Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wanne, insbesondere Badeund/oder Duschwanne mit einem horizontal verlaufenden Wannenboden mit einer von dem Wannenboden nach oben abragenden Wannenwandung, die in einem Zutrittsbereich der Badewanne eine Wandungsausnehmung aufweist, dass die Wandungsausnehmung mit einem lösbaren und einem Rand der Wandungsausnehmung wasserdicht schließenden Verschluss versehbar ist, wobei zum einen der Rand der Wandungsausnehmung zumindest in einem unteren Bereich im Querschnitt konvexförmig und zum anderen der korrespondierende Rand des Verschlusselementes im Querschnitt konkavförmig ausgebildet ist, derart, dass die zueinander gekehrten Anlageflächen der Ränder dichtend aneinander liegen. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wanne, insbesondere Badeund/oder Duschwanne mit einem horizontal verlaufenden Wannenboden, mit einer von dem Wannenboden nach oben abragenden Wannenwandung, die in einem Zutrittsbereich der Badewanne eine Wandungsausnehmung aufweist, dass die Wandungsausnehmung mit einem lösbaren und einem Rand der Wandungsausnehmung wasserdicht schließenden Verschluss versehbar ist.
Aus der DE 93 01 082 U1 ist eine Badewanne mit einem horizontal verlaufenden Wannenboden und einer von dem Wannenboden nach oben abragenden Wannenwandung bekannt, wobei die Wannenwandung für den erleichterten Einstieg in die Badewanne eine Wandungsausnehmung aufweist. Die Wandungsausnehmung ist mittels eines wasserdicht schließenden Verschlusselementes verschließbar, so dass nach dem erleichterten Zugang in die Badewanne nachfolgend das Wasser in Badewanne eingelassen werden kann. Das Verschlusselement ist einschiebbar ausgebildet, wobei nach dem Einschieben des Verschlusselementes in die Wandungsausnehmung die Endposition durch Verrastung erzielt wird. Zur Erhöhung der Dichtigkeit weist sowohl der Rand der Wandungsausnehmung als auch das Verschlusselement Dichtelemente auf.
Aus der DE 91 07 749 U1 ist eine Badewanne mit einem Wannenboden und einer nach oben abragenden Wannenwandung bekannt, wobei zum erleichterten Zugang in die Badewanne ein Verschlusselement vorgesehen ist. Das Verschlusselement kann teleskopisch aufziehbar und absenkbar ausgebildet sein, wobei das Verschlusselement in einer Führung der Wandungsausnehmung eingesetzt ist. Alternativ kann das Verschlusselement auch als Faltenbalg mit einem harten Balgboden und flexiblen Balgseiten ausgebildet sein. Nach einer alternativen Variante kann das Verschlusselement auch als eine Klapptür ausgebildet sein, die über ein Scharnier mit der Wandungsausnehmung verbunden ist.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Wanne derart weiterzubilden, dass sie einerseits zum Baden und andererseits zum Duschen geeignet ist, wobei ein hoher Grad an Dichtigkeit und einfacher Handhabbarkeit des Anbringens eines Verschlusselementes in einer Wandungsausnehmung der Wanne gewährleistet sind.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die Erfindung in Verbindung mit dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum einen der Rand der Wandungsausnehmung zumindest in einem unteren Bereich im Querschnitt konvexförmig und zum anderen der korrespondierende Rand des Verschlusselementes im Querschnitt konkavförmig ausgebildet ist, derart, dass die zueinander gekehrten Anlageflächen der Ränder dichtend aneinander liegen.
