Definitions
- the invention relates to lighting systems and in particular the lighting systems of objects exposed by hanging on walls.
- Tables hanging systems or other structures are known, along suspension rods hung on a profile of chair rail.
- the suspension rod also called rod chair
- the suspension rod can be moved in a horizontal direction along the molding rail.
- a hook movable vertically along the rod once blocked relative to the vertical movement, allows to hang the object, for example a table.
- the table position can be adjusted by moving the rod along the rail or by moving the hook vertically.
- the associated lighting system which is usually wall mounted, is more difficult to move. In general, you have to drill new holes in the wall, which is both tedious and damaging the wall.
- the device is composed of a first tube sliding along the rod of chair rail, a second assembly tube assembled on the first by a generator, a third split tube assembled on the second, parallel to the first two .
- the third tube is sized to insert a lamp collar.
- On a generator of this third tube is welded a portion of metal bar curved hook welded halfway up the third tube.
- this system moves the hook at a non-negligible distance forward of the rod -in front of the rod relative to the wall-, which can be a handicap depending on the inclination that one wishes to tolerate for a table for example.
- this device must necessarily be assembled on rods with square or rectangular section, to ensure a holding moment avoiding unwanted rotation around the vertical, because the lever arm between the axis of the rod and the Lamp neck axis is high.
- the weight of the lamp and the object to be supported because of their displacement in front of the wall, may cause a deviation of the object to be exposed and / or may damage the connection between the rod and the object. profile of picture rail.
- the object of the invention is to provide a support for lighting that is easily movable together with the object to be exposed, which ensures a good stability of the object and a constant quality of the lighting for all similar objects hung, and which limits the forces exerted on the connection between rod and profile of chair rail.
- the invention proposes a tubular support for a lighting device, comprising at least a first tubular portion forming a slide, and capable of sliding along a first axis along a rod, comprising at least a second tubular portion substantially parallel to the first tubular portion, and adapted to accommodate a portion of the lighting device, the support having a hook into which can be inserted a loop or a suspension cord of an element to be exposed.
- the interior space at the hook is arranged at least partly in the axial extension of said portion of the lighting device.
- first and second tubular portions here means portions of the support each comprising an interior space for insertion or guiding, the interior space being delimited by one or more portions of walls delimited by regulated surfaces defined by generating lines all parallel to the first axis.
- the tubular portion may be for example a portion of material with a cylindrical bore-cylinder in the broad sense, not limited to the cylinder of revolution- or be a set of tabs folded around a cylindrical space.
- the axial projections that is to say the projections along the first axis, on a plane perpendicular to the first axis of the interior spaces of the first and second tubular portions, are distinct and do not show common area.
- the lighting device is preferably a neck lamp, and the second tubular portion is configured to insert one end of the neck of the lamp.
- the neck of the lamp preferably extends from the support parallel to the stem, and then can be bent, preferably in the direction corresponding to the front of the hook-that is, toward the open side of the hook.
- the inserted end of the lamp is preferably a lower end of the neck of the lamp, but it is possible to envisage a variant embodiment in which, particularly if the rod is of rigid type, the hook is disposed above the second cylindrical portion , the neck of the lamp being inserted from below into the support and coming to curl from below towards the object to be illuminated.
- the hook is oriented to retain the suspended object under the effect of its weight, so that it can insert a cord from top to bottom, and is oriented to allow to press the cord on a bottom surface of hook.
- the rod is a vertical suspension rod with a hanging end complementary to a chair rail profile, and is adapted to receive both the tubular support, and other types of hanging hooks for a picture frame , or for other exhibits.
- the rod may be rigid, preferably rectilinear.
- the rod may be a flexible vertical wire support, for example cable or wire type, metal or other materials.
- the position of the hook under the neck of the lamp contributes substantially to maintaining the first tubular portion in alignment with the axis of the rod, that is to say the vertical.
- the directions mentioned are understood when the support is in position mounted on a vertical rod.
- the outside of the support comprises, on a side opposite to the opening of the hook, at least one bearing portion parallel to the first axis.
- the bearing portion may be a bearing line parallel to the first axis, for example a generatrix of a cylindrical body forming the support.
