Maintenance vehicle (1) comprises two parallel truss girders (5) supported at their ends on rail vehicles (2) to form a bottomless wagon (6). The wagon has a number of roof trusses (7) supporting a tarpaulin (9) to produce a working space (10) defined in an axial longitudinal direction by the two truss girders and in the vertical direction by the roof trusses. Preferred Features: The two truss girders are movably positioned relative to each other in the axial longitudinal direction by a drive (11) to increase the working space.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Instandhaltungsfahrzeug. The invention relates to a maintenance vehicle.

The object of the present invention is now to provide a maintenance vehicle, which provides optimum weather and safety protection with a minimum of design effort.

According to the invention this object is achieved with a maintenance vehicle, which consists of the features according to the claim.

With such a solution can be easily created a very long workspace with an unrestricted weather protection for a largely unhindered work on a track construction site. By the two trusses on the one hand unnecessary mass accumulation for easy maneuverability is avoidable and on the other hand given to protect the workers an effective safety barrier to an adjacent adjacent track. Another advantage of the truss structure is also to be seen in the fact that in case of need, a simple and effective ventilation of the working space by pulling the tarpaulin is possible without affecting the safety.

Further advantages and embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the drawing.

In the following the invention will be described in more detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawing.

Es zeigen:

  • Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht eines Instandhaltungsfahrzeuges,
  • Fig. 2 eine vergrößerte Draufsicht,
Show it:
  • 1 is a side view of a maintenance vehicle,
  • 2 is an enlarged plan view,
  • 3 and 4 each have a simplified cross section through the vehicle.

A maintenance vehicle 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 can be moved on a track 3 by two rail carriages 2 arranged at the end. As a vehicle frame two parallel to each other and positioned in an axial longitudinal direction 4 spaced apart truss 5 are provided, which are supported on the rail chassis 2.

Both trusses 5 are connected to form a bottomless car body 6 with a plurality of roof beams 7, which are each arranged in a direction normal to a carriage longitudinal direction 8 extending plane. In conjunction with a tarpaulin 9, a working space 10 delimited both in the axial longitudinal direction or vehicle transverse direction 4 and in the vertical direction is created by the two truss girders 5 and the roof girders 7.

Fig. 4). As can be seen in FIG. 2, the two truss girders 5 mounted on the rail carriages 2 are displaceable relative to each other by drives 11 in the axial longitudinal direction 4. In this way, the working space 10 can be increased from a normal width (see Fig. 3), in particular for processing switch sections - optionally towards one or both sides (see Fig. 4). For this purpose, it is necessary that two each in the axial longitudinal direction 4 mutually opposite roof rack 7 are each mounted on a truss girder 5 and in a roof section 12 a free end 13 with an adjoining, approximately horizontal support section 14.

As can be seen in Fig. 3, the support portions 14 are arranged in the normal vehicle width overlapping so that in the spread position (Fig. 4), the free ends 13 come to lie one above the other. The tarpaulin 9 consists of two half-panels 15, each covering one half of the car body 6 from the free ends 13 to a lower beam end 16. For the purpose of ventilation of the working space 10, a lower end 17 of the tarpaulin 9 can be displaced in the direction of an upper support end 18 of the truss girder 5 become.

As shown by a line of sight 19 (see Fig. 1), a driver located in a cab 20 of a towing vehicle 21 can freely view through the working space 10 on the track section located in front of the vehicle 1, so that a two-way movability is ensured. For power supply of various working units 22, these are connected by connections 24 as needed with hydraulic, air pressure and electrical lines 23, which in turn can be connected to the towing vehicle 21.
