- Commutateur électrique comprenant un contacteur (8) monobloc à déformation élastique, notamment en forme de fourche, lequel présente une zone d'extrémité (18) sur laquelle sont disposés un premier point de contact (10) et un deuxième point de contact (12) et zone d'extrémité (18) de laquelle s'étendent au moins une patte de traction (14) et au moins une zone bombée (16), un basculement d'un élément d'actionnement (4) d'une position de base, dans laquelle le premier point de contact (10) est en liaison avec une première surface de contact (22), dans une position de commutation, dans laquelle le deuxième point de contact (12) est en liaison avec une deuxième surface de contact (26), et inversement, étant caractérisé en ce que la patte de traction (14), lors de l'actionnement de l'élément d'actionnement (4), se déforme par effet élastique par la déviation d'un levier (28) et le bombage de la zone bombée (16) est ainsi déformé par effet élastique par déplacement linéaire des points de contact (10, 12) sur les surfaces de contact (22, 26) respectives.
- Commutateur électrique selon la revendication 1, comprenant un logement dans lequel sont disposés :a) un corps de contact commun (6),b) le contacteur (8) à déformation élastique, qui présente le premier point de contact (10) du côté convexe de la zone d'extrémité (18) et le deuxième point de contact (12) du côté concave de la zone d'extrémité (18), et l'extrémité de la zone bombée (16) à l'opposé de la zone d'extrémité (18) s'appuie sur le corps de contact commun (6),c) un élément d'actionnement (4) qui, lorsqu'il est actionné, amène le commutateur de la position de base dans la position de commutation,d) un premier corps de contact de sélection (20) muni de la première surface de contact (22) et un deuxième corps de contact de sélection (24) muni de la deuxième surface de contact (26), la zone d'extrémité (18) du contacteur (8) pouvant être basculée dans un sens et dans l'autre entre les deux surfaces de contact (22, 26),e) un levier (28) qui présente deux zones d'extrémité, une zone d'extrémité étant logée de manière à pouvoir tourner autour d'un point de pivotement (30) et la patte de traction (14) du contacteur (8) étant fixée à l'autre zone d'extrémité, laquelle repose sur l'élément d'actionnement (4).
- Commutateur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, avec lequel la patte de traction (14) est réalisée plus souple ou plus facilement déformable en comparaison de la zone bombée (16).
- Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, avec lequel les points de contact (10, 12), lors de l'actionnement de l'élément d'actionnement (4), exécutent avant et après une modification de la liaison des mouvements dans le sens longitudinal du logement sur la surface de contact (22, 26) correspondante.
- Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, avec lequel le côté convexe de la zone bombée (16) du contacteur (8) fait face à l'élément d'actionnement (4) ou se trouve à l'opposé de celui-ci.
- Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, avec lequel l'écart entre le point de rotation (30) du levier (28) et le point de fixation (32) de la patte de traction (14) sur le levier (28) est supérieur ou inférieur à l'écart entre un point d'appui (34, 35) d'un point de contact (10, 12) sur la surface de contact (22, 26) correspondante et le point de fixation (32) de la patte de traction (14).
- Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, avec lequel le commutateur ou le contacteur (8) peuvent être bloqués temporairement en position de commutation.
- Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, avec lequel les points de contact (10, 12) du contacteur (8) se composent d'un matériau différent de celui de la patte de traction (14) et/ou de la zone bombée (16).
- Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, avec lequel les surfaces de contact (22, 26) des corps de contact de sélection (20, 24) se composent du même matériau que les points de contact (10, 12).
- Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, avec lequel les corps de contact de sélection (20, 24) se composent d'un matériau différent de celui des surfaces de contact (22, 26).
- Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, avec lequel le logement (2) est un boîtier qui est fermé avec un couvercle (3).
- Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, avec lequel les points de contact (10, 12) peuvent tourner autour d'un axe parallèle au sens longitudinal du logement.
- Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, avec lequel les points de contact (10, 12) ne subissent pour l'essentiel aucune torsion autour d'un axe perpendiculaire au sens longitudinal du logement lors de l'actionnement du commutateur.
- Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, avec lequel l'une des deux surfaces de contact ne sert que de délimitation pour le contacteur et n'est pas réalisée conductrice.
