Claims (3)
- Pedalplatte (1) aus Metall, die auf einer Seite (2) Abstandselemente (4) hat, die dafür vorgesehen sind, den Ausschnitt eines schalldämmenden Belags zu treffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstandselemente (4) durch Ziehen aus der Platte entstehen und die Form eines zylindrischen Kragens haben und dadurch, dass jedes Abstandselement durch ein Verfahren des schrittweisen Ziehens der Platte ausgeführt wird, das folgendes umfasst: einen Vorgang des Erzeugens einer Vertiefung an der für die Ausführung des Abstandelements ausgewählten Stelle, aufeinanderfolgende Verformungsvorgänge der Vertiefung zur Ausbildung aufeinanderfolgender Kragen durch Einengen, einen Formgebungsvorgang für den abschließenden Kragen und einen Lochungsvorgang am Boden dieses Kragens, und dadurch, dass die aufeinanderfolgenden Arbeitsgänge derart realisiert werden, dass am Ende die Dicke der Wand des Abstandselements gleich oder wenigstens im wesentlichen gleich derjenigen der Platte ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Pedalplatte gemäß Anspruch 1, für das, um durch Ziehen ein Abstandselement zu erhalten, das im wesentlichen die Form eines zylindrischen Kragens mit einer Dicke hat, die im wesentlichen gleich derjenigen der Platte ist, zuerst durch Ziehen eine halbkugelförmige Kugelkalotte ausgeführt wird, deren Durchmesser und Höhe ausreichend größer als der Durchmesser und die Höhe des endgültigen Kragens sind, damit durch aufeinanderfolgende Zieharbeitsgänge anschließend der gewünschte Kragen geformt wird, indem schrittweise der Durchmesser und die Höhe der Zwischenstufenkragen verändert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei dem, ausgehend von einer Platte mit 2 Millimeter Dicke, zuerst durch Ziehen eine Kugelkalotte mit 60 Millimeter Durchmesser und einer Höhe von 20 Millimeter ausgeführt wird, wobei sich eine Dicke von 1,68 Millimeter für die Wand der Halbkugel ergibt, und die Halbkugel schrittweise in einen zylindrischen Kragen durch aufeinanderfolgende Zieharbeitsgänge umgewandelt wird, in deren Verlauf die Dicke der Kragenwand schrittweise erhöht wird, um abschließend einen Kragen zu erhalten, dessen Abmessungen die folgenden sind: Durchmesser etwa 20 Millimeter, Höhe etwa 15 Millimeter, Wanddicke etwa 2 Millimeter.
