Claims (14)
- Applikator (3) umfassend einen Stift (5) und ein Auftragungsorgan (8) am Ende dieses Stiftes, wobei das Auftragungsorgan umfasst:- einen Kern (40),- vorstehende Elemente (41, 18), die sich vom Kern (40) aus erstrecken, wobei das Auftragungsorgan einen verdrehten Teil einer im Querschnitt abgeflachten Mantelfläche umfasst,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die größte Querabmessung (1) des verdrehten Abschnitts zwischen 8 und 16 mm beträgt und die großen Achsen (Xp, Xd) der proximalen und distalen Querschnitte des verdrehten Abschnitts um die Längsachse des Kerns um weniger als 90° winkelversetzt sind. - Applikator nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Dicke des verdrehten Abschnitts zwischen 2 und 6,5 mm beträgt.
- Applikator nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei sich der verdrehte Abschnitt mindestens über die halbe Länge des Auftragungsorgans erstreckt.
- Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die großen Achsen (Xp) und (Xd) der proximalen und distalen Querschnitte des verdrehten Abschnitts um einen Winkel (β) zwischen 20° und 80° winkelversetzt sind.
- Applikator nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Winkel (β) zwischen 25 und 35° beträgt.
- Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die größte Breite eines Querschnitts des verdrehten Abschnitts mindestens 30% grösser als die Dicke (e) des verdrehten Abschnitts ist, gemessen in einer zur Längsachse des Kerns senkrechten Schnittebene in einer senkrechten Richtung zur größten Breite.
- Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Längsachse des Kerns (40) geradlinig ist. - Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die größte Breite eines Querschnitts des verdrehten Abschnitts (l) um mindestens 3 mm grösser als deren Dicke (e) ist.
- Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der verdrehte Abschnitt zwei parallele gegenüberliegende Hauptflächen (50) aufweist.
- Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei der verdrehte Abschnitt eine konstante Steigung aufweist.
- Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei der Kern verdrillt ist.
- Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 6, bei dem in mindestens einem Querschnitt des Kerns l/e ≥ 1,3 ist.
- Applikator nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Auftragungsorgan und die vorstehenden Elemente gegossen sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Bürste für einen Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, umfassend folgende Schritte:a) Erstellen eines Rohlings einer Bürste mit einer zylindrischen rotationssymmetrischen Mantelfläche mit einem verdrillten Kern mit einem Durchmesser zwischen 8 und 16 mm,b) Spanen der Bürste über mindestens einen Teil ihrer Länge, um einen Rohling mit einem abgeflachten Querschnitt zu erhalten,c1) Verdrehen des Kerns um einen Winkel (β) kleiner als 90°, oderc2) Spanen des Rohlings mit einer relativen Drehbewegung der Bürste und des Schneidwerkzeugs, um eine Bürste zu erhalten, die über mindestens einen Teil ihrer Länge einen Abschnitt mit einem abgeflachten Querschnitt aufweist, wobei die großen Achsen (Xp) und Xd) der proximalen und distalen Querschnitte dieses gespanten Abschnitts einen Winkel (β) kleiner als 90° bilden.
