Claims (15)
- Mehrstufige Schubzentrifuge zur Trennung eines Gemischs (2) in einen Feststoffkuchen (3) und in eine Flüssigphase (4), umfassend, eine um eine Drehachse (5) rotierbare äussere Siebtrommel (6) und mindestens eine in der äusseren Siebtrommel (6) angeordnete Siebstufe (7), einen in der Siebtrommel (6) angeordneten Gemischverteiler (8) mit einer Schubbodenvorrichtung (9), wobei entweder die Siebstufe (7) oder die Schubbodenvorrichtung (9) entlang der Drehachse (5) hin- und herbewegbar angeordnet ist, so dass der Feststoffkuchen (3) mittels der Schubbodenvorrichtung (9) verschiebbar ist, und mit einer Einspeiseeinrichtung (10) mit welcher das Gemisch (2) über den Gemischverteiler (8) in einen Leerraum (11) einbringbar ist, der beim Verschieben des Feststoffkuchens (3) durch die Schubbodenvorrichtung (9) entsteht, wobei die Schubbodenvorrichtung (9) einen Vorbeschleunigungstrichter (12) umfasst, der sich im wesentlichen erweiternd in Richtung zur Einspeiseeinrichtung (10) hin erstreckt dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorbeschleunigungstrichter (12) als Vorbeschleunigungssieb (12) ausgestaltet ist.
- Mehrstufige Schubzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Vorbeschleunigungstrichter (12) sich unter einem im wesentlichen konstanten Vorbeschleunigungswinkel (β) konisch erweiternd in Richtung zur Einspeiseeinrichtung (10) hin erstreckt.
- Mehrstufige Schubzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Vorbeschleunigungstrichter (12) einen gekrümmten Verlauf hat und sich der Vorbeschleunigungswinkel (β) des Vorbeschleunigungstrichters (12) in Richtung zur Einspeiseeinrichtung (10) hin vergrössert.
- Mehrstufige Schubzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Vorbeschleunigungstrichter (12) einen gekrümmten Verlauf hat und sich der Vorbeschleunigungswinkel (β) des Vorbeschleunigungstrichters (12) in Richtung zur Einspeiseeinrichtung (10) hin verkleinert.
- Mehrstufige Schubzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Vorbeschleunigungssieb (12) als Zweistufenfilter mit einem Grobfilter (121) und einem Feinfilter (122) ausgestaltet ist.
- Mehrstufige Schubzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei am Gemischverteiler (8) eine Auffangeinrichtung (13) zum Abführen von Flüssigphase (4) vorgesehen ist.
- Mehrstufige Schubzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei, ein Wert des Vorbeschleunigungswinkels (β) des Vorbeschleunigungssiebs (12) in Bezug auf die Drehachse (5) zwischen 0° und 45°, im speziellen zwischen 0° und 10° oder zwischen 10° und 45°, insbesondere zwischen 25° und 45°, bevorzugt zwischen 15° und 35° liegt.
- Mehrstufige Schubzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Vorbeschleunigungstrichter (12) so ausgestaltet und angeordnet ist, dass das Vorbeschleunigungssieb (12) mittels eines Drehantriebs (14) um eine Rotationsachse (15) mit einer vorgebbaren Drehzahl rotierbar ist.
- Mehrstufige Schubzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei bei der Einspeiseeinrichtung (10) ein Einlauftrichter (16) angeordnet ist, der sich unter einem im wesentlichen konstanten Öffnungswinkel (α) konisch erweiternd in Richtung zur Schubbodenvorrichtung (9) hin erstreckt.
- Mehrstufige Schubzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Einlauftrichter (16) einen gekrümmten Verlauf hat und sich der Öffnungswinkel (α) des Einlauftrichters (16) in Richtung zur Schubbodenvorrichtung (9) hin vergrössert.
- Mehrstufige Schubzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Einlauftrichter (16) einen gekrümmten Verlauf hat und sich der Öffnungswinkel (α) des Einlauftrichters (16) in Richtung zur Schubbodenvorrichtung (9) hin verkleinert.
- Mehrstufige Schubzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Einlauftrichter (16) als Vorfiltersieb (17) zur Vorabscheidung von Flüssigphase (4) aus dem Gemisch (2) ausgebildet ist.
- Mehrstufige Schubzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Vorfiltersieb (17) als Zweistufensieb mit einem Grobsieb (171) und einem Feinsieb (172) ausgestaltet ist.
- Mehrstufige Schubzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher Auffangmittel (18) zur Sammlung und Ableitung der Flüssigphase (4) aus dem Vorfiltersieb (17) vorgesehen sind.
- Mehrstufige Schubzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Einlauftrichter (16) um eine Antriebsachse (19) drehbar angeordnet und mittels eines Antriebs (20) mit einer vorgebbaren Drehzahl um die Antriebsachse (19) rotierbar ist.