Der besondere Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, dass durch die konvexförmige Ausbildung zumindest eines unteren Randes der Wandungsausnehmung langzeitstabil eine erhöhte Dichtigkeit der Wanne im montierten Zustandes eines Verschlusselementes gegeben ist. Grundgedanke der Erfindung ist es, den Rand der Wandungsausnehmung derart zu gestalten, dass sich kein Wasser an der Anlagefläche des Wandungsausnehmungsrandes sammeln kann. Erfindungsgemäß ist der korrespondierende Rand des Verschlusselementes auf die Kontur des Wandungsausnehmungsrandes abgestimmt, so dass die zueinander gekehrten Anlageflächen der Wandungsausnehmung einerseits und des Verschlusselementes andererseits passgenau und dichtend aneinander liegen.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist der Rand der Wandungsausnehmung als eine längsverlaufende Wölbung und der Rand des Verschlusselementes als eine längsverlaufende Mulde ausgebildet. Die Wölbung erstreckt sich in Längsrichtung U-förmig durchgehend entlang des Randes der Wandungsausnehmung von einem ersten Ende der Wandungsausnehmung zu einem zweiten Ende der Wandungsausnehmung. Auf herstellungstechnisch einfache Weise kann die Wölbung durch Anformen derselben beim Herstellungsprozess der Badewanne gebildet sein. Die durchgehende Wölbung und die korrespondierende durchgehende Mulde bilden eine abdichtende Nut-/Feder-Verbindung zwischen dem Verschlusselement und dem Rand der Wandungsausnehmung. Die Höhe der Wölbung bzw. die Tiefe der Mulde ist derart ausgebildet, dass ein Herausbrechen des Verschlusselementes aus der Wandungsausnehmung sicher vermieden wird.
Zur Erhöhung der Dichtwirkung ist die Mulde des Verschlusselementes mit einem Dichtelement versehen, dass in die Mulde eingefasst ist und mit der Form der Mulde übereinstimmt.
Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung weist das Verschlusselement ein oberes Ansatzteil mit einem randseitigen Befestigungslappen auf, der kraftschlüssig und/oder formschlüssig mit einem oberen Bereich der Wannenwandung verbunden ist. Vorzugsweise ist der Befestigungslappen mittels eines Schraubverschlusses mit der Wannenwandung verbunden, so dass die Montageendstellung des Verschlusselementes sicher aufrechterhalten werden kann.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung reicht ein unterer Bereich der Wandungsausnehmung in die Ebene des Wannenbodens, so dass der Zutritt in die Wanne erleichtert ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

Eine erfindungsgemäße Wanne 1 besteht im wesentlichen aus einem ebenen Wannenboden 2 und einer von dem Wannenboden 2 nach oben abragenden aufrechten Wannenwandung 3. Die Wannenwandung 3 ist in horizontaler Richtung ovalförmig angeordnet. Ferner ist die Wannenwandung 3 in vertikaler Richtung nach unten verjüngend ausgebildet.
Die Wannenwandung 3 weist an einer Längsseite zum erleichterten Zutritt in die Badewanne 1 eine Wandungsausnehmung 4 auf. Die Wandungsausnehmung 4 ist mittels eines Verschlusselementes 5 wasserdicht verschließbar.
Die Breite der Wannenausnehmung 4 in horizontaler Richtung ist derart gewählt, dass für eine Person ein bequemer Zugang zu der Wanne 1 gewährleistet ist. Zum einen wird ein Zugang für insbesondere Kranke und Behinderte zum Zwecke des Badens gewährleistet, wobei nach dem Zugang die Wanne mittels des Verschlusselementes 5 sicher abgedichtet werden kann. Zum anderen kann die Wanne 1 bei Weglassen des Verschlusselementes 5 als Duschwanne genutzt werden, wobei ein nicht dargestellter Duschvorhang verhindert, dass Spritzwasser über den Rand der Wanne 1 hinaus abfließen kann. Insbesondere ist der Wannenboden 2 in Richtung einer Abflussöffnung 6 geneigt ausgebildet, so dass ein stetiger Abfluss des Wasser gewährleistet ist.
Auf einer der Wandungsausnehmung 4 gegenüberliegenden Längsseite der Wanne 1 ist eine Wasserzulaufarmatur 7 vorgesehen, mittels derer Wasser zum Zwecke des Badens nach Montage des Verschlusselementes 5 in die Wanne 1 eingelassen werden kann. Damit die Wanne 1 dicht verschlossen ist, bildet ein Rand 8 der Wandungsausnehmung 4 mit einem Rand 9 des Verschlusselementes 5 eine Nut-/Feder-Verbindung, wobei die zueinandergekehrten Anlageflächen 10 des Randes 8 sowie die Anlageflächen 11 des Randes 9 flächig aneinander liegen.
