Claims (5)
- Einrichtung zum Abrollen mindestens einer schmalen Materialbahn (3) auf einmal von einer perforierten Mehrfachrolle (2), die Materialbahnen aus vorzugsweise trocken gebildetem Papier aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch eine an einem Gestell (4) drehbar gelagerte Sperrscheibe (5), von deren Mittelpunkt sich eine Welle (6) zum Tragen der betreffenden Mehrfachrolle (2) erstreckt, wobei die Sperrscheibe (5) mehrere in ihrer Oberfläche vorgesehene Öffnungen (7) aufweist, die über eine Verbindung (9) mit einer Vakuumquelle (8) verbunden sind, um die Mehrfachrolle (2) in Anlage an diese zu ziehen, so dass die Mehrfachrolle (2) während des Abrollens in ihrer Position fixiert ist, wobei die in der Rolle (2) enthaltenen jeweiligen Materialbahnen (3) gleichzeitig entlang Perforationen (10) lösbar sind, welche die Breiten der Materialbahnen begrenzen, und durch mindestens ein mechanisches Stützelement (11) in Richtung der Welle (6), das sich in einer verstellbaren vorbestimmten Entfernung von der Sperrscheibe (5) befindet, wobei diese Entfernung der Breite mindestens einer Materialbahn (3) entspricht, wobei das Stützelement zum Aufbringen in Richtung der Außenseite (19) einer oder eine Anzahl von verbleibenden Materialbahnen vorgesehen ist, um das Zusammenfallen oder Kippen der Materialbahn (3) oder der Materialbahnen (3), die beim Abrollen auf der Welle (6) verbleiben, zu verhindern.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (11) zwei scheibenförmige Elemente (12, 13) umfasst, die abwärts aufeinander zu und in Richtung auf die Welle (6) schwingen können, wobei sie an ihren oberen Rändern (14, 15) im oberen Bereich (16) des Gestells (4) drehbar angebracht sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Führungswalze (17), die im unteren Bereich des Gestells (4) angeordnet ist und eine Breite aufweist, die mindestens der Gesamtbreite der Mehrfachrolle (2) entspricht, um die abgerollte Materialbahn (3) oder Materialbahnen (3) in einer zu dem sie stützenden Boden parallelen Richtung zu führen, wobei gleichzeitig Umlenkstifte (18) vorgesehen sind, welche hinter der Führungswalze unter einem Winkel von 45° in der Richtung der Bahn angeordnet sind, um die abgerollte Bahn um 90° umzulenken, so dass diese sich in geeigneter Position linear zu einer eigentlichen Zusammenführungsvorrichtung zum Zusammenführen bewegt, wenn die Zusammenführungsvorrichtung zwischen zwei Abrolleinrichtungen (1) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zum Abrollen einzelner Materialbahnen von einer Mehrfachrolle (4), die mehrere schmale Materialbahnen (3) aus vorzugsweise trocken gebildetem Papier aufweist, welche durch Perforationen (10) verbunden sind, mit oder ohne superabsorbierendem Material, und welche zur anschließenden Umwandlung zu beispielsweise Hygieneprodukten wie Sanitärpads vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mehrfachrolle (2) in einer Abrolleinrichtung (1) auf einer darin enthaltenen Welle (6) angeordnet wird, welche eine vakuum-beaufschlagte Sperrscheibe (5) aufweist, um ein Anhaften der Mehrfachrolle (2) zu bewirken, woraufhin die Mehrfachrolle (2) beim Abrollen zum gleichzeitigen Drehen der betreffenden Anzahl von Bahnen (3) gedreht wird, wobei mindestens eine Materialbahn auf einmal von der Mehrfachrolle (2) entlang der Perforation (10), welche die jeweiligen Materialbahnen (3) verbindet, gelöst wird, bis nur eine Materialbahn auf der Welle (6) verblieben ist, zu welchem Zeitpunkt mindestens ein Stützelement (11) in Angriff an der Außenseite (19) der verbliebenen Materialbahn (3) während des Abrollens derselben gebracht wird, wodurch ein Kippen oder Zusammenfallen während der Abnahme der Vakuumleistung verhindert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch das Anordnen zweier Abrolleinrichtungen (1) nebeneinander, mit einer zwischen diesen vorgesehenen Zusammenführungsvorrichtung, wodurch ein schnelles Zusammenführen erfolgen kann, wenn die erste Materialbahn (3) auf der neuen Mehrfachrolle (2) sich bereits auf der anderen Abrolleinrichtung (1) befindet, wenn die letzte Materialbahn (3) der Mehrfachrolle (2) einer der Abrolleinrichtungen abgerollt ist.
