Description
Textilpisten.The invention relates to the field of artificial winter sports slopes or textile slopes.
Artificial slopes are treadmills, flat pads or mats, for example made of plastic, which are intended for sliding driving with winter sports equipment such as skis or plastic toboggan. They have been known for several decades. There are a variety of systems with more or less good snowplough-like properties. These features include above all the leadership of the sports equipment, the sliding behavior, the absorption of shocks and the risk of injury of the coating.
The installation of the flat supports or mats is carried out on cross-country skis, alpine skis, snowboards, ski jumping skis, as well as with plastic toboggans and snowtubes on the level or on sloping surfaces. The base on which the artificial sliding surface is applied can consist of natural ground, concrete, etc. or scaffolding components.
In addition, the artificial sliding surface can also find applications in the form of an endlessly connected belt in treadmills. This revolving sliding surface is covered by conventional cross-country skis, alpine skis or snowboards.
In the present disclosure, the artificial winter sports slope is formed by a fabric. This fabric is characterized by good sliding and wear properties and a snow-like grip and can be used in the sports and leisure area with sports equipment such as cross-country skis, alpine skiing, snowboarding, ski jumping as well as toboggan and slide devices.
The fabric has a surface and is formed from weft threads and warp threads. The warp threads are made of particularly slippery and wear-resistant and cut-resistant plastic and form a kind of knobby structure by means of loops. The sports equipment sinks in this surface. This leads to the formation of a track in the surface of the tissue and thus to the leadership of the sports equipment. In particular, cornering with alpine skiing and snowboarding is possible, as on snow. Even a leg kick-off phase with skating skis is felt by the knobby loop structure as on snow.
The fabric can be additionally stabilized or fixed with a back coating arranged underneath. For application in a treadmill, the tissue is applied to a belt.
Extensive downhill slopes and cross-country trails are composed of modules of the fabric. The modules are fixed to the floor by means of tabs and pegs. The modules are joined by gluing, welding, sewing, burettes or zippers.

In all systems, irrigation of the sliding surface or treatment with lubricants reduces friction. However, irrigation must be permanent, as these systems have no water storage function.
- Der Reibungswiderstand zwischen dem Sportgerät und der Oberfläche ist bei allen System sehr hoch;
- Die Führungseigenschaften des Sportgerätes sind ungenügend;
- Konstruktions- und materialbedingt liegt bei den meisten Systemen eine hohe bis sehr hohe Verletzungsgefahr vor;
- Die Installation der Systeme ist zum Teil enorm aufwendig;
- Bei dem Gros der System ist eine permanente Bewässerung notwendig, um ein passable Gleitwirkung zu erzielen;
- Die Systeme weisen keine Wasserspeicherfunktion auf.
- The frictional resistance between the sports equipment and the surface is very high in all systems;
- The leadership characteristics of the sports equipment are insufficient;
- Due to design and material, most systems have a high to very high risk of injury;
- The installation of the systems is sometimes enormously expensive;
- In the majority of the system, permanent irrigation is necessary to achieve a passable sliding effect;
- The systems have no water storage function.
