Claims (7)

  1. Emballage en feuille (1) pour produits alimentaires sensibles à l'oxygène (10), comportant un couvercle de fermeture rabattable (4), qui recouvre une ouverture (3), l'emballage (1) étant plié sur la face opposée à l'ouverture (3) puis scellé sur les deux bords, et consistant d'une bande de feuille (11) en plusieurs couches, munie d'une couche de barrage, où, pour sceller le couvercle de fermeture (4) moyennant la couche extérieure (12) de la bande de feuille (11) conçue sous la forme couche de barrage, il est appliqué partiellement sur celle-ci ou sur le couvercle de fermeture (4) une couche de laque thermosoudable (21) qui permet de fermer de manière imperméable l'ouverture (3) de l'emballage en feuille (1),
    caractérisé en ce que
    la face de l'emballage en feuille (1) se laissant lier au couvercle de fermeture (4) est conçue en retrait par rapport au bord de pliage (5) du couvercle de fermeture (4) et qu'il est prévu sur la face extérieure (15) de l'emballage en feuille (1), au niveau du couvercle de fermeture (4) ou sur celui-ci, de préférence adjacente à la couche de laque thermosoudable (21), une feuille de collage à double effet (22).
  2. Emballage en feuille pour produits alimentaires sensibles à l'oxygène d'après la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la couche de laque thermosoudable (21) est disposée à fleur du bord de la face en retrait de l'emballage en feuille (1) et recouvre ses deux joints de scellement (17, 18) s'étendant sur les bords.
  3. Emballage en feuille pour produits alimentaires sensibles à l'oxygène d'après la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la couche de laque thermosoudable (21) est disposée à une certaine distance du bord de la face en retrait de l'emballage en feuille (1) et qu'elle s'attache aux deux joints de scellement (17, 18) s'étendant sur les bords, jusqu'au bord de la face en retrait.
  4. Emballage en feuille pour produits alimentaires sensibles à l'oxygène d'après une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la couche de scellement (13) de la bande de feuille (11) est formée par une couche en polyéthylène.
  5. Emballage en feuille pour produits alimentaires sensibles à l'oxygène d'après une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la couche (12) de la bande de feuille (11) agissant en tant que couche de barrage est formée par une couche en polyamide.
  6. Emballage en feuille pour produits alimentaires sensibles à l'oxygène d'après les revendications 4 et 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la couche en polyéthylène (12) est liée à la couche en polyamide (12) moyennant un agent de pontage (14).
  7. Bande de feuille pour la réalisation d'un emballage en feuille conçu selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la bande de feuille (11) consiste d'une couche en polyamide (12) formant la face extérieure (15) de l'emballage en feuille (1) et agissant en tant que couche de barrage, et d'une couche en polyéthylène (13) formant la face intérieure (16), liées entre elles par un agent de pontage (14) ou par une colle, ainsi que d'une couche de laque thermosoudable (21) appliquée sur la face extérieure (15) de l'emballage en feuille (1) au niveau du couvercle de fermeture (4), ou directement sur celui.ci.
