Abstract

The invention relates to an insulating shuttering element (1, 11, 21, 41), in particular for producing a building floor plate shuttering and to a method for producing said shuttering. In order to avoid the necessity to maintain the shuttering during the production of the building floor plate, the inventive shuttering elements (1, 11, 21, 41) are provided with connection elements (3, 13, 23) on the top side (2, 22) and/or lower side (15) thereof. Said connection elements (3, 13, 23) are embodied in the form of projections and disposed in such a way that the adjacent connection elements (3, 13, 23) form cavities (4, 14, 24) in which the projected connection elements (13) corresponding to at least one shuttering element (11) embodied in the form of a connection plate are inserted in the case of the correct use of the shuttering element (1, 11, 21, 41). In addition, the shuttering elements (21, 41) embodied in the form of boundary elements are also provided with said projected connection elements (23) on the top side (22) and/or lower side (25) of a horizontal extension (27).

Description

The invention relates to a thermally insulating shuttering element, in particular for the production of the formwork of a floor slab of a building. The invention further relates to a method for producing a bottom plate formwork of such formwork elements.

The production of heat-insulated floor panels using heat-insulating formwork elements is for example from DE 101 03 470 A1 known. In this case, plates formed on a ballast bed initially made of pressure-resistant polystyrene extruder foam. On these plates then L-shaped edge elements are connected to a circumferential closed outer frame together and filled the remaining space with an insulating layer. Subsequently, a film is placed on the tub-shaped formwork so prepared to prevent cement slurry can get into the joints of the insulating layer, and fixed the edge elements on the outside by means of a ballast filling. Thereafter, then the pouring of the concrete in the trough-shaped, consisting of the insulating formwork elements formwork to form the bottom plate.

A disadvantage has been found, among other things, when using these known formwork elements, that between the edge elements and the insulating layer often no sufficient form and / or frictional connection exists, so that despite external ballast filling an additional support, such as a timber form, to prevent the pushing apart of the edge elements may be required. In addition, in the known formwork elements, the edge elements are interconnected only in the circumferential direction via a groove / spring connection and can move laterally against each other, so that despite the ballast support the emergence of an uneven edge contour, for example when pouring the concrete into the tray formed by the formwork elements are not excluded can.

The invention has for its object to provide heat-insulating formwork elements with which in particular a trough-shaped formwork for the production of the bottom plate of a building can be built, with an additional support, e.g. by a wooden formwork or a gravel filling, can be omitted. Furthermore, a method for producing a floor slab formwork from such formwork elements is to be specified.

This object is achieved with respect to the formwork elements by the features of claim 1 and in terms of the method by the features of claim 12. Further, particularly advantageous embodiments of the invention disclose the dependent claims.

The invention is based essentially on the idea to provide the top and / or bottom of the formwork elements with knob-shaped connecting elements, which are arranged such that recesses are formed from adjacent connecting elements, in which in the intended use of the formwork element corresponding knob-shaped connecting elements at least one as a connecting plate (hereinafter also referred to as cover plate) formed formwork element engage positively to connect adjacent formwork elements together.

It has proven to be particularly advantageous if the knob-shaped connecting elements have a substantially truncated pyramidal shape, wherein the individual truncated pyramids can be connected to one another in their lower region.

The formwork elements according to the invention can each have a different outer Have shape. It has proven particularly useful for building trough-shaped formwork for the production of floor slabs, both plate-shaped formwork elements having on their top and bottom knob-shaped connecting elements (base plates) and plate-shaped formwork elements, the knob-shaped fasteners only on its top or bottom bear (cover plates), as well as angle-shaped edge elements to stockpile, which have at least one vertical and one horizontal leg, the latter being provided on top and / or bottom side with knob-shaped connecting elements. Depending on the configuration of the formwork, the edge elements may also be formed as Außeneck- or Inneneckelemente.

To produce a trough-shaped bottom plate formwork, first of all a corresponding number of edge elements (including the required number of ekk elements) are connected to one another laterally. The resulting frame is then filled by flush mounted side by side base plates, so that a closed base tub made of formwork elements. Subsequently, then the connection of the base plates with the edge elements by cover plates with top and / or bottom side arranged knob-shaped connecting elements and / or below the base plates of the base trough and placed over and / or under the horizontal legs of the edge elements and the knob-shaped connecting elements of Cover plates are pressed into the recesses of the respective opposite base plates and edge elements.

In such a trough-shaped formwork formed by the formwork elements according to the invention, the edge elements can not laterally move when pouring the concrete to form the bottom plate of the corresponding building, since the cam-shaped connecting elements of the cover plate engage positively in the corresponding recesses of the base plates and the edge elements.

