- the receiving pockets 11 of the U-profile rail 4 can therefore be suspended in the two holding plates 12 and 13, so that they extend at an identical height level.
- the receiving pockets 11 are formed corresponding to the orientation of the holding plates 12 and 13 on the rail 4. It is also readily conceivable to arrange the receiving pockets 11 in different height levels, namely, when the two holding plates 12 and 13 extend due to the local conditions in different height levels.
- the U-profile rail 4 consists of the two mutually parallel legs 5 and 6, which are aligned parallel to the plate 3. Between the two legs 5 and 6 of this connecting web 7 of the U-profile rail 4 is provided. On the outside of the web 7, a retaining groove 15 is formed, whose cross-sectional contour is configured U-shaped. By attached to the web 7 retaining groove 15 both vertically and horizontally acting forces to be absorbed and delivered to the holding device 14.
- a locking body 16 is inserted into the retaining groove 15, whose cross-section is configured substantially L-shaped.
- a block 28 is formed, which is inserted into the retaining groove 15.
- an air gap is provided between the top of the pad 28 and the inside of the retaining groove 15, an air gap is provided.
- the two legs forming the retaining groove 15 extend laterally next to the block 28 and abut against it, so that horizontal forces in the X direction can be transmitted thereby.
- the free end faces of the legs of the retaining groove 15 are supported on the surface of the locking block 16, so that the vertical forces, ie the loads running in the Y direction, are transmitted to the locking body 16 through the end faces of the retaining groove 15.
- the locking body 16 rests on the support plate 22 of the holding device 14 and is movable in the X direction relative to this.
- a receiving opening 17 is incorporated into the locking body 16, in which a threaded rod 18 is rotatably and positionally used.
- the threaded rod 18 extends parallel to the bottom 2; this is accessible from the outside.
- a nut 19 is screwed onto the threaded rod 18, which is rotatably supported in a position on the holding device 14 pocket 20 and position-oriented. Schematically it is shown that the threaded rod 18 can be rotated about the longitudinal axis.
- the threaded rod 18 presses the locking body 16 away from the nut 19; the distance between the nut 19 and the block 28 increases accordingly. This causes the plate 3 is tilted to the right. If, however, the threaded rod 18 is rotated in the opposite direction in the nut 19, the locking body 16 is pulled in the direction of the nut 19, so that the distance between the block 28 and the nut 19 is reduced, whereby the plate 3 tilts to the left.
- the plate 3 can be aligned in a vertical position to compensate, for example, manufacturing-related fault tolerances.
- a stabilizing web 21 is provided between the two in the receiving pocket 11 extending holding plates 12 and 13 and the support plate 22 of the holding device 14.
- the holding plates 12 and 13 accordingly form with the stabilizing web 21 and the support plate 22 has a triangular cross-sectional contour, through which the torsional stiffness of the holding device 14 is increased, so that the holding plates 12 and 13, even when occurring vertical loads, for example by wind power, reliable in position are held.
- spaced apart receiving lugs 26 are arranged on the two holding plates 12 and 13, between which a connecting element 27, which is designed plate-shaped, can be inserted. If the connecting element 27 is inserted in a stationary manner into the receiving lugs 26, the wall thickness of the holding plates 12 or 13 is increased by the wall thickness of the connecting elements 27, so that a stabilizing effect is thereby initially achieved.
- the connecting elements 27 protrude beyond the U-profile rail 4, so that a further U-profile rail 4 can be attached to one another to extend the entire protective wall 1 by means of the two connecting elements 27, so that the two adjacent U-profile rails 4 can be fixed in alignment .
- the connecting elements 27 may also be bent at a predetermined angle, so that two adjacent U-profile rails 4, for example, at a 90 ° angle to each other, by means of the two connecting elements 27 are locked together. Since it is often difficult to support the holding device 14 reliably on the bottom 2, a stabilizing plate 23 is provided to improve the operative connection between the holding device 14 and the bottom 2, which can be attached by means of the fastening screws 24 to the support plate 22 of the holding device 14.
- the stabilizing plate 23 projects beyond the holding device 14 so that objects, for example flower boxes 25, can be placed on this protruding region of the stabilizing plate 23. Due to the weight forces of the flower box 25 or concrete slabs or otherwise, the holding device is supported in the lateral area, so that the stability of the protective wall 1 can be increased even by this measure.
- the holding device 14 is configured such that it has the stabilizing web 21 only between the holding plate and the support plate 22.
