Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Plattenwärmetauscher, vorzugsweise der gehäuselosen Bauart, bestehend aus gestapelten Wärmetauscherplatten (1), die wenigstens einem Medium zugeordnete Öffnungen (2) aufweisen, wobei die Wärmetauscherplatten so gestapelt sind, dass die Öffnungen (2) übereinander liegen und vertikal durch den Stapel hindurch gehende Einlass - oder Auslasskanäle (3, 4) bilden, und mit zwischen den Wärmetauscherplatten ausgebildeten Strömungskanälen (5), wobei die Einlass - und Auslasskanäle (3, 4) mit dem Medium zugeordneten Strömungskanälen (5) fluidisch verbunden sind und wobei Ausformungen am Rand (11) der Öffnungen (2) angeordnet sind. Die Durchströmung der Strömungskanäle wird verbessert, wodurch sich die Effizienz des Wärmeaustausches erhöht, wenn sich erfindungsgemäß Ausformungen (10a, 10b) nach oberhalb und nach unterhalb der Ebene (15) der Wärmetauscherplatte (1) erstrecken, wobei die sich in die eine Richtung erstreckenden Ausformungen (10a), wie an sich bekannt, um die gesamte Öffnung (2) herum angeordnet sind und die sich in die andere Richtung erstreckenden Ausformungen (10b) nur um einen Teil des Umfangs der Öffnungen (2) angeordnet sind und strömungslenkende Eigenschaften besitzen. The invention relates to a plate heat exchanger, preferably of caseless type, consisting of stacked heat exchanger plates (1) having at least one medium associated openings (2), wherein the heat exchanger plates are stacked so that the openings (2) are one above the other and vertically through the stack pass through inlet or outlet channels (3, 4) and with flow channels (5) formed between the heat exchanger plates, the inlet and outlet channels (3, 4) being fluidly connected to flow channels (5) associated with the medium, and wherein formations on the Edge (11) of the openings (2) are arranged. The flow through the flow channels is improved, whereby the efficiency of the heat exchange increases when according to the invention formations (10a, 10b) extend above and below the plane (15) of the heat exchanger plate (1), wherein extending in the one direction formations (10a), as known per se, are arranged around the entire opening (2) and the protrusions (10b) extending in the other direction are arranged only around part of the circumference of the openings (2) and have flow-directing properties.
