Claims (4)
- Einfüllen von Gemenge in eine Form mit gleichzeitiger Maßfixierung zum Begrenzung der Dickenquellung, Dickenschrumpfung, Das Gemenge ist teigig, breiig, pastös oder flüssig. Das Gemenge enthält die Zutaten für die Herstellung von Porenbeton oder Beton oder Gasbeton oder Kalksandstein. In das sich in Konsistenz befindliche Gemenge wird mindestens ein stein. In das sich in Konsistenz befindliche Gemenge wird mindestens ein Schaumglasrohling (Fig. 1+2) derart auf Abstand eingelegt, dass die angeschnittene, teilweise offene Zellstruktur (Hohlkörper) des Schaumglas in das Gemenge eintaucht. Hierbei füllen sich die Taschen der angeschnittenen Zellen und die daneben befindlichen Täler des Schaumglas mit dem Gemenge. Die beiden fixierten Schichten verbleiben während der Trocknung bis zur Endaushärtung in der Form.
- Einfüllen von Gemenge (nach Anspruch 1.), in eine Form, jedoch auf den Schaumglasrohling, aufbringen eines weiteren Gemenges, sodass das Schaumglas zwischen zwei Gemengen liegt. Danach die insgesamt drei fixierten Schichten bis zur Endaushärtung, Durchtrocknung in der Form belassen. (Fig. 1,2,3).
- Einfüllen von Gemenge (nach Anspruch 1.) in eine Form, zwischen oder auf die Schaumglasrohlinge. Wechselweise befüllen der Form in der Reihenfolge Gemenge-Schaumglas oder Schaumgias-Gemenge, praktisch endlos aufeinander folgend und solange horizontal, vertikal oder diagonal fixiert bis die Endaushärtung und Durchtrocknung eingetreten ist (Fixierpunkte it. Zeichnung).
- Herbeiführung eines Aushärtungs- und Trocknungsprozesses unter Beibehaltung der sich abwechselnden Schichten zwischen Schaumglas und Gemenge oder Gemenge und Schaumglas, in horizontaler, vertikaler oder diagonaler Verharrung, wobei die Abmessung der einzelnen Schichten frei wählbar sind.
