Claims (22)
- Einrichtung (8) zum Sichern des seitlichen Endes (6) eines Rollladenstabs (4) der Rollladendecke (3) eines Rollladens (1) in einer seitlichen Führung (7), die der besagte Rollladen (1) umfasst und in welcher das besagte Ende (6) des Rollladenstabs (4) fähig ist, sich fortzubewegen, wobei diese Einrichtung (8) als ein Endstück (9) ausgestaltet ist, vorgesehen, einerseits, um mit dem seitlichen Ende (6) eines Rollladenstabs (4) der Rollladendecke (3) fest verbunden zu werden, und, andererseits, um sich zumindest teilweise in einer Führung (7) zu positionieren, wobei dieses Endstück (9) zumindest einen Hebel (10 ; 10') umfasst, der auf dem besagten Endstück (9) kippbar montiert ist, und zwar zwischen einer ersten Position, in welcher ein solcher Hebel (10 ; 10') sich seitlich hinsichtlich des besagten Endstückes (9) erstreckt, um, wenn eine Kraft auf den Rollladenstab (4), der mit dem Endstück (9) ausgestattet ist, ausgeübt wird, und diese Kraft dazu neigt, diesen Rollladenstab (4) aus seiner Führung (7) herauszureißen, mit einem Absperranschlag (11), den die besagte Führung (7) innerlich umfasst, zusammenzuwirken zum Sichern des seitlichen Endes (6) dieses Rollladenstabs (4) in dieser Führung (7), und zumindest einer zweiten Position, in welcher ein solcher Hebel (10 ; 10') hinsichtlich des besagten Endstückes (9) eingefahren ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endstück (9) Mittel zum Rückstellen (15) eines solchen Hebels (10 ; 10') in die besagte erste Position umfasst, in welcher ein solcher Hebel (10 ; 10') sich seitlich hinsichtlich des Endstückes (9) erstreckt.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Hebel (10 ; 10') umfasst, die kippbar auf dem besagten Endstück (9) montiert sind, und die geeignet vorgesehen sind, um sich beiderseits von diesem Endstück (9), und zwar in einer ersten Position, in welcher diese Hebel (10 ; 10') vorgesehen sind, um jeweils mit einem Absperranschlag (11 ; 11') zusammenzuwirken, den eine Führung (7) innerlich umfasst, ja ganz besonders beiderseits von einer Öffnung (12) zu erstrecken, die von dem Rollladenstab (4) durchsetzt ist, die die Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) aufnimmt.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Hebel (10 ; 10') im Bereich ein und desselben Stückes (13) gebildet sind, das kippbar auf dem besagten Endstück (9), insbesondere nahe bei oder in dem Bereich des Endes von diesem Endstück (9) montiert ist.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein solcher Hebel (10 ; 10') im Bereich von einem Haken (26, 26') gebildet ist, den die Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) umfasst und der kippbar auf dem besagten Endstück (9) montiert ist, zwischen, einerseits, einer ersten Position, in welcher der Hebel (10, 10') eines solchen Hakens (26, 26') sich seitlich hinsichtlich des Endstückes (9) erstreckt, und, andererseits, zumindest einer zweiten Position, in welcher der Hebel (10, 10') eines solchen Hakens (26, 26') hinsichtlich dieses Endstückes (9) eingefahren ist.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haken (26), einerseits, ein erstes Teil (27) umfasst, im Bereich von welchem ein Hebel (10) gebildet ist, und, andererseits, ein zweites Teil (28), das sich in der Verlängerung des besagten ersten Teils (27) befindet, das vorzugsweise im wesentlichen senkrecht zu diesem ersten Teil (27) gerichtet ist, das sich im wesentlichen nach der Schwenkachse des Hakens (26) auf dem Endstück (9) erstreckt und mit diesem Endstück (9) mithilfe von Mitteln, die ein solches Kippen erlauben, fest verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haken (26) im Bereich des freien Endes von dem besagten zweiten Teil (28) einen Bogen (30) umfasst, vorgesehen, um mit einem Befestigungsrand, den das besagte Ende (9) umfasst, zusammenzuwirken, und zwar zumindest in der ersten Position des Hebels (10) von einem solchen Haken (26), in welcher ein solcher Hebel (10) fähig ist, um mit einem Absperranschlag (11) zusammenzuwirken.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haken (26) im Bereich des zweiten Teils (28) ein Teilstück (31) umfasst, das hinsichtlich der Schwenkachse des Hebels (10) dieses Hakens (26) aussermittig verstellt ist und vorgesehen ist, um mit den Mitteln zum Rückstellen (15) eines solchen Hebels (10) in die besagte erste Position, in welcher ein solcher Hebel (10) sich seitlich hinsichtlich des Endstückes (9) erstreckt, zusammenzuwirken.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das aussermittig verstellte Teilstück (31) des zweiten Teils (28) eines Hakens (26) eine Krümmung aufweist, die nach einer Richtung gerichtet ist, die jener, in der sich der Hebel (10) dieses Hakens (26) erstreckt, entgegengesetzt ist.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach einem beliebigen der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endstück (9) zumindest eine Ausnehmung (14, 14') nämlich für die Aufnahme von zumindest einem Hebel (10) umfasst, und im Innern von welcher ein solcher Hebel (10) in Position des Einfahrens dieses letzteren (10) zumindest teilweise einfahren wird.