Claims (19)
- Fenster oder Türmit einem Flügelrahmen (12), der gegenüber einem Blendrahmen (14) um eine Drehachse drehbar und um eine Kippachse kippbar gelagert ist,mit einer einer unteren Eckzone des Blendrahmens (14) und Flügelrahmens (12) zugeordneten Ecklager-Baueinheit (16),mit einer einer oberen Eckzone oder seitlichen Zone des Blendrahmens (14) und Flügelrahmens (12) zugeordneten Scherenlager-Baueinheit (18),mit einem dem Flügelrahmen (12) zugeordneten, in einer umlaufenden Nut (20) gelegenen Treibstangenbeschlag (22) mit zur Gewährleistung verschiedener Schaltstellungen vorgesehenen längsverschieblichen Treibstangenelementen und mit diesen verbundenen Schließbolzen (24, 26, 28, 30),mit dem Blendrahmen (14) zugeordneten ersten (38) und zweiten (40) Schließblechen, die mit den jeweils zugeordneten Schließbolzen in Wirkverbindung bringbar sind,wobei der Flügelrahmen (12) gegenüber dem Blendrahmen (14) in einer ersten Schaltstellung des Treibstangenbeschlages (22) verriegelt ist, in einer zweiten Schaltstellung drehbar und in einer dritten Schaltstellung kippbar ist,die ersten (38) und zweiten (40) Schließbleche, die Scherenlager-Baueinheit (18) und die Ecklager-Baueinheit (16) jeweils Mittel zur Gewährleistung eines Bewegungs-Freiheitsgrades des Flügelrahmens (12) gegenüber dem Blendrahmen (14) in eine senkrecht oder nahezu senkrecht zur Fenster- oder Türebene gelegene Richtung aufweisen,wobei die Mittel der ersten (38) und zweiten (40) Schließbleche und der Scherenlager-Baueinheit (18) durch Kulissenführungen (42, 44) zwangsgeführt sind,so dass der Flügelrahmen (12) gegenüber dem Blendrahmen (14) in einer vierten Schaltstellung des Treibstangenbeschlages (22) in eine parallel oder nahezu parallel abgestellte Position bringbar ist,wobei die Schließbolzen (24, 26, 28, 30) in dieser Position innerhalb der Kulissenführungen (42, 44) gelegen sind.
- Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kulissenführung (42, 44) vier Funktionsbereiche aufweist, welchen jeweils Schaltstellungen des Treibstangenbeschlages (22) zugeordnet sind, wobei der erste (46, 48) und vierte (58, 60) Funktionsbereich im jeweiligen Endbereich der Kulissenführung (42, 44) und der zweite (50, 52) und dritte (54, 56) Funktionsbereich im Bereich zwischen den Endbereichen gelegen ist.
- Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite (50, 52) Funktionsbereich im wesentlichen mittig zwischen dem ersten (46, 48) und vierten (58, 60) Funktionsbereich und der dritte (54, 56) Funktionsbereich im wesentlichen mittig zwischen dem zweiten (50, 52) und vierten (58, 60) Funktionsbereich gelegen ist.
- Fenster oder Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Kulissenführung (42, 44) der ersten (38) Schließbleche im ersten (46, 48) und vierten (58, 60) Funktionsbereich geradlinig ausgeführt ist und jeweils erste (62, 64) und vierte (66, 68) Kulissenführungs-Längsachsen aufweist, die jeweils parallel zueinander ausgerichtet sind und um ein Abstandsmaß (70, 72) gegeneinander versetzt sind,dass die Kulissenführung (42, 44) im zweiten (50, 52) und dritten (54, 56) Funktionsbereich nach Art einer Kröpfung zur Verbindung des ersten und vierten Funktionsbereichs ausgestaltet ist,dass die Kulissenführung (42, 44) im zweiten (50, 52) Funktionsbereich einen ersten Aussparungsbereich (73) zum Durchtritt des Schließbolzens in Drehschaltstellung aufweist.
- Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Kulissenführung (42, 44) der zweiten (40) Schließbleche im ersten (46, 48) und vierten (58, 60) Funktionsbereich geradlinig ausgeführt ist und jeweils erste (62, 64) und vierte (66, 68) Kulissenführungs-Längsachsen aufweist, die jeweils parallel zueinander ausgerichtet sind und um ein Abstandsmaß (70, 72) gegeneinander versetzt sind,die Kulissenführung (42, 44) im zweiten (50, 52) und dritten (54, 56) Funktionsbereich nach Art einer Kröpfung zur Verbindung des ersten und vierten Funktionsbereichs ausgestaltet ist,dass die Kulissenführung im zweiten (50, 52) und dritten (54, 56) Funktionsbereich jeweils einen ersten (73) und zweiten (76) Aussparungsbereich zum Durchtritt des Schließbolzens in Drehschaltstellung und in Kippschaltstellung aufweist, wobei beide Aussparungsbereiche (73, 76) ineinander übergehen.
- Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zweite Schließbleche (32, 34, 36) den seitlichen Holmen und/oder dem oberen Querholm des Blendrahmens (14) zugeordnet sind.
- Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zweites Schließblech (32, 34, 36) dem bandseitigen Eckbereich des unteren Querholms zugeordnet ist.
- Fenster oder Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Schließblechen (32, 34, 36) zugeordneten Schließbolzen als Pilzkopfzapfen ausgebildet sind.
- Fenster oder Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scherenlager-Baueinheit (78) an ihrem Ausstellarm (80) ein Ausstellarm-Schließblech (82) mit einer Ausstellarm-Kulissenführung (84) aufweist, die mit dem jeweils zugeordneten Schließbolzen (86) des Treibstangenbeschlages (22) in Wirkverbindung bringbar ist.

- Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Ausstellarm-Kulissenführung (84) des Ausstellarm-Schließblechs (82) im ersten (96) und vierten (90) Funktionsbereich geradlinig ausgeführt ist und jeweils erste und vierte Ausstellarm-Kulissenführungs-Längsachsen aufweist, die jeweils parallel zueinander ausgerichtet sind und um ein Abstandsmaß gegeneinander versetzt sind,die Ausstellarm-Kulissenführung (84) im zweiten (94) und dritten (92) Funktionsbereich nach Art einer Kröpfung zur Verbindung des ersten (96) und vierten (90) Funktionsbereichs ausgestaltet ist,dass die Ausstellarm-Kulissenführung (84) im dritten (92) Funktionsbereich jeweils einen Ausstellarm-Kulissenführung-Aussparungsbereich (88) zum Durchtritt des Schließbolzens (86) in Kippschaltstellung aufweist.
- Fenster oder Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ecklagerbaueinheit (98) im Verbindungsbereich zwischen dem Blendrahmen (14) und der Ecklagerbaueinheit (98) eine Längsführung (104) zur Gewährleistung eines Bewegungs-Freiheitsgrades des Flügelrahmens (12) gegenüber dem Blendrahmen (1) in eine senkrecht oder nahezu senkrecht zur Fenster- oder Türebene gelegene Richtung aufweist.
- Fenster oder Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsführung (104) eine mit einem Führungsbolzen (110) korrespondierend ausgeführte zylindrische Öffnung (106) aufweist, in der der Führungsbolzen entlang seiner Längsachse beweglich ist.
- Fenster oder Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem oberen Querholm ein Flügelheber (13) zugeordnet ist.
- Fenster oder Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Treibstangenbeschlag (22) durch eine Bediengriffeinheit antreibbar ist, die um eine senkrecht zur Fensterebene gelegene Drehachse drehbar ist und einen parallel zur Fensterebene gelegenen Griffbereich aufweist, wobei die erste Schaltstellung des Treibstangenbeschlages (22) einer senkrecht nach unten weisenden Stellung des Griffbereichs entspricht, die zweite Schaltstellung einem waagerecht liegenden Griffbereich, die vierte Schaltstellung einem senkrecht nach oben weisend Griffbereich entspricht sowie die dritte Schaltstellung etwa winkelhalbierend zwischen der zweiten und vierten Schaltstellung gelegen ist.
- Fenster oder Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Gewährleistung eines Bewegungs-Freiheitsgrades des Flügelrahmens (12) gegenüber dem Blendrahmen (14) in eine senkrecht oder nahezu senkrecht zur Fensteroder Türebene gelegene Richtung durch die vierten Funktionsbereiche gebildet sind.
- Fenster oder Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten Schließbleche (116) eine Schließblechbasis (118) und eine Schließblech-Funktionsplatte (120) aufweisen, wobei die Schließblech-Funktionsplatte (120) gegenüber der Schließblechbasis (116) in Richtung der Kulissenführungs-Längsachsen schwimmend gelagert sind.
- Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schließblech-Funktionsplatte (120) wenigstens einen senkrecht zu den Kulissenführungs-Längsachsen verlaufende Justierkanal (126, 128) aufweist, der mit einem entsprechenden Justierzapfen (130) des Treibstangenbeschlages (22) zur Justierung der Schließbleche korrespondierend ausgebildet ist.
