Definitions
- the invention relates to a sectional door whose door leaf consists of individual, articulated interconnected sections, which are guided in lateral guides.
- the lateral guides go from a vertical course in a curved course, which is present in the parking position in the lintel area.
- the DE 199 15 376 A1 is a fast-moving industrial door with a door leaf in the form of a lamellar tank remove.
- the individual narrow slats are guided in lateral guides by rollers, which go over in the fall area in a spiral section with a continuously curved spiral shape.
- the lamellae are formed of a material with a bending stiffness of less than 1500 N xm 2 .
- sectional doors which consist of individual wide sections that are not in the range of the dimensions of narrow slats
- problems that they can not be easily wound into a winding in the opening position of the sectional door, without this winding is too large.
- Another problem is that from a certain gate width, the individual sections at the moment in which they come in a horizontal position or the like in the parking position, and thus come into contact with underlying, already wound lamellae.
- the object of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide for the interconnected sections of a sectional door or the like guides in the lateral area in a parking position in the fall-side area, a quick opening of the door leaf allow, the parking space, even with wide sections, should have only small dimensions. Furthermore, should be dispensed with such a lateral guide on a steadily rising spiral or spiral shape to make such a guide more cost-effective and easier and faster to install.
- the shape of individual contiguous, substantially continuous circular arc segments are selected, which are constructed concentrically with their radii.
- the radii taper steadily to the interior of a coil, which consists of the individual, articulated sections of the sectional door.
- recourse is made to the use of circular arc segments which are easy to produce and which are obtained alternately on at least two circular arc segment centers spaced apart by a distance. This means that a first circular arc segment is present after the substantially vertical course of the guide.
- This circular arc portion may have a different length extension, but does not go beyond a semicircle.
- This shape of the circular arc segment is related to a first circular arc segment center.
- the further circular arc segment that adjoins the first circular arc segment without gaps is not related to the same circular arc segment center, but rather to a further circular arc segment center, which is at a distance from the first.
- the subsequent circular arc segment is essentially modeled in its longitudinal extension a semicircle.
- the further circular arc segment adjoining this circular arc segment is again referred to the first circular arc segment center.
- the other subsequent circular arc segments are related alternately to the two circular arc segment centers.
- the radii used for such arc segments are always chosen to be smaller and smaller, so that inevitably creates an inwardly tapering lateral guide for the sections of the sectional door, which has the shape of a coil in the park position. Due to the fact that today the sections are increasingly being equipped with glazing, the sections are broadened at the same time, which leads to an enlargement of the coil.
- the longitudinal extent of the first circular arc segment is preferably carried out below a semicircular shape.
- the vertical course of the guide rail contributes to the dimensions of the Winding reduce when the guide rail has a, directed towards the building interior, oblique course.
- circular arc segments are used whose radii are likewise different and become smaller and smaller towards the center of the winding, but the longitudinal extension of these circular arc segment sections used is substantially at 120 ° of a circumference.
- the abutting circular arc segments are each related to different circular arc segment centers. This can be at a 120 ° -version of the circular arc segments three circular arc segment centers. These three circular arc segment centers form an almost isosceles triangle, from whose vertices the radii for the abutting individual circular arc segments alternately depart.
- a first circular arc segment which is executed by a first circular arc segment center, extends under a first radius.
- each gap that is chosen so large in all the preferred embodiments that also correspondingly high sections of the sectional door can move clean in the winding without touching adjacent sections, by changing the dimension of the individual radii of the circular arc segments to be influenced.
- Such a lateral guide can thus consist of several individual pieces, which are for example bent or cast.
- the individual circular arc segments are produced by bending technology in order to be placed on a mounting plate by means of guide joints.
- a C-profile is preferably chosen as the profile used for the lateral guides mentioned above.
- the guides may also have any other shape that allow a suitable guide.
- Such guides can wholly or partially or partially made of plastic or light metal or the like.
- FIG. 1 schematically illustrated in a perspective view of a sectional door with vertical side guides 1, in which corresponding sections 18 of a door leaf are guided, can be seen by way of example.
- a lateral, curved guide 2 continues in the upper region, which in the embodiment is constructed on a mounting plate 13 as a winding consisting of individual circular arc segments 3, 4, 5, 6.
- a spacer profile 12 is present in the projecting area, so that the two lateral guides are always kept at a precise, unchangeable distance.
