Mécanisme de tourbillon (1) pour pièce d'horlogerie comprenant : - une cage de tourbillon (3) logeant un organe régulateur (11) comprenant un balancier (15), un ressort spiral (13) et un échappement montés pivotants sur ladite cage (3), ladite cage (3) étant agencée pour tourner autour d'un axe de rotation et comprenant un premier pivot (7) ; - une roue fixe (17) destinée à être monté solidaire avec un élément de bâti de ladite pièce d'horlogerie et agencée pour engrener avec un pignon d'échappement (18) que comporte ledit échappement ; - un mobile entraîneur de cage (21) coaxial à ladite cage (3) et comprenant une roue dentée (22) et un moyeu (23), le mobile entraîneur de cage (21) comprenant un second pivot (25) ; dans lequel ladite cage (3) est destinée à être pivotée sur des éléments de bâti de la pièce d'horlogerie entre ledit premier pivot (7) et ledit second pivot (25).
