  12. Tamper evident closure according to at least one of the claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the stud is connected to the clearance in positions 1 and 2 and is also connected to the recess of the sealing element in the second position by friction locking.
  13. Tamper evident closure according to at least one of the claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the stud is implemented with a head at its upper surface.
  14. Tamper evident closure according to at least one of the claims 1 to 13, characterised in that an additional snap-on connection with a peripheral ridge and a peripheral groove is provided within the sealing element to connect the stud to the clearance and the recess, wherein the stud has the peripheral ridge at the lower region of its outer surface and both the clearance and the sealing element comprise a peripheral groove on their inner surfaces.
  15. Tamper evident closure according to at least one of the claims 1 to 14, characterised in that in the second position of the stud the predetermined breaking point can be broken by rotation of the sealing element wherein the stud transfers the force to rotate the sealing element.
  16. Tamper evident closure according to at least one of the claims 1 to 15, characterised in that in the first position the upper surface of the stud extends above the upper edge of the closing device.
  17. Tamper evident closure according to at least one of the claims 1 to 16, characterised in that in the second position the upper face of the stud and the upper edge of the closing device are arranged in one plane, essentially, or the upper face of the stud is arranged below this plane and towards the container.
  18. Tamper evident closure according to at least one of the claims 1 to 17, characterised in that the upper surface has a shape similar to a funnel, wherein the upper surface lowers radially from the upper rim of the closing device towards the clearance.
  19. Tamper evident closure according to at least one of the claims 1 to 18, characterised in that a hollow cylinder with similar inner contour is formed on above the clearance, that the inner surface of the hollow cylinder represents an extension of the inner surface of the clearance, wherein the upper edges of the hollow cylinder and the closing device are arranged in one plane, essentially.
  20. Tamper evident closure according to at least one of the claims 1 to 19, characterised in that the upper edge of the closing device is designed to be planar and can be used as a pedestal for the container in the state of use.
  21. Tamper evident closure according to at least one of the claims 1 to 20, characterised in that it comprises a cylindrical base member being implemented as a shoulder of the container, that a discharge opening is implemented at the cylindrical base member which may be closed by the closing device.
  22. Tamper evident closure according to at least one of the claims 1 to 21, characterised in that the closing device has a cylindrical shape and that the closing device is a cylindrical lid, in particular.
  23. Tamper evident closure according to at least one of the claims 1 to 22, characterised in that it has a thread which is established by an inner thread, assigned to the closing device, and an outer thread, assigned to the shoulder of the container.
  24. Tamper evident closure according to at least one of the claims 1 to 23, characterised in that the thread is implemented similar to a bayonet joint.
  25. Tamper evident closure according to at least one of the claims 1 to 24, characterised in that the parts of the tamper evident closure are injection moulded from a thermoplastic synthetic, for example polyethylene or polypropylene.
  26. Container, a tube in particular, comprising a tamper evident closure according to at least one of the claims 1 to 25.