- the sectional door is completed by a spring unit 17 for weight compensation for the door leaf of the sectional door. It should be noted that of course sectional doors without such a spring unit 17 can be used with the still to be described in detail guides 2.
- the vertical guide 1 is mounted in the lower floor area by a fastening 38 on a Zargenholm 39 so that opposite the attachment 38 directed to the building interior oblique course of the guide 1 is present, which illustrates by a distance 40 between the frame 39 and the guide 1 becomes.
- Such an oblique vertical course 1 is not absolutely necessary, however, thereby the retraction of the sections 18 is facilitated in the winding.
- the upper lateral guide 2 which is designed as a winding reproduced again in an enlarged view.
- the first circular arc segment 3 adjoins the vertical guide 1 via a guide joint 7.
- This arc segment 3 does not comprise a complete semicircular shape, but a shortened in its length circular arc portion and refers to a circular arc segment center 16.
- This circular arc segment 3 extends to a guide joint 8.
- the adjoining the guide joint 8 arc segment 4, which has a smaller in radius as the circular arc segment 3 is in the embodiment of FIG.
- the third arc segment 5 connects to the second arc segment 4 via a guide joint 9.
- This circular arc segment 5 is not related to the circular arc segment center 15 but to the distant circle center 16.
- the fourth circular arc segment 6 connects to the third circular arc segment 5 via a guide joint 10 in this exemplary embodiment.
- This circular arc segment 6 has its center in the circular arc segment center 15.
- the aforementioned circular arc segments 4, 5, 6 are substantially formed as individual semicircular segments with a respectively changed radius in them. Only the first circular arc segment 3 can have a smaller extent than a semicircular shape. Between the individual Circular arc segments 3, 4, 5, 6 are guide joints 7, 8, 9, 10 formed, which represent inflection points in the process for the incoming sections. Are fastened from the circular arc segments 3, 4, 5, 6 existing lateral guides on a mounting plate 13 by means of fasteners 11th
- the circular arc segment center 15 lies essentially on an imaginary center line, which essentially passes through the spacer profile 12.
- the circular arc segment center 16 is arranged substantially on an imaginary line passing through the guide joint 7.
- a recess 14 is still introduced to reduce weight.
- the above-described vertical guide 1 and side guide 2 in the parking position can be inexpensively made from individual sections. Such sections, as well as the entire guide can be made of plastic or light metal or the like.
- FIG. 3 Another preferred embodiment of a winding is the FIG. 3 refer to.
- a first circular arc segment 3 is present, which meets via the guide joint 7 with the vertical guide 1.
- This first circular arc segment 3 has a radius R1, which is related to a circular arc segment center 24.
- another circular arc segment 4 connects, whose radius R2 is related to a circular arc segment center 25.
- the circular arc segment 5 whose radius R3 is related to a circular arc segment center 26. All other arc segments 20, 21, 22 and 23 close with ever smaller radii of the previously described circular arc segments 3, 4, 5 at.
- each guide joints 27, 28, 29 and 30 are present. Also in the circular arc segments 20, 21, 22, 23 is again turned off alternately to each arc segment on the circular arc segment center points 24, 25, 26 with the corresponding radii.
- the circular arc segment centers 24, 25 and 26 Arranged around a center 31 in the form of an isosceles triangle are the circular arc segment centers 24, 25 and 26. There is a distance S between the individual circular arc segment centers 24, 25, 26. So are in this preferred embodiment of the FIG. 3 the individual circular arc segments 3, 4, 5, 6, 20, 21, 22, 23 have been alternately referenced with their respective different radii on the circular arc segment centers 24, 25, 26 in succession. Thus, for example, the circular arc segments 3, 6 and 22 with their different radii relative to the circular arc segment center 24.
- the circular arc segments 4, 20, 23 relate to the circular arc segment center 25 and the circular arc segments 5, 21 to the circular arc segment center 26.
- the individual circular arc segments 3, 4, 5, 6, 20, 21, 22, 23 have a longitudinal extent at their circumference, which is substantially at 120 ° of a circumference, relative to the respective circular arc segment center 24, 25th , 26 lies.
- the transitions to the guide joints 7, 8, 9, 10, 27, 28, 9, 30 are gentler, because due to the different radii here weaker inflection points in the coils arise.
- the circular arc segments of a substantially C-shaped profile according to the FIG. 4 consist. Starting from a base leg 32 in which fastening receptacles 33 are located at the same time, lateral limiting legs 34 are present. The boundary legs 34 are bent inwardly to an opening 37 that here an axis or a slider of the individual sections can pass through into a guide space 36. Within the guide space 36 are treads 35 for roles.

