Zur Versorgung der einzelnen Treibrichtaggregate mit den für den Betrieb notwendigen Betriebsmedien, wie beispielsweise Kühlwasser, Schmiermittel, Druckluft, Hydrauliköl, Strom, Steuerungs- und Regelsignale, ist jedem Stützgerüst 3a, 3b für jeden Strang ein gemeinsames Medienversorgungssystem 33 für alle in den jeweiligen Stützgerüst angeordneten Treibrichtaggregate 7 zugeordnet. Es sind aber auch Teilversorgungssysteme für spezielle Betriebsmittel möglich. Ausgehend von einer gemeinsamen Zuleitung führen Zweigleitungen für jedes Medium zu einer gemeinsamen Kuppeleinrichtung 34 an der Bodenplatte 23 der jeweiligen Aufnahmeöffnung eines Treibrichtaggregates. Eine Kupplungshälfte dieser als Multikupplung ausgebildeten Kuppeleinrichtung 34 ist an der Bodenplatte und die zweite Kupplungshälfte ist am Rollenschlitten 20 der Außenbogenrolle 21 befestigt. Claims (10)

  1. Multi-strand continuous casting installation for the production of metal strands with a billet or bloom cross section, having a strand guide which comprises a straightening zone (5) equipped with straightener withdrawal units (7), wherein a plurality of straightener withdrawal units (7) arranged one behind another in the direction in which the strands are conveyed are arranged in a common support stand (3a, 3b) with comb-like uprights (8) in receiving openings (9) formed between the uprights, and each straightener withdrawal unit comprises a pair of rollers with an outer arc roller (21) and an inner arc roller (18), which is movable in relation thereto, in associated roller carriages (16, 20) and a setting device (13) for one of the two rollers, and also possibly a rotary drive (31) for one of the rollers, characterized
    in that each straightener withdrawal unit (7) comprises a crosshead (11) which is releasably connected to the uprights (8), which form a receiving opening (9) for the straightener withdrawal unit,
    in that the setting device (13) for the settable inner arc roller (18) is mounted articulatedly on the crosshead (11),
    in that each roller of the pair of rollers is supported in a roller carriage (16, 20) and the roller carriage (16) of the inner arc roller (18) is guided displaceably on guides (19) of the uprights (8),
    in that the roller carriage (16) of the inner arc roller (18) is connected to the setting device (13), and
    in that the roller carriage (20) of the outer arc roller (21) and the roller carriage (16) of the inner arc roller (18) are mounted articulatedly on the crosshead (11), wherein the roller carriage (16) of the inner arc roller (18) is mounted articulatedly on the crosshead (11) such that its spacing from the roller carriage (20) of the outer arc roller (21) can be changed.
  2. Multi-strand continuous casting installation according to Claim 1, characterized in that the position of the roller carriage (20) of the outer arc roller (21) in the support stand (3a, 3b) is fixed.
  3. Multi-strand continuous casting installation according to either of the preceding claims, characterized in that each support stand (3a, 3b) is assigned a media supply system (33) for supplying the straightener withdrawal units (7) arranged in the support stand (3a, 3b) with media, and the individual straightener withdrawal units (7) can be coupled to said media supply system (33) by automatic coupling devices (34) during insertion of the straightener withdrawal units (7) into the receiving opening (9).
  4. Multi-strand continuous casting installation according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the setting device (13) acts centrically on a settable inner arc roller (18) of the straightener withdrawal unit (7), is arranged in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the comb-like receiving opening (9), is supported articulatedly or such that it can pivot on the crosshead (11) and is secured articulatedly or such that it can pivot on the roller carriage (16) of the inner arc roller (18).
  5. Multi-strand continuous casting installation according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rotary drive (31) for the inner arc roller (18) is supported directly on the straightener withdrawal unit (7), preferably on the roller carriage (16) of the inner arc roller (18), and is connected to the inner arc roller (18) via a gear (32).
  6. Multi-strand continuous casting installation according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that support stands (3a, 3b) which are independent of one another and straightener withdrawal units (7) which are independent of one another are assigned to individual casting strands (6) of the multi-strand continuous casting installation in the straightening zone (5).
  7. Multi-strand continuous casting installation according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the straightening zone (5) for each casting strand (6) of the multi-strand continuous casting installation is formed by a plurality of support stands (3a, 3b) arranged one behind another.
  8. Multi-strand continuous casting installation according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the setting device (13) for the settable inner arc roller (18) of each straightener withdrawal unit (7) is designed so as to be individually drivable.
  9. Multi-strand continuous casting installation according to Claim 8, characterized in that the setting device (13) comprises a pressure medium cylinder (13a), a control block (27) and a displacement tracking system (28), and the control block is preferably connected to the installation control device via a data line.
  10. Multi-strand continuous casting installation according to Claim 9, characterized in that calibrating strips (30) for calibrating the displacement tracking system (28) are arranged on the roller carriage (16) of the inner arc roller (18) and on the roller carriage (20) of the outer arc roller (21).