- the adjacent retaining plate 13 is attached directly and exclusively to the support plate 22.
- FIG. 3 the plate 3 is connected by means of a plurality of screws 9 fixed to the U-profile rail 4.

Description
The invention relates to a protective wall according to the preamble of claim 1.
The parapet parapet serves in particular as a fall protection on a balcony, a balustrade or a false ceiling, so that for the stability of the parapet parapet legally standardized safety standards are given in order to achieve a reliable fall protection at high lateral loads and on the other that the fall protection even after a certain life reliably on the false ceiling or on the balcony is held and the loads withstood.
In addition, a groove is provided on the outer side of the web of the U-profile rail, in which an adjustment plate is inserted. The adjustment plate is connected to a threaded pin, which is held in the mounted on the false ceiling profile as a holding device. The pin passes through a nut which is position-oriented and non-rotatably inserted in the profile, so that during rotation of the threaded pin this is moved away in the direction of the false ceiling or from this, so that thereby the holding plate a horizontal force on the lower side of the rail exerts, whereby a vertical, so vertical, adjustment of the entire parapet balustrade can be achieved.
The U-profile rail has a U-shaped receiving pocket, which is mounted on the holding device which is to be attached to the false ceiling. Furthermore, the underside of the U-profile rail rests on a housing which is fixedly mounted on the holding device, so that by the housing and the holding device, a support of the balustrade parapet is achieved in the vertical direction.
Such constructions have been proven in practice for parapet parapets as fall protection, but can not be used for protective walls to be placed on a floor, since such parapet parapets require a freely accessible end face of a fixed ceiling or wall to the U-profile rail reliable to be supported on the ceiling by the holding device.
In addition, the requirement has emerged that the protective walls, for example, for shielding wind, driving rain or even sunbeams in the area of terraces, quickly and easily build up and dismantle.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide on the basis of the known balustrade parapet a protective wall of the type mentioned, which is reliably supported on a ground, even in significant wind forces or other external load conditions, and on the other quickly and easily - and can be dismantled.
These objects are achieved by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
Further advantageous developments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.
Characterized in that at the two free ends of the legs in each case a U-shaped outwardly projecting receiving pocket is formed, the U-profile rail together sam are slid with the inserted in this plate to two mutually parallel retaining plates which are attached to a holding device. The holding device, in turn, is detachable from the base, but firmly connected in the mounted state, so that the holding device and thus the holding plates reliably support the U-profile rail and the plate inserted in the latter at the bottom. The holding device is fast and easy to attach to the ground or the U-profile rail can be unhooked from the holding device, so that the assembly and disassembly of the plates of users can be quickly assembled and disassembled, the no professional Need training and knowledge.
Moreover, it is particularly advantageous that on the outside of the web, the U-profile rail has a retaining groove, in which engages a locking body which is mounted in the vertical direction on the holding device and in the horizontal direction relative to the holding device movable. As a result, a vertical alignment of the plate can be achieved, for example, by displacing the locking body parallel to the floor surface. For this simple assembly aids, such as a screwdriver, can be used.
In order to further increase the support of the holding device on the ground, a stabilizing plate may be inserted between the holding device and the bottom, which projects beyond the outer contour of the holding device, so that these objects, such as flower tubs, concrete slabs, can be placed to increase the load.
The stabilization of the holding device is in particular advantageously increased by providing a web between the upper holding plate inserted into the receiving pocket of the U-profile rail and the legs of the holding device extending parallel to the bottom, so that the holding device together with the holding plate has a triangular shape Has cross-sectional contour. In the case of particularly elevated loads, for example between houses in which air flows can occur from both sides, the web is also integrally formed on the second holding plate so that the holding plates together with the holding device form a respective triangular cross-sectional contour. Consequently, the holding plates are on their respective two outer sides by means of the web on the holding device additionally supported.
To increase the stability and rigidity of the two retaining plates and for locking of adjacent U-profile rails plate-shaped connecting elements are provided which are laterally inserted between two on the respective U-profile rail in alignment with each other arranged retaining lugs. Thus, two U-profile rails can be assembled in alignment with each other or to form a corner by means of the connecting elements.

The protective wall 1 consists of a
This is achieved in that on the U-profile rail, namely on the two free outwardly projecting
The receiving
Between the two vertical legs of the
The U-profile
For this purpose, a locking
The locking
Between the two in the receiving
In order to further increase the stability of the holding
Furthermore, the connecting