- the bearing portion is a flat surface portion.
- the maximum horizontal distance between the substantially vertical support portion and the front of the hook is less than or equal to the maximum horizontal width of the support.
- the lever arm is limited by the forces that the object to be suspended can exert on the support to rotate it about a vertical axis, during the suspension of the object, and once the object is suspended in place.
- maximum distance between the vertical support portion and the front of the hook means the maximum horizontal distance between the bearing surface and one of the surfaces defining the inside of the hook.
- the support may comprise at least one vertical and flat bearing portion, on the outside of the support on the opposite side to the opening of the hook, the minimum distance between this bearing portion and the inside of the hook being less than or equal to at twice the maximum width according to the horizontal, of the support portion.
- the support portion can exert an effective holding moment to prevent rotation of the support about a vertical axis.
- vertical means here a direction parallel to the axis of the slide.
- Horizontal means a direction perpendicular to the first axis.
- Minimum distance between the support portion and the inside of the hook means the minimum distance between the bearing portion and one of the surfaces -a rear of the hook- delimiting the inside of the hook.
- the first (s) portion (s) forming slider, the second or second portion (s) retaining the collar and the hook are part of the same piece.
- the support comprises a one-piece element of substantially cylindrical outer contour-cylinder of revolution or cylinder having a non-circular cross section of generatrices parallel to the first axis.
- the cylinder has a circular cross section truncated locally by a right portion, the right portion corresponding to the projection of the flat bearing surface.
- the cylindrical support can be drilled over the entire length of the cylinder by the slide, and be pierced over part of its length by a housing adapted to accommodate one end of the neck of the lamp.
- the bearing surface, the slide and the housing of the lamp neck are all centered on the same plane of symmetry, that is to say are arranged so as to be each symmetrical with respect to this plane.
- the slide is disposed between the flat surface and the lamp-neck housing.
- the plane of symmetry typically corresponds to a vertical plane perpendicular to a wall on which the rod has been suspended, for example by means of a wall rail profile fixed to the wall.
- the support surface makes it possible to support the support on the wall by distributing the support forces (relative to a point or linear support) and contributes to limiting the rotation of the support relative to the wall. This rotation can be moderate if the rod is made of rigid material (for example steel) and has a shape section resistant to torsion.
- This rotation may be greater, in the absence of a bearing surface, if the rod has a reduced section (wire), a section of which one dimension is substantially smaller than the other (suspension tape), if it is made of low Young's modulus material (polymeric material) or if it is of braided type (cable or suspension wire).
- the cylindrical support is for example cut by a notch substantially plane, oblique with respect to the first axis, and perpendicular to the plane of symmetry, so as to define a recess forming the inside of the hook, turned away from the flat bearing surface.
- one-piece supports having the preceding dimensional characteristics are conceivable, for example a support made from a folded cut sheet metal.
- horizontal tabs of sheet metal can crimp the lamp neck on one side of the initial cutting plane of the sheet.
- Other horizontal tabs may surround the slideway on the other side of the original cutting plane of the sheet, and a sheet metal tongue cut perpendicularly to the previous ones may be bent to form a hook under the lamp collar.
- the support comprises a radial clamping means -serrage following at least one direction belonging to a plane perpendicular to the first axis-through the one-piece piece and for blocking the movements, including vertical movements, of the support relative to the rod.
- the radial clamping means may be one or more screws passing through the slider portion to bear on the rod.
- the largest dimension of the support is its vertical dimension, which is at least twice the largest dimension of the support according to the horizontal.
- the axial length of the slide extends over the entire insertion length of the lamp collar and over the entire vertical length of the hook.
- the inside of the hook is delimited at least partly by two plane faces substantially parallel to each other, or forming a dihedron, the two faces being perpendicular to the plane of symmetry of the support.
- the two flat faces are connected by a hook bottom surface.
- the interior of the hook is delimited at least partly by two plane faces of directions close to the vertical, connected by a hook background surface.
- substantially vertical we mean faces forming a zero or low angle-for example less than or equal to 30 ° -with the vertical direction.
- at least one of the flat faces, preferably the face closest to the support portion is extended in the upper part by an oblique surface portion of retention of the wire fastener element.
