Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Messung und Regelung des Nipdrucks in der Presse einer Papiermaschine, insbesondere in einer Schuhpresse, quer und/oder längs zur Bahnlaufrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hydraulisch statische Druck an Referenzpunkten über Messbohrungen im Pressnip gemessen und laufend angepasst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nipdruck in der Presse quer und/oder längs auf einen Sollwert eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messwerte einer Mittelwertbildung unterzogen werden und anschließend mit einem Korrekturfaktor versehen einen neuen Sollwert bilden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nipdruck in den Randzonen laufend angepasst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sollwert des Druckes über die Bahnbreite unterschiedlich eingestellt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Messung und Regelung des Nipdrucks in der Presse einer Papiermaschine, insbesondere in einer Schuhpresse, quer und/oder längs zur Bahnlaufrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an mehreren Stellen der Presse quer und/oder längs zur Bahnlaufrichtung Messbohrungen vorgesehen sind, die in den Pressspalt (Pressnip) reichen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Messbohrungen im Randbereich vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über die Bahnbreite mehrere Anpresselemente, beispielsweise Anpresskolben, vorgesehen sind, die regelbar ausgeführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schuhanschlag in Längsrichtung, insbesondere während des Betriebs, verstellbar ist