In order to be able to pour into the tub-shaped formwork produced according to the invention as possible without special sealing measures, it has proven to be advantageous if the dimensions of the cover plates are selected such that they fill the entire space between the vertical limbs of the edge elements and thus in particular cover the joints of adjacent lower formwork elements.

Furthermore, it has proved to be particularly useful if the average distance between adjacent knob-shaped connecting elements is selected according to the respective standard prescribed construction grid (in Germany: 6.25 cm).

In order to counteract an undesired lateral displacement of the edge elements already during the production of the frame elements, it has also proved advantageous if the end faces of the edge elements can be positively connected to one another via corresponding projections and grooves such that e.g. a dovetail guide or a flat guide or the like. results. For the connection of adjacent edge elements they are therefore preferably not laterally plugged together, but pushed together along guides at the edges.

In Fig.1 1 is a heat-insulating shuttering element (base plate), for example made of a polystyrene foam, for forming a floor slab of a building. The base plate 1 has both on its upper side 2 and on its underside 5 in each case a multiplicity of uniformly distributed, knob-shaped connecting elements 3. The knob-shaped connecting elements 3 have a substantially truncated pyramidal shape and are arranged such that each of four connecting elements 3, a recess 4 is formed, in which a corresponding knob-shaped connecting element of an upper or lower side arranged further formwork element can intervene.

Fig.2 shows a formwork element 11 according to the invention (cover plate) having a smooth surface having top 12. In this embodiment, the knob-shaped connecting elements designated 13 and the recesses 14 formed by the connecting elements are located on the underside 15 of the shuttering element eleventh

In Figure 3 a formwork element 21 according to the invention is shown, which is an edge element formed as an outer corner element. It has a substantially L-shaped cross-section. On the top 22 and on the bottom 25 of the horizontal leg 27 turn knob-shaped connecting elements 23 and recesses 24 are arranged.

For connecting the corner element 21 with further laterally arranged edge elements 41 (cf. Figure 4 ), the corner element 21 in a portion of its first end face 28 of the vertical leg 29 dovetail-shaped groove-shaped recesses 30 and on the second end face 31 corresponding strip-shaped projections 32.

So that the edge elements 21 to be connected can be quickly moved into a precisely defined vertical position in the relatively rough conditions of practice, there are at the ends of the groove-shaped recesses 30 stops 26, whose surfaces are slightly chamfered to prevent water can collect in these areas.

In addition, the corner elements 21 and the subsequent further edge elements 41 are formed such that the wall thickness of the respective edge element in the lower region 42 of the vertical leg 29 is greater on the outside than in the upper region 43. By such a configuration of the edge elements 21, 41 is takes into account that after the production of the concrete floor slab, the heat transfer in the lower base area is greatest and should be taken into account by an appropriate thermal insulation in this area.

On the basis of in the Figure 4 and 5 illustrated AusfĂŒhningsbeispieles can be the assembly of appropriate formwork for the production of floor panels of formwork elements 1, 11, 21, 41 according to the invention refer.

In this case, first the edge elements (including the corner elements) 21, 41 connected to each other laterally, so that there is a frame which is filled with loosely laid side by side base plates 1 (in Figure 4 only one base plate 1 is shown for reasons of clarity). Subsequently, the connection of the base plates 1 with the edge elements 21, 41 by cover plates 11 are placed on the prefabricated base trough so that they each cover a base plate 1 and the horizontal leg 27 of a peripheral element 21, 41 ( Figure 5 ).

Fig.6).The invention is of course not limited to the embodiments described above. Thus, for example, the formwork elements not only plate-shaped or L-shaped, but also have other shapes. For example, it would be conceivable for the construction of thermally insulated partitions double L-shaped form. In addition, the corner elements may also be inner corner elements (cf. Figure 6 ).

Furthermore, the knob-shaped connecting elements do not necessarily have to be designed in the shape of truncated pyramids, although this studded form has proven particularly useful in practice. To a lateral displacement of the superposed formwork elements to safely avoid with intermeshing knob-shaped connecting elements, care should be taken that continuous, over the surface extending groove or groove-shaped depressions are avoided for the connecting elements in the respective shuttering element.

Finally, it is also possible to use the base plates (ie plates with top and bottom arranged knob-shaped connecting elements) as cover plates. This is particularly useful when the wall thickness of the trough-shaped formwork is to be doubled on the bottom side. In this case, for example, under the edge elements 21, 41 and under the in Figure 4 and 5 shown base plates 1 a further layer with base plates 1 are arranged, which then extends to the outer edge of the corresponding edge elements 21, 41. This base plate used as a cover plate then also connects the edge elements with the arranged inside the frame base plates.
