angeordneten Stanzstempelhalterung zur auswechselbaren Anordnung eines Stanzstempels. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein hydraulisches Stanzgerät, mit - einem hydraulisch angetriebenen Stanzstempelträger und - einer an einen Stanzstempel angepassten Stanzmatrize. Um ein Stanzgerät sowie einen Stanzstempelträger für ein Stanzgerät bereitzustellen, welcher in zuverlässiger Weise einen einfachen Wechsel des Stanzstempels zur Anpassung an sich verändernde Bearbeitungsanforderungen erlaubt, ist vorgesehen, dass die Stanzstempelhalterung eine quer zur Längsachsenrichtung der Kolbeneinheit verlaufende Stanzstempelaufnahme und einen an dem Stanzgerät befestigbaren Abstreifer mit einer Durchtrittsöffnung für den Stanzstempel aufweist, wobei der Abstreifer derart ausgebildet ist, dass er den Stanzstempel in einer Betriebsposition in der Stanzstempelaufnahme festlegt. Nach einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist jedoch vorgesehen, dass der Abstreifer zur verriegelbaren Anordnung in der Betriebsposition an dem Stanzgerät ausgebildet ist. Diese Ausgestaltung der Erfindung gewährleistet eine besonders zuverlässige Lagesicherung des Abstreifers und damit auch des auswechselbar anordbaren Stanzstempels.
