Claims (14)
- Applikator (3) zum Auftragen eines Kosmetikprodukts auf die Wimpern oder die Augenbrauen, umfassend:- einen Schaft (4) mit einem distalen Abschnitt (4a), der sich entlang einer Längsachse (X) erstreckt, und- eine Bürste (5) die am distalen Abschnitt (4a) des Schafts befestigt ist, umfassend einen Steg (10), der Haare (11) trägt, wobei sich der Steg entlang einer Längsachse (Y) erstreckt, die vollständig in einer Ebene enthalten ist und eine erste konkave Biegung zu einer ersten Seite hat, und eine zweite konkave Biegung zu einer zweiten Seite gegenüber der ersten Seite hat, wobei die erste Biegung verschieden von der zweiten Biegung ist,die Längsachse (Y) des Stegs mindestens einmal die Längsachse (X) des Schafts durchquert,
der Steg (10) der Bürste keine Rückkehr zum distalen Abschnitt des Schafts hat, wenn er entlang der Längsachse (Y) des Stegs in Richtung seines freien Endes verschoben wird, und
die erste und zweite Biegung jeweils eine Spitze (S1, S2) umfassen, wobei sich die zwei Spitzen auf einer und der anderen Seite der Längsachse des Schafts befinden. - Applikator nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, wobei die Tangente zur Längsachse des Stegs an einem Punkt des Stegs mit der Längsachse des Schafts einen Winkel bildet, der für alle Punkte des Stegs kleiner als 90° ist.
- Applikator nach dem einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die erste und zweite Biegung sich durch mindestens eine der folgenden Charakteristiken unterscheiden: Form der ausgeführten Kurve durch die Biegung, Kurvenradius.
- Applikator nach dem einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der erste Biegeradius (r1) gemessen an der Spitze (S1) der ersten Biegung kleiner als der zweite Biegeradius (r2) gemessen an der Spitze (S2) der zweiten Biegung ist, wobei die erste Biegung sich näher am distalen Abschnitt des Schafts als die zweite Biegung befindet.
- Applikator nach dem einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der Abstand (d1, d2) zwischen der Spitze (S1; S2) einer Biegung und der Längsachse (X) des Schafts für mindestens die erste Biegung und die zweite Biegung nicht null ist.
- Applikator nach dem einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei sich die erste Biegung entlang der Längsachse des Schafts über eine erste Länge (l1) erstreckt, die kleiner als eine zweite Länge (lz) ist, über die sich die zweite Biegung entlang der Längsachse erstreckt.
- Applikator nach dem einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Längsachse des Stegs eine dritte Biegung definiert, die konkav zur ersten Seite ist.
- Applikator nach dem einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Längsachse (Y) des Stegs und die Längsachse (X) des Schafts sich an mehreren Punkten (A, B, C) schneiden, besonders zwei, und sogar drei Punkten.
- Applikator nach dem einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Bürste einen geradlinigen distalen Abschnitt umfasst, der sich auf der Längsachse des Schafts erstreckt.
- Applikator nach dem einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Haare der Bürste durch ihr freies Ende eine Hüllfläche E definieren, die nicht symmetrisch drehend um die Längsachse des Stegs ist, und zu Zwecken der Veranschaulichung geradlinig gemacht ist.
- Applikator nach dem einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Bürste zwei im Wesentlichen gegenüberliegende Seiten (12) aufweist, die eben und untereinander parallel sind.
- Verpackungs- und Anwendungsvorrichtung, umfassend einen Behälter, der das Produkt enthält, das auf die Wimpern oder Augenbrauen aufgetragen werden soll, und einen Applikator, wie er in einem der vorherigen Ansprüche definiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, umfassend ein Absaugorgan der Bürste an ihrem Ausgang aus dem Behälter.
- Verfahren zur Behandlung von Wimpern oder Augenbrauen, wobei ein Applikator verwendet wird, wie er in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 definiert ist.
