Claims (12)

  1. Fence (1) intended to surround a surface of land, comprising: a frame of pickets (3) installed vertically, arranged in parallel and at a distance from each other and fixed by means of one or more cross-slats (4); wherein a series of slats (5) is foreseen between the said pickets (3) and wherein one or more slats (5) are supported by a fixing element (13), of which said fixing element (13) comprises a suspension (14) hookable to said cross-slat (4) and said fixing element (13) comprises a support foot (15) at a lower end of a slat (5), said support foot (15) being equipped with an elastically deformable lip (16), which can be inserted in an internal space (30) at the lower end of a slat (5), characterised in that said elastically deformable lip (16) is made with a curved part (27) for fixing a slat (5).
  2. Fence (1) according to claim 1, wherein the said suspension (14) is equipped with a first part (21, 22, 23) having a circular internal diameter (R) and with a second part (17, 19, 24) comprising a spring effect tension element (17, 19).
  3. Fence (1) according to claim 2, wherein the said spring effect tension element (17, 19) is movable between a first position at circular internal diameter d and a second position at a circular internal diameter D.
  4. Fence (1) according to at least one of the preceding claims 1 to 3, wherein said suspension (14) and said support foot (15) are connected by means of a bridging (18), said bridging (18) comprising a first side forming a circular internal space (23) and a second side, located opposite said first side, forming a vertical internal space (25) with protuberance (26).
  5. Fence (1) according to at least one of the preceding claims 1 to 4, wherein the said pickets (3) installed vertically are equipped with one or more loops (6) coming out of the vertical plane for the insertion of one or more of several sleepers (8) in said one or more loops (6).
  6. Fence (1) according to at least one of the preceding claims 1 to 5, wherein said slats (5) are included with a width at the distance between two vertical pickets (3) placed one next to the other.
  7. Fence (1) according to at least one of the preceding claims 1 to 6, wherein said slats (5) are included with a thickness at the distance between the vertical plane formed by said cross-slats (4) and the vertical plane formed by said sleepers (8).
  8. Kit for the installation of a fence (1) intended to surround a surface of land, comprising:
    - a frame of pickets (3), arranged in parallel and at a distance from each other and fixed by means of one or more cross-slats (4);
    - a series of slats (5);
    - a series of fixing elements (13);
    of which said fixing elements (13) comprise a suspension (14) and a support foot (15), said suspension (14) being hookable to the said cross-slat (4) and said support foot (15) at a lower end of a slat (5),
    to said support foot (15) being equipped with an elastically deformable lip (16), which can be inserted in an internal space (30) at the lower end of a slat (5), characterised in that said elastically deformable lip (16) is made with a curved part (27) for fixing of a slat (5).
  9. Kit according to claim 8, comprising also an included batten intended for clamping and/or for covering the upper ends of said slats (5) in the assembled state.
  10. Method for installing a fence intended to surround a surface of land, comprising the following steps:
    - providing a frame of pickets installed vertically, arranged in parallel and at a distance from each other and fixed by means of one or more cross-slats;
    - hooking a fixing element by means of a suspension on one or more cross-slats between juxtaposed pickets of said frame; and
    - positioning one or more slats on a support foot of said fixing elements, of which the said support foot (15) is equipped with an elastically deformable lip (16), which can be inserted in an internal space (30) at the lower end of a slat (5), which elastically deformable lip (16) is made with a curved part (27) for fixing of a slat (5).
  11. Method according to claim 10, wherein an included batten is placed for clamping the upper ends of said slats.
  12. Method according to claim 10 or 11, wherein one or more sleepers are provided in one or more protruding loops arranged on said vertical pickets.