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Ausnehmung (14) derart vorgesehen ist, um einen Hebel (10) in zwei unterschiedliche Einfahrpositionen aufnehmen zu können, in denen ein solcher Hebel (10) beiderseits von einer ersten Position eines solchen Hebels (10) positioniert ist, in welcher dieser letztere (10) gestreckt ist.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach einem beliebigen der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückstellmittel (15) im Bereich des Endstückes (9) gebildet sind und durch einen federnden Zapfen (16) geformt sind, der vorgesehen ist, um zumindest auf einen Hebel (10) oder zumindest auf einen Haken (26), der einen solchen Hebel (10) umfasst, eine Kraft auszuüben, die geeignet ist, um das Kippen eines solchen Hebels (10) in die besagte erste Position zu verursachen, in welcher ein solcher Hebel (10) sich seitlich hinsichtlich des Endstückes (9) erstreckt.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der federnde Zapfen (16) einstückig mit dem Endstück (9) gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückstellmittel (15) im Bereich des Hakens (26) durch ein Teilstück (32) dieses Hakens (26) gebildet sind, das geeignet vorgesehen ist, um unter der Wirkung eines auf den Hebel (10) dieses Hakens (26) ausgeübten Drucks eine elastische und umkehrbare Verformung zu erfahren.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückstellmittel (15) im Bereich von dem zweiten Teil (28) des Hakens (26) durch Mittel (33) gebildet sind, geeignet, um unter der Wirkung eines auf den Hebel (10) dieses Hakens (26) ausgeübten Drucks eine umkehrbare elastische Verformung zu erfahren.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Teil (28) des Hakens (26) zwei Achsen (34, 34') umfasst, die die Mittel (33) bilden, die geeignet sind, um eine umkehrbare elastische Verformung zu erfahren, und die vorgesehen sind, damit die eine (34) hinsichtlich der anderen (34'), einerseits, eine erste Position annimmt, die als Ruheposition bezeichnet wird, in welcher der Hebel (10), der mit diesem zweiten Teil (28) verbunden ist, sich seitlich hinsichtlich des Endstückes (9) erstreckt, und, andererseits, um eine zweite Position zu beziehen, die als Druckposition bezeichnet wird, in welcher dieser Hebel (10) unter der Wirkung eines auf diesen Hebel (10) ausgeübten Drucks zumindest teilweise eingefahren ist.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Achsen (34, 34') von dem zweiten Teil (28) des Hakens (26) in Ruheposition des Hebels (10) sich im wesentlichen parallel erstrecken.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8 oder 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haken (26) die Form eines einzelnen Stückes annimmt, das durch das Falzen eines röhrenförmigen Bauteils hergestellt ist.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endstück (9) geeignet vorgesehen ist, um teilweise in einer Ausnehmung, die im Bereich des seitlichen Endes (6) eines Rollladenstabs (4) des Rollladenpanzers (3) gebildet ist, einzugreifen und Mittel (17) für seine Unbeweglichmachung in diesem Rollladenstab (4) umfasst.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Unbeweglichmachung (17), die das Endstück (9) umfasst, durch die Mittel (18) gebildet sind, die vorgesehen sind, um komplementäre Mittel zur Unbeweglichmachung aufzunehmen, die mit dem Rollladenstab (4) verbunden sind, oder die dieser letztere (4) umfasst, die insbesondere aus Einfassungsmitteln bestehen, die im Bereich dieses Rollladenstabs (4) gebildet sind.
- Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endstück (9), einerseits, einen unteren Teil (19) umfasst, vorgesehen, um in einer Ausnehmung, die im Bereich des seitlichen Endes (6) eines Rollladenstabs (4) der Rollladendecke (3) gebildet ist, einzugreifen, und, andererseits, einen Träger (20) umfasst, der sich in der Verlängerung des besagten unteren Teils (19) befindet, vorgesehen, um sich äußerlich an dem besagten Rollladenstab (4) und in einer Führung (7) zu positionieren, und im Bereich von welchem (20) der oder die Hebel (10, 10') positioniert, ja sogar hereingenommen, ja sogar die Rückstellmittel (15) hereingenommen sind.
- Rollladenstab (4) des Rollladenpanzers (3) des Rollladens (1), der seitliche Enden (6) aufweist, die vorgesehen sind, um sich in den seitlichen Führungen (7), die ein solcher Rollladen (1) umfasst, fortzubewegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er im Bereich von wenigstens einem seiner seitlichen Enden (6) eine Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche enthält.
- Rollladen (1), umfassend, einerseits, eine Rollladendecke (3), die durch eine Aneinanderfügung von Rollladenstäben (4) gebildet ist, die untereinander insbesondere gelenkig verbunden sind, und jeder von denen (4) seitliche Enden (6) aufweist, und, andererseits, seitliche Führungen (7), in denen sich die seitlichen Enden (6) der Rollladenstäbe (4) der Rollladendecke (3) fortbewegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er im Bereich von wenigstens einem Ende (6) von zumindest eines Rollladenstabs (4) der Rollladendecke (3) eine Einrichtung zum Sichern (8) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 20 umfasst.
