Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Wechseln einer Bespannung einer
Papiermaschine, insbesondere Tissuemaschine, beispielsweise TAD (Through
air drying) Maschine, mit einer Anzahl von Umlenkwalzen und mindestens
einer Bandreinigungseinrichtung.
Derzeitige Einrichtungen haben den Nachteil, dass der Bespannungswechsel
lange dauert, personalintensiv ist und zusätzlich Hilfsmittel wie Maschinenhauskräne
benötigt, die dadurch für andere Wartungsarbeiten, wie z.B.
Walzenwechsel, Stoffauflaufrevisionen etc., die während des Bespannungswechsels
durchgeführt werden sollen, nicht zur Verfügung stehen. Unter
Bespannung sind hier Siebe, Filze oder ähnliche Bespannungselemente zu
verstehen.
Ziel der Erfindung ist es daher, den Bespannungswechsel derart zu vereinfachen,
dass die Zeitdauer reduziert, die Anzahl der benötigten Personen verringert
und keine nicht in die Maschinenkonstruktion integrierte Hilfseinrichtungen
verwendet werden.
Die Erfindung ist daher dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beidseitig der
Bespannung angeordnete Hebel vorgesehen sind, die mindestens eine Umlenkwalze
aufnehmen und von einer Betriebsposition in eine Bespannungswechselposition
schwenkbar sind. Dadurch werden externe Hebezeuge wie
z.B. Maschinenkräne nicht mehr benötigt und können für andere Zwecke eingesetzt
werden. Weiters entfällt der komplizierte Ausbau der Umlenkwalze(n)
und die Notwendigkeit diese außerhalb der Maschine abzulegen. Dies
reduziert die Zeitdauer des Bespannungswechsels erheblich. Auch wird
dadurch die Sicherheit für das Bedienpersonal (keine aus der Maschine
herausschwingenden Walzen) wesentlich erhöht.
Ist die Bespannungswechselposition der Umlenkwalze(n) derart, dass die
Bespannung nahezu horizontal in die Papiermaschine eingebracht werden
kann, so wird weniger Personal benötigt, da die Bespannung nicht mehr vorgebogen
werden muss. Dies ist besonders bei steifen TAD-Sieben vorteilhaft.
Vorteilhaft angewandt wird die Erfindung, wenn die Umlenkwalze eine Spannwalze
ist, wobei die Spannwalze in der Endlage nach der Entspannung der
Maschinenbespannung über die Lagergehäuse mit den beidseitig der
Bespannung angeordneten Hebeln verbindbar sein kann. Durch die
Spannwalze kann die Bespannung vollständig entspannt werden und
anschließend kann die Spannwalze mittels der Hebel in eine
Bespannungswechselposition gebracht werden, bei der die Bespannung
nahezu horizontal eingebracht werden kann.
Eine günstige Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
mindestens zwei beidseitig der Bespannung angeordnete Hebel durch eine
Spritzschutzwanne miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Spritzschutzwanne
und allenfalls darin angeordnete Reinigungsspritzrohre gemeinsam mit der
Umlenkwalze durch die beidseitig der Bespannung angeordneten Hebel in die
Bespannungswechselposition schwenkbar sind. Dadurch können die
Maschinenteile wie Spritzschutzwanne und Reinigungsspritzrohre gleichzeitig
mitabgesenkt werden und müssen dazu nicht extra ausgebaut werden.
Eine günstige Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Hebel mit Hubelementen verbunden sind, wobei die Hubelemente
hydraulische Hubelemente, z.B. Hydraulikzylinder oder elektromechanische

Is the Bespannungswechselposition the guide roller (s) such that the fabric can be introduced almost horizontally in the paper machine, so less staff is required because the fabric no longer needs to be pre-bent. This is particularly advantageous for rigid TAD screens.
Advantageously, the invention, when the guide roller is a tension roller, wherein the tension roller can be connected in the end position after the relaxation of the machine clothing on the bearing housing with the levers arranged on both sides of the clothing. Die Erfindung kommt im Bereich der Bespannungsreinigungseinrichtung 1
einer Papiermaschine zum Einsatz, die im Wesentlichen aus einer cantileverbaren
Tragkonstruktion 2, einer Bespannungsspannwalze 3, einer Umlenkwalze
4, sowie aus zwei weiteren Bespannungsleitwalzen 5, 6 und diversen
Reinigungseinrichtungen, d. s. Spritzrohre, Saugkästen und Reinigungsschabern
besteht.
Beim Einziehen einer neuen Bespannung 7, die endlos ausgeführt ist, wird die
Spannwalze 3 in die kürzeste Spannposition 8 gefahren. In dieser Position
werden auf Führer- und auf Triebseite der Papiermaschine zwei Hebel 9
mittels Hydraulikzylinder oder Hubspindelelementen 10 gegen das Walzenlager
der Walze 3 bewegt und mit diesem verschraubt. Danach wird die Verbindung
des Walzenlagers mit dem Führungsschlitten 11 der Spannung
gelöst. Die Spannwalze 3 kann nun auf die Maschinenstuhlung 13 abgelegt
werden.
Sodann werden die Hebel 20, die die Umlenkwalze 4 tragen, von der Tragkonstruktion
2 auf Führer- und Triebseite durch Öffnen der Verbindungen 21
(z.B. Schraubverbindungen) gelöst. Nach dem Trennen der Anschlüsse aller
Spritzrohre und Absaugeinrichtungen auf der Triebseite werden nun die
Hebel 20 zusammen mit der Walze 4 und allen darauf befestigten Spritzrohren
sowie Wasserauffangrinnen 27 mit Hilfe von Hubelementen 22 in Richtung des