- the oblique surface portion preferably overhangs the opening of the hook.
- the oblique surface forms at the same time an insertion guide surface of the retention wire element.
- the hook preferably opens towards the axial end of the support in which is inserted the lamp neck.
- the lighting system comprises a neck lamp whose base of the neck is inserted into the second tubular portion.
- the lamp comprises a lighting ramp substantially perpendicular to the end of the neck which holds the ramp.
- the ramp of the lamp extends in a horizontal direction in the assembled position of the system.
- the average line of the lamp collar is in the plane of symmetry.
- the ramp is articulated relative to the neck to be able to pivot about an axis perpendicular to the plane of symmetry.
- this perpendicular axis is a horizontal axis.
- the lighting ramp may be movable for example by virtue of a ball joint type articulation between a rigid neck and the ramp, thanks to a simple articulation with a single axis of rotation, or because of the presence of an articulated portion of the neck in the upper part of the collar.
- the lighting ramp may comprise one or more LEDs, fed for example by a transformer from the electrical network, or supplied for example by one or more electric batteries (also called “electric accumulators").
- the system may further comprise a suspension rod of section adapted to the shape of the slide, and a profile of chair rail complementary shape to a hooking shape formed in the upper part of the attachment rod.
- the lighting system comprises a profile of chair rail, and comprises an end of chair rail complementary to a rail of the chair rail profile, the rod being able to be suspended by hanging its end in the rail, the rail having at least two power supply contacts placed so as to come into contact with two portions, electrically insulated from each other, of the end of the rod.
- the electrical contacts may extend along the rail of the molding rail, be punctual, or form two groups of contacts of different polarities distributed on either side of the rail.
- the supply of the lamp by the suspension rod is in particular possible if the lighting of the ramp is provided by means of LEDs, which can be supplied with low voltage.
- the support may comprise a connection system comprising, on the one hand, a first electrical contact element having a sliding contact with a first zone of the rod, and connected to a first electrical contact of the lamp, and further comprising, a second contact member having a sliding contact with a second zone of the rod, electrically isolated from the first zone, and connected to a second electrical contact of the lamp.
- the lighting and suspension system comprises a molding rail 11 assembled in a horizontal position to a wall.
- the molding rail profile 11 forms a rail to which is attached an upper portion 22, curved, a suspension rod 12.
- the axis of the rod 12 extends in a direction xx 'that is designated here, to simplify description and misuse of language, such as "vertical direction” -though this rod may be slightly inclined relative to the wall-. It is considered in the description that the rod is suspended so as to be parallel to the wall, that is to say vertical.
- a support 1 configured to be able to slide vertically along the rod 12, and then to be blocked along the rod 12 by screws 24 passing through the body of the support and bearing against the rod 12.
- the support 1 is pierced with an orifice 14 acting as a slide for the rod 12, and is pierced over an upper part of its length, by a housing 15 in which is inserted the neck 3 of a lamp 2.
- the upper end of the neck 3 of the lamp carries a lighting ramp 4.
- the lighting ramp 4 can be articulated, for example by means of a ball-type articulation 5, as shown in FIG. figure 1 , to be able to rotate relative to a horizontal direction, or even with respect to two directions.
- the neck 3 of the lamp can itself be articulated so as to change its curve and its orientation in space, in order to multiply the possible positions for the lighting ramp 4.
- the lighting ramp 4 may extend in a horizontal direction on either side of the end of the neck 3 of the lamp. It can include one or more LEDs (Light Emitting Devices) allowing for low consumption lighting and long lamp life.
- LEDs Light Emitting Devices
- the LEDs can be supplied by means of a transformer 7 configured to be connected to an electrical network (not shown) and connected to the lamp 2 by supply wires 6 preferably emerging from the lower part of the support 1 .
- the transformer 7 may be provided with a switch 8 for turning the lamp on and off.
- the switch can also be located at the neck of the lamp, or along the supply wire 6.
- the support 1 comprises a lower portion forming a hook 17.
- the opening of the hook 17 is turned towards the front of the support relative to the wall.
- the opening of the hook 17 is directed upwards so as to be able to insert a cord, a cable 9 or a suspension loop of a work of art 10.
