einem innerhalb des Gehäuseoberteils verstellbeweglich angeordneten Dichtungsträger mit mindestens einem streifenförmigen Dichtungselement, das durch eine Stellbewegung des Dichtungsträgers an der Düsenunterseite ein- und ausfahrbar ist,
einem Kipphebel zur Betätigung des Dichtungsträgers und
auf den Dichtungsträger wirkenden Rückstellfedern,
wobei an das Gehäuseoberteil ein Saugkanal angeformt ist, der an einem Ende ein mit der Gleitsohle verbundenes Anschlussstück aufweist und an dem anderen Ende als Gelenkschale eines Kippgelenkes ausgebildet ist, und wobei der Saugmund aus einem in die Gleitsohle eingeformten Strömungskanal besteht, der sich von einer mittigen, in den Saugkanal mündenden Öffnung ausgehend quer zum Saugkanal erstreckt.
dass die Gleitsohle an dem Gehäuseoberteil durch Steckverbindungen zwischen zapfenförmigen Vorsprüngen des Gehäuseoberteils und an die Gleitsohle angeformten Gegenelementen befestigt ist und

Claims (13)
- Staubsaugerdüse für Glattböden und textile Bodenbeläge mit
einem Gehäuseoberteil (1) aus Kunststoff,
einer Gleitsohle (2) mit einem Saugmund (3),
einem innerhalb des Gehäuseoberteils (1) verstellbeweglich angeordneten Dichtungsträger (4) mit mindestens einem streifenförmigen Dichtungselement (5), das durch eine Stellbewegung des Dichtungsträgers (4) an der Düsenunterseite ein- und ausfahrbar ist,
einem Kipphebel (6) zur Betätigung des Dichtungsträgers (4) und
mindestens einer auf den Dichtungsträger (4) wirkenden Rückstellfeder (11),
wobei an das Gehäuseoberteil (1) ein Saugkanal (12) angeformt ist, der an einem Ende ein mit der Gleitsohle (2) verbundenes Anschlussstück (13) aufweist und an dem anderen Ende als Gelenkschale (14) eines Kippgelenkes (15) ausgebildet ist, und wobei der Saugmund (3) aus einem in die Gleitsohle (2) eingeformten Strömungskanal (16) besteht, der sich von einer mittigen, in den Saugkanal (12) mündenden Öffnung (17) ausgehend quer zum Saugkanal (12) erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitsohle (2) an dem Gehäuseoberteil (1) durch Steckverbindungen (23) zwischen zapfenförmigen Vorsprüngen (24) des Gehäuseoberteils und an die Gleitsohle angeformten Gegenelementen (25) befestigt ist und
dass der Dichtungsträger (4) in einem in Arbeitsrichtung rückwärtigen Abschnitt des Gehäuseoberteils (1) zwischen angeformten Lagerstegen (21) des Gehäuseoberteils (1) und der Gleitsohle (2) drehbeweglich gehalten, sowie an zumindest einem der durch die Steckverbindungen (23) gebildeten Zapfen geführt ist. - Staubsaugerdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsträger (4) angeformte Abstützflächen (26) für die Rückstellfedern (11) jeweils einer von dem zugeordneten Zapfen durchfassten Führungsausnehmung (27) aufweist, dass die Rückstellfedern (11) auf den Zapfen zwischen der Gleitsohle (2) und den Abstützflächen (26) des Dichtungsträgers (4) angeordnet sind.
- Staubsaugerdüse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit den zapfenförmigen Vorsprüngen (24) des Gehäuseoberteils zusammenwirkenden Gegenelemente (25) der Gleitsohle als stummelförmige, zylindrische Elemente mit Pilzkopf ausgebildet sind.
- Staubsaugerdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Gleitsohle (2) zusätzliche Rastvorsprünge (28, 28') angeformt sind, die an dem Anschlussstück (13) des Gehäuseoberteils (1) und an Wandflächen des Gehäuseoberteils (1) fixierbar sind.
- Staubsaugerdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsträger (4) aus einem fachwerkartigen Kunststoffformteil besteht, welches einen Stab (19) mit zylindrischen Lagerflächen und mindestens eine dazu parallele sowie mit dem Dichtungselement (5) verbundene Profilleiste (20) als Längsträger und beidseits des Saugkanals (12) angeordnete, die Längsträger (19, 20) verbindende Querträger (22) aufweist, wobei die das Dichtungselement tragende Profilleiste (20) in Arbeitsrichtung vor dem Anschlussstück (13) des Saugkanals (12) angeordnet ist.
- Staubsaugerdüse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsträgers (4) zwei das Kunststoffformteil als Längsträger versteifende Profilleisten (20, 20') zum Anschluss von Dichtungselementen (5, 5') aufweist, wobei die Profilleisten (20, 20') in Arbeitsrichtung vor und hinter dem Saugmund (3) angeordnet sind.
- Staubsaugerdüse nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das an die hintere Profilleiste (20') angeschlossene Dichtungselement (5') durch einen Schlitz in der einteilig ausgebildeten Gleitsohle (2) ein- und ausfahrbar ist.
- Staubsaugerdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die vordere Profilleiste (20) ein Borstenstreifen (5) und an die hintere Profilleiste (20') ein Streifen (5') aus einem elastomeren Material angeschlossen sind.
- Staubsaugerdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kipphebel (6) aus einer drehbar gelagerten Welle (7), mindestens einer als Trittschalter (8) ausgebildeten Schaltfläche sowie angeformten Nocken (9) besteht, wobei die Nocken (9) auf eine zugeordnete Druckfläche (10) des Dichtungsträgers (4) wirken.
- Staubsaugerdüse nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsträger (4) beidseits des Saugkanals (12) jeweils zwei Querträger (22) aufweist, wobei der Trittschalter (8) in den Freiraum zwischen benachbarten Querträgern (22) eintaucht und wobei zwischen den Querträgern (22) auch die mit dem Kipphebel (6) zusammenwirkenden Druckflächen (10) angeordnet sind.
- Staubsaugerdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (17) der Gleitsohle (2) von angeformten Vorsprüngen (29) umgeben ist, die in das Anschlussstück (13) des Saugkanals (12) eingreifen und den Übergang zwischen dem Saugmund (3) der Gleitsohle (2) und dem Saugkanal (12) des Gehäuseoberteils (1) gegen Fremdluft abdichten.
- Staubsaugerdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitsohle (2) vor und/oder hinter dem Saugmund (3) Vertiefungen aufweist, in die Fadenheberstreifen (30) eingeklebt sind.
- Staubsaugerdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kippgelenk (15) eine durchgehende Wellenachse (31) aufweist, an deren Enden Laufräder (32) aufgesteckt sind.
