Abstract
Description
- un récipient définissant un corps formant un réservoir pour le produit fluide, ledit corps formant un épaulement à partir duquel s'étend un col, ledit col étant pourvu d'un renfort qui fait saillie radialement vers l'extérieur de manière à définir un rebord inférieur qui s'étend vers l'intérieur pour rejoindre une partie rétrécie du col qui se raccorde sur l'épaulement du corps,
- un organe de distribution, tel qu'une pompe ou une valve, monté sur le col du récipient, et
- un dispositif de fixation pour fixer l'organe de distribution sur le col du récipient, ledit dispositif comprenant une bague formant une collerette d'appui annulaire destinée à venir en appui, avec un joint éventuellement interposé, sur le haut du col et une jupe périphérique destinée à entourer le col, la jupe définissant une extrémité libre, la jupe comprenant au moins une zone de déformation située au niveau du rebord inférieur, la jupe se déformant vers l'intérieur sous le rebord en prenant appui avec son extrémité libre sur l'épaulement du corps.

Claims (17)
- Dispositif de fixation pour fixer un organe de distribution sur le col (41) d'un récipient (4), ledit dispositif comprenant une bague (2) formant une collerette d'appui annulaire (20) destinée à venir en appui, avec un joint (5) éventuellement interposé, sur le haut du col et une jupe périphérique (21) destinée à entourer le col, la jupe définissant une extrémité libre (220) au-dessus de laquelle est formée au moins une zone de déformation (221, 222, 223), la jupe se déformant vers l'intérieur au niveau de la zone de déformation lorsqu'une poussée est exercée axialement sur son extrémité libre, des moyens d'empêchement (3) étant prévus pour empêcher la jupe (22) de se déformer vers l'extérieur, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de la jupe est en contact des moyens d'empêchement après déformation de la zone de déformation vers l'intérieur.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la zone de déformation comprend une diminution locale de l'épaisseur de paroi de la jupe.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la zone de déformation comprend une rainure extérieure (221) et une rainure intérieure (223).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel la zone de déformation comprend une nervure intérieure (224) apte à se déplacer lorsqu'une poussée est exercée axialement sur l'extrémité libre de la jupe.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la nervure (224) est définie par deux rainures internes (222, 223).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les moyens d'empêchement comprennent une frette d'habillage (3) engagée autour et en contact de la jupe périphérique (21).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la jupe (21) forme des pattes séparées par des fentes longitudinales.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, dans lequel les pattes (22) sont séparées par des segments de jupe non déformables (23), les extrémités libres (220) des pattes (22) faisant saillie par rapport aux segments de jupe (23).
- Distributeur de produit fluide comprenant :un récipient (4) définissant un corps formant un réservoir pour le produit fluide, ledit corps formant un épaulement (45) à partir duquel s'étend un col (41), ledit col étant pourvu d'un renfort (42) qui fait saillie radialement vers l'extérieur de manière à définir un rebord inférieur (43) qui s'étend vers l'intérieur pour rejoindre une partie rétrécie (44) du col qui se raccorde sur l'épaulement (45) du corps,un organe de distribution, tel qu'une pompe ou une valve, monté sur le col du récipient, etun dispositif de fixation (2, 3) pour fixer l'organe de distribution sur le col du récipient, ledit dispositif comprenant une bague (2) formant une collerette d'appui annulaire (20) destinée à venir en appui, avec un joint (5) éventuellement interposé, sur le haut (46) du col et une jupe périphérique (21) destinée à entourer le col, la jupe définissant une extrémité libre (220), la jupe comprenant au moins une zone de déformation (221, 222, 223) située au niveau du rebord inférieur (43), la jupe se déformant vers l'intérieur sous le rebord en prenant appui avec son extrémité libre sur l'épaulement du corps.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la zone de déformation comprend une diminution locale de l'épaisseur de paroi de la jupe.
- Distributeur de produit fluide selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans lequel des moyens d'empêchement (3) sont prévus pour empêcher la jupe de se déformer vers l'extérieur.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 9, 10 ou 11, dans lequel la zone de déformation comprend une rainure extérieure (221).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 9, 10, 11 ou 12, dans lequel la zone de déformation comprend une rainure intérieure (223) qui vient se loger sous le rebord inférieur (43).
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 13, dans lequel la zone de déformation comprend une nervure intérieure (224) qui vient en prise sous le rebord (43) avec un déplacement pivotant vers l'intérieur.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9-14, dans lequel la jupe (21) forme des pattes séparées par des fentes longitudinales.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 15, dans lequel les pattes (22) sont séparées par des segments de jupe non déformables (23), les extrémités libres (220) des pattes (22) faisant saillie par rapport aux segments de jupe, lorsque les pattes ne sont pas déformées, et viennent sensiblement en contact de l'épaulement du corps lorsque les pattes sont déformées.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 15, dans lequel les moyens d'empêchement comprenant une frette d'habillage (3) engagée autour et en contact de la jupe périphérique (21).