For sectional doors, which consist of individual wide sections that are not in the range of the dimensions of narrow slats, there is the problem that they can not be easily wound into a winding in the opening position of the sectional door, without this winding is too large. Another problem is that from a certain gate width, the individual sections at the moment in which they come in a horizontal position or the like in the parking position, and thus come into contact with underlying, already wound lamellae.
The object of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide for the interconnected sections of a sectional door or the like guides in the lateral area in a parking position in the fall-side area, a quick opening of the door leaf allow, the parking space, even with wide sections, should have only small dimensions. Furthermore, should be dispensed with such a lateral guide on a steadily rising spiral or spiral shape to make such a guide more cost-effective and easier and faster to install.
The object of the invention is solved by the features of
In a first preferred embodiment, in order to solve the problem in the case of the lateral guides, which change from a substantially vertical course into a curved course, the shape of individual contiguous, substantially continuous circular arc segments are selected, which are constructed concentrically with their radii. The radii taper steadily to the interior of a coil, which consists of the individual, articulated sections of the sectional door. In order to be able to carry out such a winding with lateral guides, recourse is made to the use of circular arc segments which are easy to produce and which are obtained alternately on at least two circular arc segment centers spaced apart by a distance. This means that a first circular arc segment is present after the substantially vertical course of the guide. This circular arc portion may have a different length extension, but does not go beyond a semicircle. This shape of the circular arc segment is related to a first circular arc segment center. However, the further circular arc segment that adjoins the first circular arc segment without gaps is not related to the same circular arc segment center, but rather to a further circular arc segment center, which is at a distance from the first. In this case, the subsequent circular arc segment is essentially modeled in its longitudinal extension a semicircle. The further circular arc segment adjoining this circular arc segment is again referred to the first circular arc segment center. The other subsequent circular arc segments are related alternately to the two circular arc segment centers. At the same time, the radii used for such arc segments are always chosen to be smaller and smaller, so that inevitably creates an inwardly tapering lateral guide for the sections of the sectional door, which has the shape of a coil in the park position. Due to the fact that today the sections are increasingly being equipped with glazing, the sections are broadened at the same time, which leads to an enlargement of the coil. However, in order to achieve a reduction of the winding diameter, the longitudinal extent of the first circular arc segment is preferably carried out below a semicircular shape. Furthermore, the vertical course of the guide rail contributes to the dimensions of the Winding reduce when the guide rail has a, directed towards the building interior, oblique course.
In a further preferred embodiment, circular arc segments are used whose radii are likewise different and become smaller and smaller towards the center of the winding, but the longitudinal extension of these circular arc segment sections used is substantially at 120 ° of a circumference. Also in this preferred embodiment, the abutting circular arc segments are each related to different circular arc segment centers. This can be at a 120 ° -version of the circular arc segments three circular arc segment centers. These three circular arc segment centers form an almost isosceles triangle, from whose vertices the radii for the abutting individual circular arc segments alternately depart. Starting from the substantially vertical section of the guide, a first circular arc segment, which is executed by a first circular arc segment center, extends under a first radius. This is followed by a second, smaller radius at a second arcuate midpoint and another third radius from the third arcuate segment midpoint. The radii are chosen in their dimensions so that here also between the individual guide sections a gap in the size is present that wide sections of the sectional door in the parking position do not come to rest against each other.
The existing between the adjacent circular arc segments each gap that is chosen so large in all the preferred embodiments that also correspondingly high sections of the sectional door can move clean in the winding without touching adjacent sections, by changing the dimension of the individual radii of the circular arc segments to be influenced.
Such a lateral guide can thus consist of several individual pieces, which are for example bent or cast. However, it is also possible that the individual circular arc segments are produced by bending technology in order to be placed on a mounting plate by means of guide joints.
In order to ensure a clean guidance for the individual sections, a C-profile is preferably chosen as the profile used for the lateral guides mentioned above. The guides may also have any other shape that allow a suitable guide. Such guides can wholly or partially or partially made of plastic or light metal or the like.

In this preferred embodiment, it is clear that the individual
In addition to the described use of two distanced circular arc segment center points 15, 16 and in the further exemplary embodiment of the circular arc segment means 24, 25, 26, a further higher number of arc segment center points is possible, which simultaneously leads to an increase of the individual circular arc segments to form a coil.
