Claims (6)
- Cutting assembly having at least one perforated or cutting plate (7) which has through-channels and having at least one cutting knife (3,4) which is associated with the perforated or cutting plate, the cutting knife (3, 4) being connected to a rotatable shaft in a rotationally fixed manner,
characterized in that
the perforated or cutting plate (7) has through-channels (8) distributed over its entire extension and in its centre and in that the distance between adjacent through-channels (8) is the same in each case or the distance between adjacent through-channels (8) in the centre of the perforated or cutting plate (7) is smaller than in outer regions of the perforated or cutting plate (7). - Cutting assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the perforated or cutting plate (7) has devices for fixing it inside a housing (1).
- Cutting assembly according to Claim 1, characterized by at least one cutting knife (4) which is associated with the perforated or cutting plate (7) and which is connected to a rotatable shaft in a rotationally fixed manner, the cutting knife (4) having at least one blade (9), sections of which stretch as far as the rotational axis of the shaft (2).
- Cutting assembly according to Claim 3, characterized in that the cutting knife (4) has at least one blade (9) passing through the rotational axis of the shaft (2).
- Cutting assembly according to Claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the blade (9) has an overall height of approximately 10 mm to approximately 30 mm.
- Cutting assembly according to one of Claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the cutting knife (14) has a blind hole (12) for receiving the shaft (2).