- FIG. 1 On the figure 1 a picture frame 10 has been shown in which the cord 9 is inserted inside the hook 17, the neck 3 of the lamp 2 extending upwards from the support 1, and the lamp 2 illuminating by at the top the picture carried by the frame 10.
- the figure 2 is a side view of the support 1 of the figure 1 .
- the figure 3 is a top view of the support 1 of the figure 1 .
- the orifice 14 acting as slide for the rod which may be of round, rectangular or square section, a housing for neck 15, which preferably extends only in the upper part of the support, to spare, in the lower part of the support, the space required for the recess 17 acting hook.
- the support 1 here comprises a generally cylindrical body 13.
- the body 13, in the illustrated case, has generally the shape of a cylinder of revolution.
- This cylindrical body 13 forms an outer contour of the support 1, from which emerges axially in upper and lower parts the rod 12, which passes through the support, and which emerges in the upper part the neck 3 of the lamp.
- the hook portion 17 is formed by a recess inwardly of the cylindrical body 13.
- the support may optionally have at its bearing surface a horizontal width greater than its widths to the right of orifices 14 and 15.
- diameter of the stem and “diameter of the neck” is here understood to mean their smaller dimensions, especially if, for example, the stem has a rectangular section.
- the hook 17 is dug below the housing 15 reserved for the insertion of the neck 3.
- the thickness of the portion surrounding the neck 3 is limited and, on the contrary, a depth is reserved.
- sufficient hook 17 to facilitate the insertion of suspension strings of various thicknesses. We then find us with at least a portion of the hook recess 17 in the axial extension of the neck 3 of the lamp. Thus, the hung object is positioned, in the direction perpendicular to the wall, closer to the lamp collar.
- a passage of electrical wires 16 may be formed under the housing 15 of the neck, the passage of wires 16 being of smaller section than the housing 15.
- the recess 17 forming a hook has a surface 19, forming a substantially hook bottom trough rectilinear and horizontal, on which bears the cord 9.
- the recess 17 is delimited in the upper part by an oblique surface 21 which acts as a guide surface for insertion of the cord 9, and acts as a retention surface which can avoid an untimely exit of the cord 9 from the hook 17.
- the rear portion of the support 1 is provided with a flat surface 20 which can abut against the wall 25 and contribute to limiting the rotation of the support 1 relative to the wall 25.
- the flat part 20 may optionally be covered with a type of protection felt or flat foam to limit the risk of damaging the wall.
- the figure 3 represents a support variant for a rod 12 of round section.
- the figure 4 is a top view of a support variant 1 for a rod 12 of square section. The same elements are designated by the same references.
- the width along the y-axis of the bearing surface 20 is designated by the letter "1"
- the maximum total width in the y direction of the support 1 is designated by the letter L
- the web of material available between rod port 14 and the neck housing 15 is designated d4
- the distance from the axis of the neck housing 15 to the bearing surface 20 is designated d1
- the minimum distance from the inside of the hook 17 to the bearing surface 20 - which influences the The moment that can be exerted by the hooking cord 9 on the support- is designated by d2
- the maximum distance of an inner portion of the hook 17 to the bearing surface 20, is designated d3.
- This last distance d3, depending on the position of the cord or the suspension loop inside the hook 17, can also play on the moment exerted by the suspended object to rotate the support 1 relative to the x axis.
- the fabric d4 can thus be reduced to almost zero if the machining of the slide hole 14 and the neck housing 15 is not a problem.
- the support 1 is indeed obtained by machining the orifices 14, 15, 16 and the recess of the hook 17, in a metal section, for example aluminum alloy.
- the flat 20 may already be present on the initial section or can be machined a posteriori.
- the maximum distance d3 between the bearing surface 20 and an interior area of the hook - which in most cases corresponds more or less to the maximum distance between the wall and the front of the support 1 - is less than or equal to equal to the maximum width L of the support. This limits the lever arm between the wall and the cord when it is, in the worst case, close to the front face of the support 1.
- the width "1" of the bearing face 20 in the direction y is preferably greater than or equal to half the distance d2.
