Abstract
Description
- This invention is in the technical sector field of prefabricated extensible construction of modules made from telescopic structures to which add divisions, furniture and last technologies according to the use for the porpoise they are destined for.
- Containers are constructed of corrugated weathering steel and double "T" girders structure in their arris, also there are aluminium ones and PVC, in most cases have wooden floor. Other characteristic that define the maritime container are the corners casting "twistlocks" which are done through a larger oval hole on the bottom corners., this allows to lift them by special cranes, and so to be fixed in ships and lorries.
- New container sizes have been developed to suit different purposes, as the "euro container", adequate for the Europe pallets of 80 cms X 120 cms. But is far to be an standard, because containers carriers ships are only prepared for the actual measurements that varies in length and heath:
- The exterior wide is 8 feet (2,438m) (interior 2,350m).
- The high varies between 8 feet and 6 inches (2,59 m) or 9 feet and 6 inches (2,89 m).
- The long varies between 10 feet (3,04 m); 20 feet (6,08 m); 40 feet (12,19 m); 45 feet (13,71 m); 48 feet (14,59 m) and 53 feet (16,11 m).
- The most world known equipments are 20 and 40 feet, with are internal volume approximated of 32,6 m3 and 66,7 m3 respectively. The dimensions of the containers are regulated by standard ISO 6346.
- Maximum cargo: the 20' ones have a gross weight of 29t and the 40' ones about 32t.
- The tare or empty container weight could be from 1,8t until 4t for the 20' and 3,2t up to 4,8t for the 40' ones.
- This invention of aluminium or steel extensible structure has double or triple quadrangular telescopic girders, (this does not mean a limitation about materials, geometry, neither columns or the number of them) modules are of exact measurements as the standards of cages and maritime containers, being its applications the well known of continent to transport goods. The innovation that shows is the possibility to be enlarged to the length, width and height. In order to enlarge the container should be unloaded in a plot with reinforced concrete floor, levelled and smoothed, unscrew the pieces that immobilised the structure, pins, lock-nuts, washers and screws, it anchors from one side and pull up from the opposite end with a vehicle. The columns move with the telescopic girders and walls, as a slide door. To the high, after proving the structure is in level, screw or weld the bottom of the columns to steel plates anchored in the concrete, it rises with a pen crane pulling up from the shed frame, that joint the lifting columns which when reach the high projected get fixed as the umbrellas, automatically, each one of them to the others, "telescopically", with lock-pits of several star shape spring sets. This innovation resolve the room space as thus capable of being extended or shortened, in the graphic,
figure1.3 , "A" becomes "B" and vice versa. On the other hand with respect to the technique state before, resolve the "euro container" problem as it is adaptable to any measure, in this case to the 80 cms. X 120 cms. Euro pallets, to stow, any way, in files of three 80 cms. X 3
= 2,40 m. or in files of two, 120 cms. X 2 = 2,40 meters. Interior
width standard container do not reach, exactly has 2,350 meters. - These maritime container structures more versatile, have application in construction of houses, industries, shops, work shops, garages, military buildings, dwellings for catastrophes action help, etc.
- Drawings description brief:
- 1.1 Shortened upper view.
- 1.2 Extended upper view.
- 1.3 A: shortened structure. B. Extended structure.
- 1.4 Double floor extension and pitch roof.
- A way to manufacture a extendible telescopic container is to consider four main columns that with the girders of the length and the width form the parallelepiped arris, each of the columns have its two interior sides (one looking to the long and the other to the wide) weld to the telescopic girders that joint them, two of the columns of one of the diagonals are weld from a side to exterior girders and from the other side to interior girders, meantime from the other diagonal both sides of a column are weld to interior girders.
Drawing 1.1, 1.2 . Other way to construct an extensible telescopic structure of a cage and maritime container is the one to weld or screw four of the interior telescopic girders to one side columns and other four to the other side columns, the exterior girders will reinforce, at the same time will work as butt or run over end as in shortened position as in extended position. - The extensible telescopic structure of a cage and maritime container shortened, allows to transport up to eight empty equals containers in the space that occupies only one of those containers with its structure extended.
- The closing of the exterior walls operate as if the columns and the girders were the frame of a slide door when slip along close the new part of the enlargement. The container in shortened position transport the closing in quadruple wall. About the floor and the ceiling, to display, the same way as a board of an extensible table that the container transport in quadruple floor and quadruple ceiling.
- The double floor enlargement of one, two o more pitched roofs, can be got with two covers, the first one, the ceiling, weld or screw to the top frames of the base columns; the second one, the shed, like a carton box covers, fix to the top frame of the lifting columns, this is armed hoisting with pen crane these upper covers, to get the projected height because the columns that support it are lift up and get fix as the umbrellas, automatically, couple each other with lock-pits of several star shape spring sets, which holes are at the same level and are visible, which must be fasten with a pin or lock-nut against retrocession. Finally lift up the four covers, two form the roof pitch of the longs and the other two the triangular sheds of the wide. These pieces which frames are telescopic with two or more leads as the guillotine windows have, are lifted to fit,
figure 1.4, as a puzzle pieces; forming a shed of big boards placed as tiles, because the frames of each one of the four shed's boards, pivot in hinges bored in the structure or weld over hinges; to reach the optimum angle to orient to the south the portable side of the photovoltaic panels.
Claims (1)
- The aim of this invention is to construct extensible and retractile modules, prefabricated with steel or aluminium telescopic structure, easy to be transported utilizing the maritime containers dimension, carrying in its interior the divisions, furniture and the necessary technological installation conformable with the use that is wanted to be done.
Characterized to be made with double or triple telescopic tube to enlarge at destination, to be able to transport at ones a construction that enlarging and raising can dispose up of an eight times bigger dwelling that the container transported. (Fig. 1.3).
Also embrace double closing that sliding with the structure do as wall of the new building, as slide doors move.
The double floor extension and sloping roof, can be got with two roofs, the bottom room ceiling weld or screw to the top frames of the base telescopic columns and the upper one cardboard box type, screw to the top frames of the lifter telescopic columns, this upper structure is mounted hoisted by pen crane, staying at the projected height because the columns that support them get fix as the umbrellas, couple each one of them with four lock-pits of a cross shape spring set, which holes are at the same level and are visible, which must be fasten with a pin or lock-nut against retrocession.
Finally the four covers are lifted: two form the double slope roof of the long and the other two the triangular covers of the wide.
To be aware to orient to the midday the portable side of the photovoltaic panels.