Erfindungsgemäß ist der Rand 8 der Wandungsausnehmung 4 konvexförmig als eine Wölbung 12 ausgebildet, die in einen als Mulde 13 konkavförmig ausgebildeten Rand 9 des Verschlusselementes 5 eingreift. Sowohl die Wölbung 12 als auch die Mulde 13 sind durchgehend von einem oberen ersten Ende 14 der Wandungsausnehmung 4 bzw. des Verschlusselementes 5 bis zu einem oberen zweiten Ende 15 der Wandungsausnehmung 4 bzw. des Verschlusselementes 5 ausgebildet. Die Ränder 8, 9 weisen somit eine einfache geometrische Struktur auf, die durch Anformen bei der Herstellung der einstückigen Wanne 1 bzw. des Verschlusselementes 5 erfolgen kann.
Alternativ können auch die aufrecht verlaufenden Bereiche der Ränder 8 und 9 der Wandungsausnehmung 4 bzw. des Verschlusselementes 5 eine andere Kontur aufweisen. Wesentlich ist, dass ein unterer Bereich 16 der Wandungsausnehmung 4 bzw. des Verschlusselementes 5 mit einer Wölbung 12 bzw. einer Mulde 13 versehen ist, so dass ein Ansammeln von Wasser in der Wandungsausnehmung 4 sicher verhindert wird. Hierdurch kann wirksam eine unerwünschte Beschleunigung des Alterungsprozesses von einem eingesetzten Dichtelement 17 der Verbindung zwischen der Wandungsausnehmung 4 und des Verschlusselementes 5 verhindert werden.
Vorzugsweise ist der Rand 9 des Verschlusselementes 5 mit dem relativ weichen Dichtelement 17 versehen. Das Dichtelement 17 kann durch Verklebung oder durch Anspritzen mit dem Rand 9 des Verschlusselementes 5 verbunden sein. Das Dichtelement 17 bildet die Anlagefläche 11 für den Rand 8 der Wandungsausnehmung 4.
Nach einer alternativen Ausführungsform kann auch der Rand 8 der Wandungsausnehmung 4 mit einem Dichtelement ausgebildet sein. Bei dieser Variante kann, aber muss nicht, das Dichtelement 17 des Verschlusselementes 5 weggelassen werden.
Das Verschlusselement 5 besteht aus einem bogenförmigen Basisteil 18, das im montierten Zustand des Verschlusselementes 5 quasi einen Teil der aufrechten Wannenwandung 3 bildet. Weiterhin weist das Verschlusselement 5 ein sich in einem stumpfen Winkel an das Basisteil 18 anschließendes oberes Ansatzteil 19 auf, das sich in einer horizontalen Ebene erstreckt. Das Ansatzteil 19 ist einstückig mit dem Basisteil 18 verbunden und weist an gegenüberliegenden Enden 20 jeweils ein Befestigungsmittel 21 auf zur Befestigung des Verschlusselementes 5 an der Wannenwandung 3. Das Ansatzteil 19 weist an den Enden 20 jeweils einen Befestigungslappen 22 mit einer Bohrung 23 auf, in der ein Schraubverschlussteil 24 unlösbar gehalten ist. Das Schraubverschlussteil 24 ist als eine Schraube ausgebildet mit einem ein Gewinde aufweisenden Schaft 25 und einem als Bedienknauf oder Wannengriff ausgebildeten Kopf 26. Der Bedienknauf 26 ist kugelförmig ausgebildet, so dass er leicht erfassbar und handhabbar ist.