- the distance d1 between the axis of the housing 15 of the neck and the bearing surface is preferably less than or equal to the total width L of the support.
- the use of the material of the support is optimized while increasing the length of the slide 14, which extends both over the height of the hook and the height of the housing 15 of the neck.
- a good height of the slide 14 makes it possible to improve the rotational stability of the support 1 with respect to a horizontal axis.
- the invention is not limited to the embodiments described and can be declined in many variants.
- the outer section of the tubular portion 13 may not be cylindrical of revolution. It can for example be polygonal, or elliptical.
- a tubular portion 13 is used whose outer contour, in a horizontal plane y-z, is defined by a convex shape, which ensures a good ratio between the rigidity of the support and the occupied volume.
- the slide 14 may comprise several distinct but aligned portions, and may not extend over the entire height of the support.
- the length between the end portions of the guide preferably remains greater than or equal to the length of the housing 15 of the neck.
- the supply of the ramp 4 of the lamp can be provided through conductors integrated to the profile of chair rail 11 and through the rod 12.
- a support 1 ' is obtained from a sheet shown in FIG. figure 5 covered with an insulating varnish 26 on a portion -represented in gray-of its surface. This sheet is cut and folded along the dotted lines of the figure 5 . This gives a monobloc piece defining two straps 14 'in the upper and lower part of the support 1', these strapping ensuring the slide function along the corresponding rod 12 ', shown in FIG. figure 7 . A portion 23 of the strapping, coming into contact with the rod 12 ', is not coated with varnish, so as to allow electrical contact on these portions between the strapping and the rod 12'.
- a median portion of the sheet is folded into arcs so as to define a housing 15 'adapted to receive the neck 3 of the lamp.
- a tongue 28 of the sheet is bent upwards so as to form a hook 17 ', in the immediate vicinity of the rod 12'.
- a supply orifice 29 is formed in the central part of the sheet, in which is inserted a conductive pin 30 for electrically contacting a face 31 of the inner pin to the housing 15 ', and a face 12a of the rod 12', avoiding electrical contacts with the mass of the support 1 'itself.
- the mass of the support 1 ' is at the electric potential of a second face 12b of the rod, isolated from the face 12a by an insulating layer 32 integrated in the rod.
- the lamp can thus be supplied with direct current by a first contact at the pin 30, and by a second contact on the arcs of the housing 15 '.
- We can typically provide for each ramp a power supply power of 4W to 10W, for example 6W, at a supply voltage of 8V to 26V, for example between 12V and 24V.
- the brightness of the LEDs can be chosen to obtain a luminosity of 450 lumen per ramp, a deflector of the ramp also allowing to concentrate the luminous flux at a preferred angle.
- the color of the LEDs or Luminous elements can be chosen preferably with a color temperature greater than or equal to 3000K.
- the figure 7 shows a profile of chair rail 11 'associated with the rod 11'.
- the profile 11 ' is fixed to the wall by circular fixing clips 35, and has a rail 36 provided with two electrical tracks 34 and 35 coming into contact c with two opposite faces of an upper end 37 in the shape of a "T" of the rod 12 ', so as to bring the two faces 12a and 12b of the rod to two different electrical potentials.

Description
The invention relates to lighting systems and in particular the lighting systems of objects exposed by hanging on walls.
Tables hanging systems or other structures are known, along suspension rods hung on a profile of chair rail. The suspension rod, also called rod chair, can be moved in a horizontal direction along the molding rail. A hook movable vertically along the rod, once blocked relative to the vertical movement, allows to hang the object, for example a table. The table position can be adjusted by moving the rod along the rail or by moving the hook vertically. On the other hand, the associated lighting system, which is usually wall mounted, is more difficult to move. In general, you have to drill new holes in the wall, which is both tedious and damaging the wall.
To allow the lighting to be moved together with the board, there is a sliding lamp stand along the stem, known as a "Boyer Reflector Hook". The device is composed of a first tube sliding along the rod of chair rail, a second assembly tube assembled on the first by a generator, a third split tube assembled on the second, parallel to the first two . The third tube is sized to insert a lamp collar. On a generator of this third tube is welded a portion of metal bar curved hook welded halfway up the third tube.
