Diese eingebrachte Druckluft bewirkt, dass die Pneumatikzylinder 33.2 aktiviert werden, der Federkraft der Federn 33.1 entgegenwirken und die Klemmplatten 36 von der Stanzplatte 32 weg auf den Schließrahmen 31 hinzu bewegen. Dadurch wird die Klemmung der Stanzplatte 32 aufgehoben und die Stanzplatte 32 kann vom Maschinenbediener entnommen und durch eine andere Stanzplatte 32 ersetzt werden. Um die neu eingesetzte Stanzplatte 32 wieder im Schließrahmen 31 zu klemmen, sind in den Kanälen 39.1, 39.2 Ventile 35.1, 35.2 vorgesehen, um die Druckluft abzulassen. Die Ventile 35.1 und 35.2 können dabei einzeln angesteuert werden, so dass zuerst das erste Ventil 35.1 angesteuert und der Druck im ersten Kanal 39.1 abgebaut werden kann. Damit verlieren die zugeordneten Pneumatikzylinder 33.1 ihre Wirkung und die Stanzplatte 32 wird aufgrund von der Federklemmkraft der Federklemmeinrichtung 33 in Bogentransportrichtung B geklemmt. Nachfolgend wird das zweite Ventil 35.2 angesteuert und die Druckluft im zweiten Kanal 39.2 abgebaut, so dass hierbei die zugeordneten Pneumatikzylinder 33.2 ihre Wirksamkeit verlieren und die Stanzplatte 32 aufgrund der Federklemmkraft der Federklemmeinrichtungen 33 auch quer zur Bogentransportrichtung B geklemmt wird. Um die Klemmung von Stanzplatten 32, insbesondere von verformten bzw. verzogenen Stanzplatten 32, weiter zu optimieren, sind in dem Schließrahmen 31 Justierschrauben 38 vorgesehen, welche eine zusätzliche Kraft auf die Stanzplatte 32 ausüben können. Bogenstanz- und/oder -prägestation (2) für eine Flachbettbogenstanzmaschine (100) mit einem oberen Tiegel (9) und einem unteren Tiegel (10), wobei einer der beiden Tiegel (9, 10) hubbewegt ist, und mit einem Schließrahmen (31), welcher mit dem oberen Tiegel (9) verbunden ist, und mit einem Stanz- und/oder Prägewerkzeug (32), welches von dem Schließrahmen (31) gehalten wird, wobei ein jeweiliger Bogen (6) in einer Bogentransportrichtung (B) zwischen den Tiegeln (9, 10) hindurch bewegt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Schließrahmen (31) über eine Federklemmeinrichtung (33) zum permanenten Klemmen des Stanz- und/oder Prägewerkzeugs (32) und eine Pneumatikeinrichtung (33.2, 34.1, 34.2, 35:1, 35.2, 39.1, 39.2) zum Aufheben der Klemmung des Stanz- und/oder Prägewerkzeugs (32) verfügt, wobei die Pneumatikeinrichtung (33.2, 34.1, 34.2, 35:1, 35.2, 39.1, 39.2) einen von außerhalb der Bogenstanz- und/oder - prägestation (2) zugänglichen Druckluftversorgungseingang (40) besitzt zum temporären Zuführen einer Druckluft.
