  • Venetian blinds with a drive and turning device are well known, for example from the WO 2004/059 117 A1 or the EP 10 52 365 B1 , It allows the so-called working position, in which the slats are locked in an intermediate angle position to lower the blinds in a different than in the closed state.
  • a non-generic drive and turning device is from the DE 20 2006 008885 U1 known. In this document, only two different positions are disclosed, whereby there is no angle intermediate position.
  • the generic drive and turning devices known from the prior art is based on the common idea of offering the user a blind whose slats can be pivoted not only between two angle end positions - one for lowering, one for raising - but also for lowering the blinds in an angular intermediate position, in which the shutter is practically in a semi-open state, can be locked.
  • the invention therefore provides a drive and turning device with the features of claim 1.
  • the invention thus pursues a completely new approach. While in the prior art to increase the user-friendliness each from above the aperture to be screened shutters was assumed and therefore all suggestions for improvement related to the position of the slats when lowering the blind, the invention assumes that the blind in the morning or to Beginning of a working day is moved from the lowered to the run-up state, which is why the actual need for an angle intermediate position for the slats during the startup of the blind is given.
  • the drive and turning device has an actuating element, which can be brought into operative connection with the turning mechanism, for locking the slats in a working position when lowering the blind.
  • the slats are pivoted between two Winkelend einen and locked in two different, lying between the Winkelend einen angle intermediate positions, of which an intermediate angle position when lowering the blind and the other intermediate angle position when starting up the blind occupied becomes.