We can move simultaneously, the object hanging from the hook, and the lamp. However, this system moves the hook at a non-negligible distance forward of the rod -in front of the rod relative to the wall-, which can be a handicap depending on the inclination that one wishes to tolerate for a table for example. In in addition, this device must necessarily be assembled on rods with square or rectangular section, to ensure a holding moment avoiding unwanted rotation around the vertical, because the lever arm between the axis of the rod and the Lamp neck axis is high.
Even so, the weight of the lamp and the object to be supported, because of their displacement in front of the wall, may cause a deviation of the object to be exposed and / or may damage the connection between the rod and the object. profile of picture rail.
The object of the invention is to provide a support for lighting that is easily movable together with the object to be exposed, which ensures a good stability of the object and a constant quality of the lighting for all similar objects hung, and which limits the forces exerted on the connection between rod and profile of chair rail.
To this end, the invention proposes a tubular support for a lighting device, comprising at least a first tubular portion forming a slide, and capable of sliding along a first axis along a rod, comprising at least a second tubular portion substantially parallel to the first tubular portion, and adapted to accommodate a portion of the lighting device, the support having a hook into which can be inserted a loop or a suspension cord of an element to be exposed. The interior space at the hook is arranged at least partly in the axial extension of said portion of the lighting device. By first and second tubular portions, here means portions of the support each comprising an interior space for insertion or guiding, the interior space being delimited by one or more portions of walls delimited by regulated surfaces defined by generating lines all parallel to the first axis. The tubular portion may be for example a portion of material with a cylindrical bore-cylinder in the broad sense, not limited to the cylinder of revolution- or be a set of tabs folded around a cylindrical space. The axial projections, that is to say the projections along the first axis, on a plane perpendicular to the first axis of the interior spaces of the first and second tubular portions, are distinct and do not show common area. In the assembled position, the rod is suspended by one of its ends, and the axis of the rod, which corresponds to the first axis, is therefore substantially vertical. The lighting device is preferably a neck lamp, and the second tubular portion is configured to insert one end of the neck of the lamp. The neck of the lamp preferably extends from the support parallel to the stem, and then can be bent, preferably in the direction corresponding to the front of the hook-that is, toward the open side of the hook. When the lighting device is assembled on the support, the interior space of the hook, designed to hold a portion of the hooking cord, is arranged at least partly in the axial extension of the lamp neck, for example below the lamp collar. The inserted end of the lamp is preferably a lower end of the neck of the lamp, but it is possible to envisage a variant embodiment in which, particularly if the rod is of rigid type, the hook is disposed above the second cylindrical portion , the neck of the lamp being inserted from below into the support and coming to curl from below towards the object to be illuminated. The hook is oriented to retain the suspended object under the effect of its weight, so that it can insert a cord from top to bottom, and is oriented to allow to press the cord on a bottom surface of hook.
Advantageously, the rod is a vertical suspension rod with a hanging end complementary to a chair rail profile, and is adapted to receive both the tubular support, and other types of hanging hooks for a picture frame , or for other exhibits. The rod may be rigid, preferably rectilinear. The rod may be a flexible vertical wire support, for example cable or wire type, metal or other materials. When the rod is flexible, the position of the hook under the neck of the lamp contributes substantially to maintaining the first tubular portion in alignment with the axis of the rod, that is to say the vertical. The directions mentioned are understood when the support is in position mounted on a vertical rod. By abuse of language, here is meant by vertical direction the direction of the rod suspended on which is assembled the support, even if this rod can possibly be positioned slightly obliquely with respect to a vertical wall on which is fixed a molding rail supporting the upper part of the rod fixed to the wall. The positioning of the hook under the lamp collar ensures a good vertical alignment between the table -or the object to be suspended- and the illumination provided by the lamp.
Advantageously, the outside of the support comprises, on a side opposite to the opening of the hook, at least one bearing portion parallel to the first axis. The bearing portion may be a bearing line parallel to the first axis, for example a generatrix of a cylindrical body forming the support. Preferably, the bearing portion is a flat surface portion.
