Eine Vorrichtung 8 zum Ausrichten von Verpackungen 10 umfasst mehrere Komponenten. Eine Zuführung 20 transportiert einen von der Verpackung 10 umgebenen Behälter 12. Hierzu ist die Vakuumpumpe 34 über eine nicht dargestellte Leitung über den Vakuumanschluss 24 mit der Vakuumkammer 32 verbunden. Das Gas in der Verpackung 10 befindet sich nach dem Evakuieren in einer Unterdruckumgebung. Dadurch dehnt sich das Gas in der Verpackung 10 aus und bläht diese auf. Die zur Behältermitte hin eingefaltete Lasche 16 bewegt sich dadurch von der Behältermitte weg und steht nach Außen ab. In diesem Zustand ist die Verpackung 10 ausgerichtet, das heißt, die Außenkonturen der Verpackung 10 befinden sich in einem Zustand, der ein beinahe maximales Volumen der Verpackung 10 ermöglicht. Als Fixiermittel 22 könnten ein oder mehrere Klemmbleche verwendet sein, welche auf- und abbewegbar ausgebildet sind. Lage und Geometrie der Fixiermittel 22 sind jedenfalls so gewählt, dass diese zumindest einen Seitenbereich oder eine Seitenkante der ausgerichteten Verpackung 10 sicher mechanisch klemmen oder greifen und straffen. Auch eine andere Realisierung des Fixiermittels 22 wäre möglich wie beispielsweise in Form von Greifer, Luftansaugung oder ähnliches. Jedenfalls muss eine gewisse Kraft auf die Verpackung 10 ausgeübt werden, um ein Zurückweichen zu verhindern und die Verpackung 10 zu straffen. Die Straffung der Lasche 16 bzw. der Verpackung könnte auch über angetriebene Rollen im Klemmblech (als Beispiel eines Fixiermittels 22) erfolgen.The

Diese Behältnisse können beispielsweise in einer Füll- und Verschließeinrichtung mit Pharmazeutika befüllt werden. Diese Behältnisse wie Einwegspritzen werden vorsterilisiert in dem Behälter 12 (Box, Tub) in einer Verpackung 10 verpackt angeliefert. Durch die beschriebene Vorrichtung zum Ausrichten von Verpackungen 10 können die Verpackungen 10 in einer vordefinierten und für das Öffnen der Verpackung 10 günstigen Lage der Verpackungsöffnungsvorrichtung 40 zugeführt werden. Claims (11)
- Apparatus for aligning a package (10), comprising at least one vacuum chamber (32), wherein a vacuum is created, so that a package (10) present in the vacuum chamber (32) aligns itself, having at least one fixing means (22) for fixing the aligned package (10) characterized in that a package opening device (40) is provided, to which the aligned package (10) can be fed whilst retaining the action of the fixing means (22).
- Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the fixing means (22) is movably configured.
- Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fixing means (22) tensions the aligned package (10).
- Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fixing means (22) comprises at least one clamping plate and/or a guide and/or a roller.
- Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fixing means (22) comprises at least two clamping plates, which are movable relative to each other.
- Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the vacuum chamber (32) has a ventilation connection (26), via which a gas, which is preferably sterile, can be fed to the vacuum chamber (32).
- Method for aligning packages, comprising at least one vacuum chamber (32), characterized by the following steps:- at least one package (10) is brought into the vacuum chamber (32),- a vacuum is applied in the vacuum chamber (32), so that the package (10) is at least partially inflated and aligns itself, wherein the aligned package (10) is fixed in this aligned state,- opening of the aligned package (10).
- Method according to the preceding method claim, characterized in that the aligned package (10) is tensioned in this aligned state.
- Method according to one of the preceding method claims, characterized in that a vacuum is applied in the form of a vacuum shock, preferably for the duration of about 1-2 s.
- Method according to one of the preceding method claims, characterized in that the fixing of the aligned package (10) is released for the removal of the aligned package (10) from the evacuating chamber (32).
- Method according to one of the preceding method claims, characterized in that the vacuum chamber (32) is ventilated, preferably with disinfected gas.
