Claims (9)
- Foyer à combustible solide, de préférence à bois, ou à gaz, et du type insert encastrable dans une maçonnerie, comprenant un cadre porteur et de parement (15) situé à l'avant-plan, muni d'une porte (11) donnant accès à la chambre de combustion du foyer, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (15) est monté pivotant par rapport au foyer autour d'un axe horizontal ou vertical et la porte (11) est montée coulissante par rapport au cadre (15), verticalement et/ou horizontalement, et escamotable dans un logement (16) prévu à cet effet dans la maçonnerie (10), des moyens montés sur le cadre (15) assurant à la fois le déplacement et le guidage, par glissement ou roulement sur un guide ou un rail, de la porte coulissante (11).
- Foyer selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (15) est monté sur une charnière, des paumelles ou des gonds solidaires du foyer.
- Foyer selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déplacement et de guidage comprennent des glissières télescopiques ou des roulements à billes ou galets.
- Foyer selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas d'un coulissement vertical de la porte, lesdits moyens de déplacement et de guidage comprennent un système de câble-poulie et contrepoids.
- Foyer selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déplacement et de guidage sont pivotants avec le cadre de parement, ce qui en facilite l'accès.
- Foyer selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la porte coulissante (11) est pleine ou évidée, au moins partiellement, ou encore garnie d'un moyen, tel qu'un treillis, servant de pare-étincelles
- Foyer selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la porte (11) est vitrée et de préférence dépourvue d'encadrement métallique ou autre, au moins sur son côté inférieur, un déplacement partiel de la porte n'occasionnant aucun obstacle visuel par rapport à un arrière-plan, comprenant par exemple des flammes.
- Foyer selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens pour qu'en position relevée de la porte, un joint d'étanchéité de la porte (11) reste appliqué sur toute sa longueur.
- Foyer selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre porteur et de parement (15) et la porte (11) ont une configuration linéaire, partiellement circulaire ou prismatique.