According to a preferred embodiment, the maximum horizontal distance between the substantially vertical support portion and the front of the hook is less than or equal to the maximum horizontal width of the support. In this way, the lever arm is limited by the forces that the object to be suspended can exert on the support to rotate it about a vertical axis, during the suspension of the object, and once the object is suspended in place. By maximum distance between the vertical support portion and the front of the hook means the maximum horizontal distance between the bearing surface and one of the surfaces defining the inside of the hook.
The support may comprise at least one vertical and flat bearing portion, on the outside of the support on the opposite side to the opening of the hook, the minimum distance between this bearing portion and the inside of the hook being less than or equal to at twice the maximum width according to the horizontal, of the support portion. In this way the support portion can exert an effective holding moment to prevent rotation of the support about a vertical axis. By vertical means here a direction parallel to the axis of the slide. Horizontal means a direction perpendicular to the first axis. Minimum distance between the support portion and the inside of the hook means the minimum distance between the bearing portion and one of the surfaces -a rear of the hook- delimiting the inside of the hook.
According to a preferred embodiment, the first (s) portion (s) forming slider, the second or second portion (s) retaining the collar and the hook are part of the same piece.
For example, the support comprises a one-piece element of substantially cylindrical outer contour-cylinder of revolution or cylinder having a non-circular cross section of generatrices parallel to the first axis. According to a preferred embodiment, the cylinder has a circular cross section truncated locally by a right portion, the right portion corresponding to the projection of the flat bearing surface. The cylindrical support can be drilled over the entire length of the cylinder by the slide, and be pierced over part of its length by a housing adapted to accommodate one end of the neck of the lamp. The bearing surface, the slide and the housing of the lamp neck are all centered on the same plane of symmetry, that is to say are arranged so as to be each symmetrical with respect to this plane. The slide is disposed between the flat surface and the lamp-neck housing. In the assembled position, the plane of symmetry typically corresponds to a vertical plane perpendicular to a wall on which the rod has been suspended, for example by means of a wall rail profile fixed to the wall. The support surface makes it possible to support the support on the wall by distributing the support forces (relative to a point or linear support) and contributes to limiting the rotation of the support relative to the wall. This rotation can be moderate if the rod is made of rigid material (for example steel) and has a shape section resistant to torsion. This rotation may be greater, in the absence of a bearing surface, if the rod has a reduced section (wire), a section of which one dimension is substantially smaller than the other (suspension tape), if it is made of low Young's modulus material (polymeric material) or if it is of braided type (cable or suspension wire).
The cylindrical support is for example cut by a notch substantially plane, oblique with respect to the first axis, and perpendicular to the plane of symmetry, so as to define a recess forming the inside of the hook, turned away from the flat bearing surface.
Other variants of one-piece supports having the preceding dimensional characteristics are conceivable, for example a support made from a folded cut sheet metal. In this variant embodiment, horizontal tabs of sheet metal can crimp the lamp neck on one side of the initial cutting plane of the sheet. Other horizontal tabs may surround the slideway on the other side of the original cutting plane of the sheet, and a sheet metal tongue cut perpendicularly to the previous ones may be bent to form a hook under the lamp collar.
Advantageously, the support comprises a radial clamping means -serrage following at least one direction belonging to a plane perpendicular to the first axis-through the one-piece piece and for blocking the movements, including vertical movements, of the support relative to the rod. The radial clamping means may be one or more screws passing through the slider portion to bear on the rod.
Preferably, in the assembled position on the rod, the largest dimension of the support is its vertical dimension, which is at least twice the largest dimension of the support according to the horizontal. In addition, according to a particularly advantageous embodiment, the axial length of the slide extends over the entire insertion length of the lamp collar and over the entire vertical length of the hook. Each of the last two features contributes to effective maintenance of the lamp collar to prevent it from deviating excessively from the vertical.
