Abstract

Claims (8)

  1. Module à incorporer dans un boîtier, qui comprend une plaque de support (4) et un connecteur (5) monté sur la plaque de support (4) et conformé en pièce séparée, dans lequel le connecteur (5) fait saillie à l'état incorporé à travers un évidement de passage (3) du boîtier (2), dans lequel un axe longitudinal Z du connecteur (5) s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe de l'évidement de passage (3) du boîtier est orienté sensiblement perpendiculairement à un plan XY de la plaque de support et dans lequel une partie formant culot (5a) du connecteur (5) est insérée dans un logement (4b) de la plaque de support (4), qui permet un jeu de déplacement du connecteur (5) dans le plan XY, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, distribuées sur la périphérie, des parties d'accouplement (5.8, 4.2) formées de manière complémentaire sur le logement (4b) et sur la partie formant culot (5a) du connecteur (5).
  2. Module selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'état centré entre une périphérie interne (4.1 ; 4.2) du logement (4b) et une périphérie externe 25 de la partie formant culot (5a), un espace (5.7, 5.8 ; 5.9) d'une largeur sensiblement constante s'étend.
  3. Module selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de l'espace est comprise entre 0,5 et 2,0 mm.
  4. Module selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un anneau amortisseur (18), qui est agencé sur le connecteur (5) à l'état incorporé entre une surface d'appui sur la partie formant culot (5a) du connecteur (5) et le boîtier (2).
  5. Module selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que des surfaces, tournées vers l'évidement de passage (3), des parties d'accouplement (5.8, 4.2) formées de manière complémentaire forment des surfaces d'appui pour l'anneau amortisseur (18).
  6. Module selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur (5) est mis en contact électrique par le biais d'une plaque conductrice (10) flexible montée au fond de la partie formant culot (5a).
  7. Module selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que :
    - une section intégrale de la plaque de support (4) forme un couvercle de boîtier (4a) pour un appareil de commande électrique, et
    - la plaque conductrice (10) flexible s'étend sur la face inférieure 20 de la plaque de support (4) jusqu'à l'appareil de commande et est mise en contact électrique avec celui-ci.
  8. Module selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (2) est une boîte de vitesses ou un carter de moteur d'un véhicule automobile.