Im montierten Zustand des Verschlusselementes 5 ist die Bohrung 23 des Befestigungslappens 22 fluchtend zu einer Gewindebohrung 27 eines ebenen Randes 28 der Wannenwandung 3 angeordnet. Zum kraftschlüssigen Verbinden des Verschlusselementes 5 mit der Wannenwandung 3 wird die Schraube 24 in Eingriff mit der Gewindebohrung 27 gebracht und soweit eingeschraubt, dass eine feste Verbindung zwischen dem Befestigungslappen 22 des Verschlusselementes 5 und dem Rand 28 der Wannenwandung 3 gegeben ist.
Alternativ zu diesem Schraubverschluss kann die Verbindung zwischen dem Befestigungslappen 22 und dem Rand 28 der Wannenwandung 3 auch formschlüssig durch entsprechende Rastmittel erzeugt werden.
Vorzugsweise weist die Bohrung 23 des Befestigungslappen 22 randseitig Dichtmittel 29 auf, so dass ein Eintreten von Wasser verhindert wird.
Die Wanne 1 inklusive des Verschlusselementes 5 ist vorzugsweise aus einem Kunststoffmaterial oder einem Verbundmaterial, insbesondere aus einem Polyester- oder Acryl-/ Stahlmaterial oder aus bzw. einem Stahl-Emaillematerial hergestellt. Der untere ebene Rand der Wandausnehmung 5 kann annähernd in einer Ebene zu dem Wannenboden 2 oder gegenüber diesem um bis zu 40 % desselben erhöht ausgebildet sein.
Die Höhe der Wölbung 12 bzw. die Tiefe der Mulde 13 kann in einem Bereich von 10 bis 30 mm liegen. Die Länge der Wanne 1 kann in einem Bereich von 0,9 m bis 2,0 m oder größer liegen. Die Breite der Wanne 1 kann in einem Bereich von 0,6 m bis 1,0 m liegen.

    dass die Wandungsausnehmung mit einem lösbaren und einem Rand der Wandungsausnehmung wasserdicht schließenden Verschluss versehbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum einen der Rand (8) der Wandungsausnehmung (4) zumindest in einem unteren Bereich (16) im Querschnitt konvexförmig und zum anderen der korrespondierende Rand (9) des Verschlusselementes (5) im Querschnitt konkavförmig ausgebildet ist, derart, dass die zueinander gekehrten Anlageflächen (10, 11) der Ränder (8, 9) dichtend aneinander liegen.
  2. Wanne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlagefläche (10) des Randes (8) der Wandungsausnehmung (4) als eine an die Wannenwandung (3) angeformte längs verlaufende Wölbung (12) und die Anlagefläche (11) des Randes (9) des Verschlusselementes (5) als eine längs verlaufende Mulde (13) ausgebildet sind.
  3. Wanne nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wölbung (12) und die Mulde (13) durchgehend in Längsrichtung der Anlageflächen (10, 11) verlaufen.
  4. Wanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mulde (13) des Verschlusselementes (5) mit einem Dichtelement (17) versehen ist.
  5. Wanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlusselement (5) in einem oberen Bereich ein abgewinkeltes oberes Ansatzteil (19) mit einem Befestigungslappen (22) aufweist, der mit einem oberen Bereich der Wannenwandung (3) kraftschlüssig und/oder formschlüssig verbunden ist.
  6. Wanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungslappen (22) mittels eines Schraubverschlusses (24) mit der Wannenwandung (3) lösbar verbunden ist.
  7. Wanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schraubverschluss (24) eine Schraube mit einem Bedienknauf (26) aufweist, mittels dessen die Schraube (24) in eine Gewindebohrung (27) der Wannenwandung (3) einschraubbar ist.
  8. Wanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ansatzteil (19) eben und starr ausgebildet ist und dass an gegenüber liegenden Enden (20) des Ansatzteils (19) die Befestigungslappen (22) angeordnet sind.
  9. Wanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Bereich der Wandungsausnehmung (4) in der Ebene des Wannenbodens (2) oder erhöht zum Wannenboden (2) in einem Bereich von 0 % bis 40 % der Höhe der Wandungsausnehmung (4) verläuft.
  10. Wanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wannenboden (2), die Wannenwandung (3) und/oder das Verschlusselement (5) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial oder einem Kunststoff-/Metallmaterial bestehen.