Preferably, the inside of the hook is delimited at least partly by two plane faces substantially parallel to each other, or forming a dihedron, the two faces being perpendicular to the plane of symmetry of the support. The two flat faces are connected by a hook bottom surface. In the assembled position, it can be considered that the interior of the hook is delimited at least partly by two plane faces of directions close to the vertical, connected by a hook background surface. By substantially vertical, we mean faces forming a zero or low angle-for example less than or equal to 30 ° -with the vertical direction. According to an advantageous embodiment, at least one of the flat faces, preferably the face closest to the support portion, is extended in the upper part by an oblique surface portion of retention of the wire fastener element. The oblique surface portion preferably overhangs the opening of the hook. According to a preferred embodiment, the oblique surface forms at the same time an insertion guide surface of the retention wire element. The hook preferably opens towards the axial end of the support in which is inserted the lamp neck.
According to a preferred embodiment, the lighting system comprises a neck lamp whose base of the neck is inserted into the second tubular portion. The lamp comprises a lighting ramp substantially perpendicular to the end of the neck which holds the ramp. In other words, the ramp of the lamp extends in a horizontal direction in the assembled position of the system.
Advantageously, the average line of the lamp collar is in the plane of symmetry.
Advantageously, the ramp is articulated relative to the neck to be able to pivot about an axis perpendicular to the plane of symmetry. In the assembled position of the support, this perpendicular axis is a horizontal axis.
The lighting ramp may be movable for example by virtue of a ball joint type articulation between a rigid neck and the ramp, thanks to a simple articulation with a single axis of rotation, or because of the presence of an articulated portion of the neck in the upper part of the collar.
The lighting ramp may comprise one or more LEDs, fed for example by a transformer from the electrical network, or supplied for example by one or more electric batteries (also called "electric accumulators").
The system may further comprise a suspension rod of section adapted to the shape of the slide, and a profile of chair rail complementary shape to a hooking shape formed in the upper part of the attachment rod.
According to a particular embodiment, the lighting system comprises a profile of chair rail, and comprises an end of chair rail complementary to a rail of the chair rail profile, the rod being able to be suspended by hanging its end in the rail, the rail having at least two power supply contacts placed so as to come into contact with two portions, electrically insulated from each other, of the end of the rod.
According to the alternative embodiments, the electrical contacts may extend along the rail of the molding rail, be punctual, or form two groups of contacts of different polarities distributed on either side of the rail. The supply of the lamp by the suspension rod is in particular possible if the lighting of the ramp is provided by means of LEDs, which can be supplied with low voltage.
In this embodiment, the support may comprise a connection system comprising, on the one hand, a first electrical contact element having a sliding contact with a first zone of the rod, and connected to a first electrical contact of the lamp, and further comprising, a second contact member having a sliding contact with a second zone of the rod, electrically isolated from the first zone, and connected to a second electrical contact of the lamp.

The slide functions along the

En effet, le support peut éventuellement présenter au niveau de sa surface d'appui une largeur horizontale supérieure à ses largeurs au droit des orifices 14 et 15.Indeed, the support may optionally have at its bearing surface a horizontal width greater than its widths to the right of
The term "diameter of the stem" and "diameter of the neck" is here understood to mean their smaller dimensions, especially if, for example, the stem has a rectangular section.
According to a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the portion surrounding the
The rear portion of the

The integration of the three slide functions, maintaining the collar and hook function inside the same
The fabric d4 can thus be reduced to almost zero if the machining of the
The flat 20 may already be present on the initial section or can be machined a posteriori.
Still to limit the effects of lever arm, the distance d1 between the axis of the
Thanks to the positioning of the hook under the neck of the lamp, and the weak arms of leverage, both of the collar with respect to the wall and the hook relative to the wall, it improves the stability of the support, it limits the damage in the areas of attachment of the rod on the chair rail, and optimizes the quality of the lighting which is in the vertical alignment of the object.
In addition, the use of the material of the support is optimized while increasing the length of the
The invention is not limited to the embodiments described and can be declined in many variants.
One can for example consider reducing the bearing
The outer section of the
Preferably, however, a
Variants with a concave outer contour, although less rigid, remain within the scope of the invention. The previously proposed ratios for limiting the lever arms to the
The
A median portion of the sheet is folded into arcs so as to define a housing 15 'adapted to receive the
In the extension of the varnished
Other variants of embodiment are of course still possible by limiting the horizontal offset of the lamp and the hook relative to the wall, and combining the three functions slide, lamp holder and hook, preferably in the same single piece.
